접촉 압력 불균일성을 고려한 곡면 형상을 가지는 다층 구조 전자부품의 공정 장비 형상 파라미터 분석

최근 반도체, 디스플레이 등 많은 전자 부품들은 다층으로 이루어져 있기 때문에 제작 중 수많은 접착 공정이 진행된다. 본 연구에서는 고무 패드의 압축 거동을 활용한 접착 공정에 대한 해석 및 파라미터분석을 수행하였다. 특히, 최근 커브드 디스플레이의 곡면부와 고무패드 형상의 불일치로 인해 불균일한 접촉 압력이 발생할 수 있는 상황에 대해 가정하여 해석을 진행하였다. 접촉 압력 불균일성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 인자를 선정하고, 실험계획법 중 하나인 직교 배열표를 이용하여 실험점을 배치하였다. 또한 유한요소프로그램인 ABAQUS를 통해 접촉 압력 불균일성 값을 확보하였고, 예측모델 식으로 얻은 접촉 압력불균일성 값과 유한요소해석의 접촉 압력 불균일성이 가장 작은 값으로 일치하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해서 불균일한 형상의 접착 공정에서 형상 파라미터 변화를 통해 접촉 압력 불균일성이 개선되는 것을 확인하였다. Recently, electronic components such as semiconductors and displays are made up of multiple layers; hence, many bonding processes occur during manufacturing. In this study, the simulation and parameter analysis of the compression process using the compressive behavior of rubber pads were performed. In particular, it was assumed that nonuniform contact pressure may occur due to mismatch between the curved part of the curved display and the shape of the rubber pad. The factors affecting contact pressure nonuniformity were selected, and the test points were arranged using the orthogonal array, which is one of the experimental design methods. The contact pressure nonuniformity value was obtained by the finite element method (FEM) program ABAQUS. The contact pressure nonuniformity value obtained from the predictive model and FEM correspond to the smallest values. This study confirms that contact pressure nonuniformity caused by the bonding process, which is a problem of curved displays, is improved by changing the shape of the rubber pad.

Kaposi`s sarcoma (KS) is an unusual multifocal neoplasm of vascular endothelial cell origin. The trunk, arms, head, and neck are the most common sites. It is common in men and has four distinct variants: classic, Africa-endemic, immunosuppressive drug-associated, and acquired immunodeficiency syndromeassociated KS. KS appears to develop immunosuppressed patients, but is uncommon in patients on dialysis. A 79-year-old man on hemodialysis for 2 months presented with pruritus over the entire body and multiple, discrete, variable-sized, dark blue papulonodules (papuloplaques, maculopapules) on the left arm and shoulder. A biopsy specimen form the left arm showed spindle cells with slit-like spaces and extravasated red blood cells. The specimen was positive for CD 34 antigen, and human herpesvirus 8 was detected. We report a case of KS that occurred in a 79-year-old patient on hemodialysis.

Background/Aims: In the Helicobacter pylori (H. Pylori)-negative normal stomach, collecting venules are visible over all the gastric body as numerous minute points evaluated with standard endoscopy. This finding was termed regular arrangement of collecting venules (RAC), and its absence suggests H. pylori gastritis. The aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation between the RAC and rapid urease test. Methods: Two hundred sixty three consecutive adults undergoing upper digestive endoscopy and rapid urease test were included. The lesser curvature of the lower corpus was evaluated for the RAC pattern using a standard endoscope and different hemoglobin index. Two biopsies from the lesser curvature of the antrum and the greater curvature of the body were collected for rapid urease test. Results: H. pylori were detected in 51.3% (135/263) patients. Of the 57 patients with H. pylori-negative normal stomachs 53 patients (93%) had RAC. As a determinant of the normal stomach without H. pylori infection, the presence of RAC had 41.4% sensitivity, 97.0% specificity, 93.0% positive predictive value and 63.6% negative predictive value. Conclusions: RAC-positive finding by standard endoscopy showed high positive predictive value and specificity of H. pylori-negative normal stomach. RAC-positive finding by standard endoscopy could be an useful finding to predict H. pylori negativity. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2011;58:252-257)

The temperature of root zone was known as an important factor for the growth of crops and reduction of energy in greenhouse. The purpose of this study was to design the apposite inflow of calories per the unit area by comparison of temperature in the warmed and non-warmed soil. The energy needed for soil warming about pipe length showed the change of temperature on inflow and outflow as 2℃~3℃(average 2.5℃). Therefore, the inflow per the unit hour was 3,450, 57,5 kcal/h·m2 on soil heating respectively. The non-warmed soil temperature in greenhouse made a difference by depth and it was partially affected inner temperature under 15 cm, but it was not above 15 cm. The soil temperature would be raised over 5℃ than non-warmed soil to increase effect of soil warming. Therefore, the inflow per the unit area that should be provided was about 100 kcal/h·m2.

Put Abstract text here The strain distribution measurement for wall thinned pipe bends by ESPI is presented. Defect types observed in the steel piping in the nuclear power plants (NPP) are the crack at the weld part and the wall thinning defect in the pipe bends. Especially, the wall thinning defects in the pipe bends due to the flow-accelerated corrosion (FAC) is a main type of defects observed in the carbon steel piping system. ESPI is one of the optical non-destructive testing methods and can measure the stress and the strain distribution of the object subjected by the tensile loading or the internal pressure. In this paper, the strain distribution of the wall thinned pipe bends due to the internal pressure will be measured by ESPI technique and the results are discussed. From the results, the size of the wall thinning defect can also be measured approximately.

The study about VR (Virtual Reality) has been done from the 1960s, but technical limits and high cost made VR hard to commercialize. However, in recent, high resolution display, computing power and 3D sensing have developed and hardware has become affordable. Therefore, normal users can get high quality of immersion and interaction. However, HMD devices which offer VR environment have high latency, so it disrupts the VR environment. People are usually sensitive to relative latency over 20ms. In this paper, as adding the Electromyogram (EMG) sensors to typical IMU sensor only system, the latency reduction method is proposed. By changing software and hardware components, some cases the latency was reduced significantly. Hence, this study covers the possibility and the experimental verification about EMG sensors for reducing the latency.
