본 연구에서는 건강가정을 지원하는 가족정책을 강화하는 방안 가운데 하나로 가족문화유산에 주목하여 대학생들의 인식을 통해 그 가치와 필요성, 정책적 시사점을 살펴보았다. 107명의 대학생을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과, 가족문화유산은 세대에서 세대로 이어 온 유형·무형의 가족 전통이나 문화, 유물의 개념으로 이해되고 있었다. 또한 가족문화유산은 대학생들에게 긍정적인 느낌으로 연상되고 있었고, 그 기능과 가치에 대해서도 긍정적인 평가를 받고 있었다. 본 연구에 참여한 대학생들이 현재 자신의 가정에서 보유하고 있는 가족문화유산은 가족 유물, 가족 가치, 가족 활동, 가족 관계의 범주로 분류될 수 있었으며, 이러한 유산에 대한 대학생들의 견해는 대부분 긍정적인 정서와 평가로 요약될 수 있었다. 앞으로 이들이 자신의 가정을 갖게 될 경우 옛 유산을 보존할 것인지 아니면 새로운 유산을 창출할 것인지와 관련된 계획과 그 이유에 대해 알아본 결과. 절반 이상의 응답자가 현존하는 가족문화유산을 계승할 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 응답자의 약 1/3은 자신만의 새로운 가족문화유산을 갖고 싶어 했으며, 응답자의 약 1/9은 기존 유산과 새 유산을 함께 갖고 싶어 했다. 이들이 유지하거나 새로 만들고자 하는 가족문화유산의 유형은 그 가치가 긍정적으로 평가되고 있었으며, 이들의 현존하는 가족문화유산과 같이 가족 유물, 가족 가치, 가족 활동, 가족 관계의 차원으로 분류될 수 있었다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 건강가정을 지원하는 가족정책을 강화하기 위한 차원에서 고려할 만한 유의미한 시사점을 도출하여, 대학생을 대상으로 하는 예비 가족생활교육의 강화, 가족문화유산의 개발을 통한 건강가정 지원의 활성화, 가족문화유산 운동의 사회적 확산과 이를 위한 총체적 지원, 향후 가족문화유산을 매개로 한 건가가정 지원의 강화를 돕는 연구기반의 구축에 대해 논하였다. This study analyzed future generation’s perception on family cultural heritages(FCHs). 107 college students were the subjects of this study. They answered to the questions of general perception on FCHs, the present state of their FCHs and their planning of transmission of the present FCHs or creation of their own FCHs. The subjects perceived FCHs as unique tradition or convention that has been passing down. Their feelings or emotions about FCHs were very positive like love, trust, gratitude, happiness, joy, precious, etc. They appreciated it’s significant functions as an effective source of family intimacy, cohesion, communications, sharing, support. They set a hight value on FCHs evaluating it necessary, important, valuable, treasure, special, should have handed down, etc. The present FCHs of the subjects were categorized into family legacy, family values, family activities, family relationships. The subjects had positive feelings and appreciation on their present FCHs. Half of the subjects wanted to keep and deliver their present FCHs since it’s functional and significant. One third planned making their own FCHs when they have their own family. The lists of the new FCHs were more diverse including child supportive environment, family volunteering, economically stable environment, generally, they were similar with those the half subjects wanted to hand over though. Based on the research findings, implications on family policies focused on supporting health family development and further studies in the field were discussed.?

This study explored principles of child education in such traditional Korean child education books as So Hak, Dong Mong Sun Seup, Kyuk Mong Yo Kyul, and Sa So Goel. Principles of child education presented in those traditional Korean child education books can be identified as (1) modeling and identification, (2) integration of knowledge and behavior, (3) spontaneity of learning, (4) learning by doing, (5) early education with consideration of critical periods, and (6) individualization. From those findings, we can conclude that traditional Korean child education (1) emphasizes learner characteristics and principles of child development, (2) gives good guidance to significant adults around children, and (3) suggests implications to modern child education practices which are mainly concerned with knowledge and function.
자녀의 힘을 북돋우는 부모 프로그램이 어머니와 자녀에게 미치는 효과

This study examined the effects of the Empowering Parents Training(EPT) program with emphasis on mother`s parental satisfaction and communication skills and children`s self-esteem and social competence. Subjects were 73 mothers and their 4th to 6th grade children in elementary schools in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Thirty-seven mother-child dyads were assigned to the education group and 36 dyads were assigned to the comparison group. Mothers in the education group received EPT in 7 sessions. Statistical methods adopted for data analyses were ANCOVA and Scheffe test. EPT had a positive effect on enhancing mothers` parental satisfaction and communication skills. EPT had some positive influence on children`s self-esteem and social competence. The executive model of EPT used in this study was considered effective by the parents and lecturers.
입양 부모들을 위한 부모교육 프로그램 -공개입양 자조집단 대상의 부모교육 프로그램 모형개발-

The purpose of this study were to understand the actual states of the disclosed adoptive families in Korea and to develop an effective parent education program based upon the adoptive families`s various needs. The subjects of this study were parents from the self-help group of the disclosed adoptive families. They thought the strongness of activities of the group is forming close relationships with other families and getting good knowledges about parenting. And they pointed out the weakness of their group is having non systematic programs. All of the parents need the parent education program which contains the informations of the adoption-related problems and child-rearing skills as a part of the activities of their group. Based on the present conditions of the adoptive families and their needs a parent education program for the disclose adoptive parents was developed in this study. And it was suggested that the parent education program would be conducted and it`s effects should be assessed through the subjective evaluation process.
