      • 버들치(Phoxinus oxycephalus) 仔稚魚의 골격 발달

        Twenty individuals of the Phoxinus oxycephalus (Sauvage et Dabry) were caught in Kyeongho River, Kyeongsangnam-do and were reared in the laboratory. During the rearing, they spawned 5 times in April, 1998, and their larvae and juveniles were reared. The osteological development of Phoxinus oxycephalus was studied based on them. At the cranium, parasphenoid was firstly ossified in the larvae (6 days after hatching), mean 6.44㎜ in total length (TL), and ossification of the cranium was completed in the juveniles (80 days after hatching), means 18.76㎜ in TL. At the visceral, opercle and dentary were firstly ossified in the larvae (13 days after hatching), mean 6.82㎜ in TL, and ossification of the visceral was completed in the juveniles (80 days after hatching). The ossification of the vertebral columns began posteriorly and was completed in the juveniles (80 days after hatching). The caudal skeleton was firstly ossified in the larvae (16 days after hatching), mean 7.02㎜ in TL and comleted in the larvae (44 days after hatching), 13.72㎜ in TL.

      • 한국産 황어의 종묘생산에 관한 연구 1. 産卵習性 및 初期生活史

        강원도 양양군에 위치한 남대천과 전라남도 섬진강에 분포하고 있는 황어의 종료생산을 위한 기초자료로 産卵習性과 初期生活史에 관하여 관찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 황어의 産卵期는 자연상태에서 3∼6月이고, 産卵은 흐르는 하천의 자갈 밑에 하였으며, 受精된 卵은 작은 자갈의 표면에 붙어있었다. 알의 크기는 2.70∼3.20㎜(평균 3.00㎜)로 油球는 없었다. 孵化는 평균 사육수온 10.60℃에서 受精 後 300시간부터 시작되었으며, 312시간만에 완료되었다. 孵化 直後의 仔魚는 전장 6.35∼6.87㎜(평균 10.67㎜)로 난황이 거의 흡수되어 後期仔魚期로 접어들며, 입과 항문이 열려있었다. 孵化 後 7∼9일째 後期仔魚는 전장 11.35∼12.30㎜(평균 11.65㎜)로 등지느러미가 생길 부분이 융기하기 시작하였다. 孵化 後 12∼13일째 개체는 전장 12.65∼13.15㎜(평균 12.80)로 이때부터 Daphnia sp.와 Brachionus plicatilis를 攝餌하였으며, 성장이 다소 빨라졌고, 脊索의 끝부분은 45°위로 굽어져 있었다. 孵化 後 43∼45일째의 개체는 전장이 19.55∼22.85㎜(평균 21.95㎜)로 모든 지느러미 줄기가 정수에 달하여 稚魚期로 이행하였다. 孵化 後 50∼52일째의 稚魚들은 전장이 21.54∼27.35㎜(평균 24.55㎜)로 몸의 형태, 체색 및 옆줄이 완전하게 형성되어 成魚에 닮아 있었다. The spawning behavior and early life history of sea rundace, Tribolodon hakonensis were studied. Spawning of T. hakonensis occurs enmasse on bottoms of stream with a spawning season of March to June. The eggs are attached to the under surface of the gravel. The eggs riped were demersal and adhesive, and their diameter were 2.70∼3.20㎜(mean 3.00㎜). Hatching was started at 300 hours after fertilization at mean water temperature 10.60℃. Newly-hatched larvae were 6.35∼6.87㎜ in total length(TL, Mean 6.65㎜), and mouth and anus were not yet opened. 4∼5 days old larvae transformed to postlarva stage and they were 10.25㎜∼11.15㎜ in TL (mean 10.67㎜). As yolk sac were nearly absorbed, mouth and anus were opened. In 7∼9 days after hatching, total length 11.35∼12.30㎜(mean 11.65㎜). The part of the fin-fold at dorsal fin became high. 12∼13 days old larvae were 12.65∼13.15㎜ in TL(mean 12.80㎜), and they fed Daphnia sp. and Brachionus plicatilis actively. In this time the growth rate slightly increased and tip of notocord was flesed on upward. Aggregate numbers of all fin rays were completed at over 19.55∼22.85㎜ in TL(43∼45 days after hatching), at which time the larvae reached the juvenile stage. 50∼52 days old larvae(21.54∼27.35㎜ in TL) were similar in body from, lateral line and color with adult.

      • 붉은쏨뱅이, Sebastiscus tertius (Barsukov et Chen)의 초기생활사 1. 난의 형태 및 산출 자치어의 성장에 따른 형태발달

        1997년 1월부터 5월까지 전라남도 완도 연안에서 연승어업에 의해 채집된 붉은쏨뱅이 어미들을 육상수조로 운반하여 체내에서 수정된 난을 인위적으로 채란하여 난의 형태를 관찰하였고, 산출자치어의 성장에 따른 형태변화를 관찰하였다. 1. 붉은쏨뱅이의 수정란 및 미수정란은 구형으로 무채투명하여, 이경은 0.72~0.80mm(평균 0.75mm, n=50)이고, 큰 유구 하나와 작은 유구 2~7개가 분포한다. 2. 산출직후의 자어는 전장이 3.79~3.97mm이며, 입과 항문이 열려있고, 눈에 색소포가 착색되어있다. 3. 산출 1~2일째의 자어는 전장이 3.90~4.13mm으로 난황을 완전 흡수하여, 아래턱에 처음으로 흑색소포가 출현한다. 4. 산출 11일째 자어는 성장이 4.23~4.60mm으로 가슴지느러미에 9~10개의 줄기가 출현하며, 후두부에 나뭇가지모양의 흑색소포가 나타난다. 5. 산출 21일째 자란은 전장이 5.83~7.10mm으로 통색말단이 $45^{\circ}$ 각도로 굽어진다. 6. 산출 33일째 개채의 전장은 9.80~12.36mm으로 모든 지느러미 줄기가 정수에 달하여 치어기로 이행한다. From January 1997 to May, the red marbled rockfish, Sebastiscus tertius (Barsukov et Chen) was reared in the laboratory, and observed the morphological characteristies of egg and development of larvae and juveniles. The egg is spherical in shape colorless and transparent, measuring 0.72~0.80mm in diameter (mean 0.75mm, n=50). The naturally bearing larvae were 3.79~3.97mm in total length with 7~8+15~16=22~24 myomeres, and mouth and anus were open. Melanophores were present on the yolk of the larva and ventral margins of the tail. The 1~2 days after bearing larvae measured 3.90~4.13mm in total length, and transformed to postlarval stage, and yolk sac were completely resorbed. On the lower jaw melanophores were present. Total length of the larvae was 4.23~4.60mm in total length (11 days after bearing), number of elongated pectoral fin rays was 9~10, and melanophores distributed on the top of head, around the intestine tube, ventral margins of the tail and on the pectoral fin. In 21 days after bearing, the larva were 5.83~7.10mm in total length, and the caudal notochord flex $45^{\circ}$. Individuals of 9.80~12.36mm in total length (33 days after bearing) are regarded to have reached to the juvenile stage with all the fins were developed.

        실험실에서 사육한 버들치의 산란습성 및 초기생활사

        This study was conducted to observe the spawning behavior and early life history of chinese minnow, Rhynchocypris oxycephalus reared in the laboratory. The spawning period of Rhynchocypris oxycephalus is from May to June in nature. The eggs of Rhynchocypris oxycephalus were spawned on the sand and surface of the gravel. The fertilization eggs were demersal in shape and adhesive, released as a clump forming a thin layer and their diameter were 1.70∼1.90㎜ (mean 1.80㎜, n=20). Hatching of eggs was started in 88 hour 45 minute after fertilization at water temperature 19±0.5℃ and finished in 90 hour. Newly-hatched larvae were measured 4.87∼5.02㎜ in total length(TL, mean 4.94㎜), mouth and anus were not opened. 6 days old larvae were 6.32∼6.56㎜ in TL(mean 6.44㎜). Yolk sac was almost absorbed, mouth and anus was began to open. 13 days old larvae were 6.74∼6.91㎜ in TL(mean 6.82㎜). Part of Dorsal fin was began to rising and myomere number was 15+23=38. 25 days after hatching, total length of larvae was 8.45∼8.60㎜(mean 8.52㎜). Dorsal and anal fin rays became differentiated, and also caudal part of the notocord flexion was achieved at 45°. In the time, growth rate was higher than the other stage. Aggregate numbers of all fin rays were completed at 16.39∼16.57㎜ in TL(60 days after hatching), at which time the larvae reached the juvenile stage, but fin-fold on ventral was remained yet. External features of adult specimens were almost completed at 80 day old juveniles(18.69∼18.87㎜ in TL).

        준치 , Ilisha elongata(Bennett)자치어의 형태 및 골격발달

        The purpose of the present study was to describe the morphological and skeletal development of the larvae and juvenile of Ilisha elongata(Bennett). The larvae(mean 5.02㎜ in total length, TL) opened the mouth and anus with 36∼38+15∼16=51∼54 myotomes, and anus located about 73.0% of TL. The clavicle of shoulder girdle was ossified. The larvae(mean 7.82㎜ in TL) have all fin-fold differentiated and its caudal notochord began to flex. Parasphenoid of cranium and dentary of the lower jaw were ossified. The caudal notochord of the larva(mean 9.84㎜) was flexed 45°, and anus located about 67.0% of TL. The body height of the larvae(mean 23.32㎜ in TL) were 18.0∼20.0% of TL, and the aggregate numbers of all fin rays were completed. Ossification was completed in the larva of mean 26.52㎜ in TL.
