        "투입유발계수행렬"을 통한 한·중 산업연관승수효과에 관한 비교 연구

        개방형 정태 투입·산출모형에서 최종수요 개념과 산출물 개념으로 각각 표시되는 2개의 서로 다른 직·간접투입요구량 사이에 존재하는 “일반적 관계”를 통하여 최종수요에 대한 생산유발효과가 아닌 산출물에 대한 “투입유발효과”(직·간접투입요구량)를 새롭게 정의할 수 있게 되었다. 본 論文의 주된 硏究 目的은 다음 두가지로 요약될 수 있다. (1) 韓國(1998년 기준)과 中國(1997년 기준)의 全國産業聯關表를 기본 자료로 하여 산출물에 대한 直·間接投入誘發을 의미하는 投入誘發係數行列Γ^(g)을 새롭게 誘導하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 投入, 雇傭 및 所得乘數를 새롭게 정의한 후 이를 數量的으로 추계 하는 것이다. (2) 두 나라의 産業聯關 및 제반 乘數效果分析을 토대로 하여 성장 潛在力과 投資優先順位가 높은 산업 등을 비교 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 아울러 레온티에프 역행렬과 Γ^(g)행렬을 통한 각종 계수와 승수의 정규편차 Z를 구하여 투자우선순위가 높은 산업을 선정할 수가 있다. 이를테면 한국은 석유 석탄제품, 제1차금속, 화학제품이 중국은 화학제품, 電氣 電子機器, 제1차금속 등이 경제 전체에 미치는 波及效果와 함께 성장 잠재력도 높다고 할 수 있다. The author proposed the general relation between two different direct and indirect input requirements in the open static input-output model. Moreover, Gim (2000) also showed that the elements of the Leontief inverse C can be decomposed into four different parts; that the elements of the total input requirements matrix for a unit of final demand Γ^(f) can be decomposed into three different parts; and that the elements of the total input requirements matrix for a unit of gross output Γ^(g) can be decomposed into two different parts. On the basis of the research findings mentioned above, the study objectives of this paper are as follows (1) This paper is designed to draw up the matrix Γ^(g), which is newly called input requirement coefficients verified by the author, by using『1998 Input-Output Tables of Korea』and『1997 Input-Output Table of China』. (2) We compare interindustry linkages, multiplier effects and high impact potential sectors between Korea and China for 28 sectors. Some empirical estimations of multiplier analysis are presented in sections 3 and 4 for the usefulness of the new concepts found by the author. Of course the values of multipliers for input, employment and income drawn from Γ^(g) cannot be compared directly with the values of the same name multipliers derived from the Leontief inverse respectively, because their initial, exogenous changes are different. In conclusion, the results from the analysis of interindustry linkages and sectoral multipliers for output, income, employment, and income suggest that petroleum and coal products, primary metal products, chemical products, electrical and electronic equipment, and lumber and paper products might be given more attention in Korea, since expansion (or contraction) of these high impact sectors would have wide-spreading positive (or negative) effects on the national economy. However, in China, the high impact sectors are chemical products, electrical and electronic equipment, primary metal products, and wholesale and retail trade. Hopefully, we expect that the method and findings will be used in many different countries and applications: especially in environmental and energy input-output models, intensity analysis of resources, and multiplier and impact analysis.

        온도감응중합체 및 트립신 처리에 의한 중간엽줄기세포의 계대 배양 비교

        Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) possess extraordinary proliferation and broad differentiation potential, drawing much attention from the fields of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. These stem cell potentials, however, are known to steadily decrease during ex vivo expansion. Upon serial passage in vitro, MSCs exhibit significant aging-related transformation, the progression of which is presumably accelerated by the routine use of trypsin. In this study, we have investigated whether a new passage method with using RepCellTM, a temperatureresponsive polymer (TRP)-coated culture dish, is superior, in terms of proliferative potential, to the traditional trypsin-mediated method. The results showed that the cells passaged five times by trypsin treatment assumed much older cell morphology and grew more slowly than those passaged with RepCellTM, suggesting that trypsin might exert deleterious effects on proliferative potential of MSCs. In addition, DNA microarray-based differential transcriptional profiling revealed a notable, but not significant, difference in gene expression between these two cell populations, indicating a slow deposition of trypsin-mediated molecular changes. In conclusion, TRP-mediated passage would be a preferred method for ex vivo expansion of MSCs without risking damage to the stem cell properties.
