전자호구 도입 후 대학 태권도 선수들의 부상 및 치료 실태

이 연구의 목적은 대학 태권도 선수들이 전자호구 도입 후 발생하는 부상부위와 상해종류를 파악하고, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 부상 및 치료 실태차이를 조사하기 위함이다. 부상부위와 상해종류는 다중응답 빈도분석, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 부상과 치료실태 차이는 교차분석을 진행하였고, 유의수준은 α=0.05로 설정하였다. 그 결과, (1) 부상부위에 대한 다중응답 빈도분석 결과 머, 리부위는 뒷부분 2.9%, 얼굴부위는 입술 23.8%, 허리부위 33.9%, 팔 부위는 손가락 42.8%, 몸쪽다리부위는 햄스트링 21.5%, 먼쪽다리부위는 발목 30.6%로 부위별 부상 중 가장 높은 발생률을 나타냈다. (2) 상해종류에 대한 다중응답 빈도분석 결과, 물집이 39.3%, 근육/힘줄 상해는 근육통 26.4%, 인대상해는 인대 늘어남 52.2%, 뼈 상해는 골절 37.3%, 관절상해는 염좌 37.2%로 종류별 상해 중 가장 높은 발생률을 보이고 있다. (3) 성별에 따른 상해시기 차이분석 결과, 남자 선수는 연습과 경기가 비슷하게 부상이 많았고, 여자 선수들은 연습 중 부상이 가장 높게 나타났다.(ρ=0.001). (4) 경력에 따른 부상원인차이 분석결과, 1~9년 경력의 선수들은 과도한 긴장으로 인한 원인이 크며, 10년 이상의 경력선수들은 지나친 승부욕에 의한 원인이 더 높게 나타났다(ρ=0.01). (5) 체급에 따른 부상원인의 차이분석 결과, 경량급 선수들은 과도한 긴장으로 인한 원인이 가장 크며, 중량급 선수들은 지나친 승부욕으로 인한 원인이 더 크게 나타났다(ρ=0.03). (6) 경력에 따른 부상 후 치료방법의 차이분석 결과, 1~6년, 10~13년 경력 선수들은 부상 후 병원 물리치료를 통해 치료하는 경우가 많았으며, 7~9년과 14년 이상의 경력 선수들은 부상 후 치료를 본인 스스로 하였다는 경우가 더 높게 나타났다(ρ=0.001). The study was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the wounded part and frequency of injury type of university Taekwondo athletes after introducing electronic body protect, and investigating the status of injuries and treatment according to demographic characteristics, The significance level was set at a=0.05. as a results, (1) According to the survey on the frequency analysis with multiple responses on wounded parts, the highest incidences of body region injuries were 2.9% in back part of head, 23.8% in lips of face, 33.9% in the waist, 42.8% in fingers of arms, 21.5% in hamstring of proximal legs, 30.6% in ankle of distal legs. (2) According to the survey on the frequency analysis with multiple responses on injury type, the highest incidences of classified injuries were 39.3% in blister of skin injury, 26.4% in muscle pain of muscle&tendon injury, 52.2% in ligament stretch of ligament injury, 37.3% in fracture of bone injury, 37.2% in sprain in joint injury. (3) The result of analysis on injury time to gender, Male athletes had similarly high injuries regardless of practice or competition while female athletes had higher injuries during practice(p=0.001). (4) The result of analysis on injury causes related to career, Excessive tension was the biggest cause for athletes with 1~9 years of career, and high competitive spirit was the biggest cause for athletes with more than 10 years of career(p=0.01). (5) The result of analysis on injury causes related to weight class, Excessive tension was the biggest cause for lightweight athletes, and high competitive spirit was the biggest cause for heavyweight athletes(p=0.03).(6) The result of analysis on treatment after injuries related to careers, athletes with 1~6 years and 10~13 years of career had more cases of having treatment through hospital physical therapy after injury, and athletes with 7~9 years and more than 14 years of career were more likely to have treatedh temselves after injury(p=0.001).

본 연구에서는 RC 보 부재의 변형에 따른 균열 거동을 평가하기 위해 균열부에 메카노크로믹 센서를 부착하여 균열 거동을 모니터링하였다. 실험 결과, 메카노크로믹 센서의 표면 변색과 변형 반응은 RC 보 부재의 균열 진행에 따라 확인되었으며, 10 mm 이상의 균열에서는 센서의 파열이 확인되었다. 이에 따라 메카노크로믹 센서의 구조물 건전도 및 유지 보수 활용과 최대 센서 변색 및 변형 범위를 파악하였다.

In this study, to present the fundamental data for quantitative evaluation of shrinkage crack, effects of specimen size of plat-ring type restrained test were examined. To examine suitable size of specimen of plat-ring type restrained test method, restrained shrinkage crack properties such as restrained drying shrinkage stress, crack area and crack point were investigated. As conditions of specimen size, inside ring diameter of specimen were l00㎜, l50㎜ and 200㎜, and outside ring diameter of specimen in 400㎜, 600㎜ and 800㎜. These conditions were investigated by real experiment and by numerical analysis of 3D solid element using the MIDAS program. As a result, it was concluded that, as suitable specimen size for plat-ring type restrained test, inside ring diameter was more than 150㎜ and outside ring diameter was 400㎜ in this experimental conditions. Hereafter, it is considered that the study concerning environmental condition and mixing factor in plat-ring type restrained test method are need.

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact resistant performance of steel short fiber-reinforced cement based composites (SFRCCs) containing 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0% volume fraction of steel short fibers subjected to high velocity impact of steel projectile (the diameter of 19.05mm and the mass of 28.13g). The gunpowder impact facility was used for impact tests, and the impact velocity was from about 350 to 700m/s. The specimens were damaged in various failure modes, which are penetration, scabbing, and perforation. Comparing with Plain specimen, SFRCCs have superior capacity on the scabbing limit, and slightly bulged in the back side under the impact velocity of 700m/s. In addition, the impact resistant performance of SFRCCs improved with increase of steel short fiber volume ratio. The fibers play an important role in controlling the local damage of SFRCCs.
