After researching 154 rural areas named 'valley' in Goesan County, Chungbuk Province, they are classified by 2 two classes. Firstly, villages located on the crossways valley are 109 of 154, they are located on the valley which is at right angles with a direction of light of a mountain range. A closed valley location is placed in the deep valley against a background mountain range. It is divided with closed large valley and small valley. Secondly, an open valley location style is 45 of 154. It means the villages are paralleled with a direction of mountain and located with same direction of entrance.

This study is carried out to understand the characteristic of location in vernacular agricultural villages by judging from natural environment around the village. For this purpose, there were selected 17 villages of the riverside villages in Geosan Area which lean against Dalchoen River. After classifying these samples by the morphorogical approach, according to compare them with pre-researched villages, the methodology of spatial structure was investigated in agricultural villages. As a result of the study, the relationship between the agricultural villages and the shape of Dalcheon River can be classified by 3 types that are twisted around villages, attacked villages, and paralleled with villages. First of all, twisted type is located in river terraces, river safety zone and taken a image of the riverside agricultural village. Secondary, attacked type is located in beside riffle, and taken a image of a fishing village. Finally, paralleled type is located in straightly flowing river.

'This study is aimed to find out the fabric of external wall of brick structure through modem architectural technical books, which is focused on the floor and roof structure in brick masonry buildings. Being hard to compose the floor structure with brick, the floor was used by various structures such as timber structure. steel structure with cinder concrete. In connection details between floor members and brick wall, corbel was used. on ground floor, stone template in cavity on medium level, the stone template on the top of the wall. The roof in brick architecture was generally made of wooden roof truss. The parts of joint show various aspects, these are largely classified with the eaves and parapet types. The ornamental elements are represented such as corbel bricks, stone template, gutter, and so on.

안전에 대한 평가는 행정안전부에서 시행하는 안전실적에 대한 경영평가와 국토해양부에서 시행하는 안전심사가 있다. 행정안전부는 실적에 대한 사후적 평가를 하고 국토해양부의 안전심사는 사전에 예방을 위해 문제점을 지적하고 평가지적사항을 개선하는 방법으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 안전분야 실적에 대한 평가 방법에 대한 문제점을 서술하고 개선방안으로 DEA분석 방법을 이용한 안전분야 평가 방법을 제안하였다. 지금까지 발표 된 안전사고에 평가방법은 운영주체별 사고 건수의 절대적 평가를 하고 있고 운영기관의 규모나 외적요인들을 반영한 상대적 평가가 이루어 지고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 자료포락분석기법의 CCR 및 BCC모형을 이용하여 2005년에서 2008년까지 도시철도운영기관의 순기술 효율성과 기술 효율성을 살펴보고 효율적인 운영기관과 비효율적인 운영기관을 알아보고 비효율적인 운영기관의 경우는 비효율의 원인과 개선방법을 제시하였다. 또한 공공감사기준(감사원규칙) 제2조에 따라 효율성을 경제성(Economy) · 능률성(Efficiency) · 효과성(Effectiveness)에 대한 평가로 효율성을 경제적인 측면과 효과적인 측면, 능률적 측면으로 나누어 각각 분석을 시도하였다. 경제적인 측면은 철도 운행을 위해 필요한 물적자원, 인적자원을 투입해 얼마나 경제적으로 결과물을 발생시켰는지를 평가하는 것이고, 효과적인 측면은 산출한 자원을 가지고 얼마나 의도한 결과를 달성하였는가를, 능률적인 평가는 산출/투입의 비율을 최대화를 효율적으로 한 운영기관이 어디인지 살펴보았다. Urban railway started its operation in August 15, 1978 in Korea. Nowadays, it is being operated in Seoul, Busan, Incheon, Deagu, GwangJu, and Daejeon, and it is playing a major role in mass transportation. Urban railways can provide rapid and convenient transportation to citizens in eco-friendly and energy saving way. However, urban railway operating organizations have been in financially difficult conditions due to the enormous debts borrowed for the construction of railways. Urban railway operating organizations are under pressure to improve its difficult financial conditions through the efficient management of the organization. The management and operation efficiency of urban railway organizations have been evaluated since 1993 by Ministry of Public Administration and Safety to make those organizations more competitive, responsible and efficient. However there are some limitations in evaluation since they do not reflect the relative size of organizations, relative newness of facilities, etc so that it’s not objective and loses fairness. This study proposes an improved method for the evaluation of safety.

This paper has its aim to grasp the Enactment and Change of brick masonry work specification established in 1928, and examine the revisions and complements of them after 1928. The results of this study are summarized as follow : Firstly, brick masonry work specifications are classified with explanations and construction progress of building elements without items before 1928. Secondly, The organization systems of 1928 brick masonry work specification are composed of six items, namely brick material, mortar, laying, fixing & covering, joint, and care of brick masonry work. These systems have been retained except steel material by 1950s'. Thirdly, while the concrete and reinforced concrete have been spread over all constructions after 1950s', lintel, concrete wall girder, and slack lime items are added and mortar mixture contents mainly are revised and complemented.
