The purpose of this study is to evaluate an educational program for increasing aging couples' abilities to cope with their problems and conflicts in the sexual life. 15 couples of elderly people selected for the experimental group which attend the program, and other 15 couples of elderly people were selected for the control group which don't attend the program. Both groups were tested before and after real experiment. The results of the study are as follows. First, the average value of the experimental group, which attended the program had significant difference in sexual attitude and life satisfaction. The average value of the control group, which didn't attend the program had no significant difference in all of the testing sector such as sexual attitude, coping manner for sexual conflicts, sexual life satisfaction, and life satisfaction. Second, as the result of the analysis of covariate, the average value of the experimental group had significant difference in negative attitude toward sexuality, coping manner for sexual conflicts, and life satisfaction. Therefore, the educational program for coping with sexual difficulties reduced negative attitudes toward sexuality, and improved manner to cope with sexual conflicts of older couples, and at the same time, increase life satisfaction after.

서울시립노인요양시설 경영수지 분석과 재정에 관한 종사자의 인식

본 연구는 서울시립노인요양시설의 재정상태를 파악하고 이에 대한 현장전문가의 인식을 밝히고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 최근 3년간 (2016년∼2018년) 서울시립노인요양시설의 결산서를 분석하고, 해당 시설의 종사자를 세 집단으로 분류하여 각 1회씩 총 3회의 초점집단인터뷰를 수행하였다. 이외에도 경기지역에 위치한 서울시립노인요양시설을 총 2회 방문하였다. 모든 자료는 2019년 5월 3일부터 6월 21일까지 약 7주간 수집되었다. 연구결과 2016년부터 2018년까지 장기요양사업의 재정수지는 적자였다. 그러나 전체 수지는 흑자였는데 이는 장기요양사업 외 수지가 꾸준하게 흑자를 유지했기 때문이다. 한편, 초점집단인터뷰에 참여한 현장전문가들은 시설의 재정상황에 대해 ‘눈앞이 깜깜할 정도로 절망적이고 난감한 현실’임을 강조했다. 이들은 재정난의 주요인으로 수가로 감당하기 어려운 인건비를 지적했고, 이에 따른 영향으로 인적자원관리와 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 어려움을 주장했다. 본 연구에서는 돌봄의 공공성 강화, 시설의 자원동원 역량 강화, 4차 산업혁명 시대에 적합한 돌봄 환경 구축 등 서울시립노인요양시설의 재정 안정화 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to figure out the financial status of the nursing homes contracted out by city of Seoul and to illuminate perceptions of the field experts on financial conditions. For this purpose, balance sheets of the municipal nursing homes for the last three years(2016–2018) were analyzed. Also, focus group interviews with the field experts were conducted three times. In addition, visitations to two nursing homes located in Gyeonggi province were conducted. All of the data were collected from May 3 to June 21 in 2019, for approximately 7 weeks. The result are as follows. The fiscal balance of the long-term care from 2016 to 2018 was deficit. On the other hand, overall finance of the nursing homes has shown a surplus as finances for areas other than the long-term care business have maintained consistent surpluses. Meanwhile, the field experts who participated in the focus group interview emphasized that the current financial situation of the facility is ‘hopeless.’ Also, they perceived that financial difficulty is related to ‘labor costs’which is too high to handle with the fee for services. In the aftermath of the increase in labor costs, it was difficult to manage human resources and provide quality services. Based on the results, this study proposed several strategies to stabilize the finance of the Seoul municipal nursing homes. The financial stability strategies include strengthening publicity of care, strengthening the facility’s resource mobilization capacity, and establishing a caring environment suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

성인 자폐성장애인의 일상생활 및 지역사회 복지서비스 이용 경험: 어머니 대상 초점집단인터뷰(FGI) 연구

This study was designed to identify daily life of adults with autism and their service experience in community welfare agencies, and to provide useful information for development of the programs suitable for the population and their life cycle. Data were collected through four focus group interviews with mothers of adult children who had autism spectrum disorders. A thematic analysis was carried out to describe and interpret the participants’ opinions and observations regarding the research topics. Several themes were derived from data analysis: Three sub-themes related to the daily life of adult with autism (meaningful life utilizing internal and external resources, boring life without an exit, future-oriented life with little progress and growth); two sub-themes with regard to service experience (positive changes caused by service use, obstacles to program participation); and two sub-themes regarding the needs toward community-based services (age-appropriate services; service management and delivery). Based on the study results, micro, mezzo, and macro level strategies were suggested for service and program development suitable for life cycle of adults with autism, including vocational rehabilitation, training for independent living skills, social skills training, and lifelong education. 본 연구는 성인 자폐성장애인의 일상생활과 서비스 이용경험을 파악하고 생애주기에 적합한 서비스와 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 성인 자폐성장애인의 어머니를 대상으로 총 4회 초점 집단 인터뷰(focus group interview)를 수행하였고, 연구 질문에 대한 연구참여자의 관점을 묘사하고 해석하기 위해 주제분석(thematic analysis)을 수행하였다. 그 결과 자폐성장애를 가진 성인자녀의 일상생활과 관련하여 3개의 하위주제(내․외부 자원을 활용하여 나름의 의미를 찾은 삶, 무료하고 출구가 보이지 않은 삶, 미래를 준비하고 있지만 성장과 발전을 느낄 수 없는 삶)가 도출되었고, 서비스 이용 경험과 관련하여 2개의 하위주제(서비스 이용에 따른 변화, 프로그램 참여 저해 요인)가 도출되었으며, 서비스 및 프로그램에 대한 욕구에서 2개의 하위주제(성인기에 적합한 서비스, 프로그램 운영방안)가 도출되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 직업재활, 사회기술훈련, 자립생활기술 훈련, 평생교육 등을 포함하여 성인 자폐성장애인의 생애주기에 적합한 서비스 개발과 운영에 대한 미시적 및 중․거시적 방안을 제시하였다.

베트남 여성결혼이민자의 양육스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

This study examines the factors impacting parenting-related stress levels using data from 69 individual Vietnamese women who married a Korean man and currently live in Korea. Applying hierarchical regression analyses, a set of three hypotheses was tested to examine whether parenting stress of Vietnamese immigrant women in Korea can be explained, based on child related factor, mother related factor, and stress coping related factor. Among the seven variables selected for the regression model, only three variables were statistically significant in explaining the parenting stress. The three variables are satisfaction in marriage, age of the youngest child, and passive stress copying strategy. Passive stress copying strategy was found to be the strongest predictor variable in explaining parenting stress of Vietnamese immigrant women in Korea.

조손가족 조부모를 위한 강점기반 집단교육 프로그램 개발 및 평가

본 연구는 강점기반에서 개발된 조손가족 조부모를 위한 집단교육 프로그램을 소개하고, 양적․질적방법을 혼합하여 이것을 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 양적평가에서는 단일집단 사전․사후검사를 이용하여 프로그램 참여 전․후의 조부모들의 자아통제감과 의사소통차이를 분석했다. 질적평가에서는 집단과정기록과 심층면접에서 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 조부모들의 집단경험의 의미를 탐색했다. 본 프로그램은 총 8회, 1회 90분-120분으로 구성되었으며, 강의, 토론, 역할극, 그리고 비디오테이프 등 다양한 매체를 활용하여 자신과 손자녀의 강점 찾기, 지역사회 자원 이해, 그리고 대화기술 향상에 초점을 두고 진행되었다. 집단교육 프로그램 참여 후 조부모들의 자아통제감 점수가 유의미하게 향상되었으며, 이들은 자신의 삶에 대한 태도에 변화가 일어났음을 밝혔다. 조부모들은 유사한 ‘우리’로 구성된 집단으로부터 위로를 받았으며, 늦게 시작한 공부(‘늦공부’)로부터 오는 즐거움을 경험하고 이것으로부터 실질적인 혜택을 받았음을 설명했다. 본 연구에서는 노인대상 집단개입과 관련된 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
