        기관내관 Cuff 에 인한 기도폐쇄 1례 보고

        The patient was scheduled for subtotal gastrectomy and was premedicated with morphine 10 mg and atropine 0.4 mg. For induction of anesthesia 200mg of thiopental were injected intravenously. A number 34 French cuffed endotracheal tube was passed into the trachea under direct vision following I.V.S.C.C. 60 mg. Anesthesia was maintained with ether oxygen without difficulty. Approximately one hour and thirty minutes following induction of anesthesia tbere was a complete airway obstruction due to overinflation of endotracheal cuff. The following precautions should be considered; 1. Prompt recognition or cause, prevention and treatment of airway obstruction. 2. A thorough examination of endotracheal tubes before use. 3. The use of endotracheal intubation never guarentees a patent airway. 4. A suction catheter passed through the endotracheal tube just after intubaon is valuable methcde for the recognition of air way obstruction.

        Simulation of High Vacuum Characteristics by VacTran Simulator

        Vacuum simulation is associated with the prediction and calculation of how materials, pumps and systems will perform using mathematical equations. In this investigation, three different high vacuum systems were simulated and estimated with each vacuum characteristics by VacTran simulator. In each of modelled vacuum systems, selection of gas loads into vessel, combination of rough and high vacuum pumps and dimension of conductance elements were proposed as system variables. In pump station model, the pumping speed to pressures by the combination of root pump was analyzed under the variations of vessel volume. In this study, the effects of outgassing dependent on vessel materials was also simulated and aluminum vessel was estimated to optimum materials. It was obtained from the modelling with diffusion pump that the diameter, length of 50×250[ ] roughing line was characterized as optimum variables to reach the ultimate pressure of 10E- 7[torr]. Optimum design factors for vacuum characteristics of modelled vacuum system were achieved by VacTran simulator. Feasibility of VacTran as vacuum simulator was verified and applications of VacTran in high tech process expected to be increased.

        디스플레이공정 진공시스템 밸브응용에 따른 진공특성 전산모사

        진공 시스템의 성능에 대한 밸브 컨덕턴스의 영향은 진공시스템의 설계 최적화를 위해 전산모사 되었다. 본 연구에서는, 전산모사기인 VacSimMulti 에 의한 모델링기구가 제시되었다. 진공 시스템의 설계는 진공 장비의 다양한 산업적 구현을 위해 특정한 프로세스 조건을 충족해야 한다. 진공 밸브의 구조, 길이, 직경 등은 컨덕턴스 영향의 전산모사 변수로서 모델링 되었으며, 직렬 진공 시스템의 배기 밸브 또한, 다양한 크기와 구조로 모델링하여 전산모사 되었다. 밸브 직경의 변화는 도관의 길이의 변화보다 진공특성에 있어 더 유의미한 효과를 보여주었으며 슬릿형의 밸브도관 시스템은 모델링된 밸브구조 중 가장 뛰어난 진공특성을 가지는 것으로 관찰 되었다. Effect of valve conductance on performance of vacuum system was simulated for optimum design of vacuum system. In this investigation, the feasibility of modeling mechanism for VacSimMulti simulator was proposed. Application specific design of vacuum system is required to meet the particular process conditions for various industrial implementations of vacuum equipments. Geometry and length, diameter of vacuum valve were modeled as simulation modeling variables for conductance effects. Series vacuum system was modeled and simulated with varied dimensions and structures of exhaust valves. Variation of valve diameter showed the more significant effects on vacuum characteristics than that of pipeline length variations. It was also observed that the aperture structure of valve had the superior vacuum characteristics among the modeled systems.

        An examination of the theories of philosophy of physical education lends itself to the following six conclusions: 1) The philosophical approach should be one which uses a defined methodology to extract the real substance of the principles of physical education. 2) The view of the body as a whole should be based on the concept of both mind and body.(Monism). 3) Axiology and teleogy are the owe most important concepts in understanding the philosophy of physical education. 4) Philosophical concepts have had and continue to have a profound influence on physical education. They can be regarded as being the cornerstone of establishing a philosophy of physical education. 5) The nature, principles and methodology of physical education is best understood by applying them to philosophical knowledge, meta-physics, epistemology, logic, ethics, and aesthetics. 6) The philosophy of physical education is a function of the development of modern physical education. In the conclusion it was pointed out the scientific characteristics of the philosophy of physical education should not be dealt with separately. Instead this should include a type of methodology developed through the use of estimates, analysis, and synthesis.

      • 靑少年 精神 健康과 福祉政策과의 關係 摸索

        본 논문은 급변하는 현대 사회 속에서 청소년 정신건강의 중요성을 되새겨보고 이를 복지정책과 관계하여 복지정책 발달을 모색해 보는데 목적이 있다. 오늘의 시대를 살아가야 하는 청소년들은 자신의 정체성을 파악하고 자아 정체성을 가지는 일이 무엇보다 중요하다. 청소년의 과도기적 특성은 정신건강을 위한 복지정책 연구의 필연성을 말해주고 있다. 청소년 정신건강 문제 배경과 복지정책과의 연계에서는 청소년의 가치관 혼란과 다양한 요구를 복지정책과 연계하는 문제를 생각해 보았다. 청소년이 물질주의적 가치관을 경계하고 다양한 가치에 대한 인식을 바탕으로 바른 가치관을 가질 수 있도록 복지정책 프로그램을 활성화하여 가정이나 사회, 학교가 이를 합리적으로 수용할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 할 것을 제안하였다. 이러한 논의 하에 청소년 정신건강 증진을 위한 복지정책의 방안으로 크게 청소년 정신건강을 위한 현실화 방안과 정신의학과 종교를 통한 방안을 모색하였다. 먼저 청소년 정신건강을 위한 복지정책의 현실화 방안으로는 청소년 정책의 전문성 강화 방안, 가정환경 개선방안, 교육환경 개선방안, 청소년 단체의 활성화 방안, 유해환경 개선방안, 지원사업 및 기업체의 참여방안 등으로 전개하였다. 이어 정신의학을 통한 정신건강 증진방안은 스트레스의 해소와 함께 정신건강 문제가 발생하기 전에 예방하는 예방 프로그램의 정책마련을 촉구하였다.

        Simulation of outgassing effects of vacuum materials on vacuum characteristics

        The outgassing effects of selected vacuum materials on the vacuum characteristics were simulated by the VacSimMulti simulation tool. This investigation examined the feasibility of reliably simulating the outgassing characteristics of common vacuum chamber materials (aluminum, copper, stainless steel, nickel plated steel, Viton A). The optimum design factors for these vacuum systems were suggested based on the simulation results. The baking-out effects of the modeled systems and materials on the performance of the vacuum system were also analyzed. The simulation predicted that the overall outgassing effect was more significant in the TMP system than in the DP system and that the utilization of a booster pump has a greater effect on the evacuation time than on the ultimate pressure.
