In the early part of the 1920's centering around a literary coterie magazine of Chargio(創造), Baekjo(白潮), and Peyheo(廢墟) and so , romantic poetry was under the premise that it regarded a denial against the doctrine of the enlightenment as an ideological motivity. This writing began to work from having a critical mind that the binnial antagonistic relatis of firm literature history to be called the literature of enlightenment ar the romantic literature could simplify and exclude the historical speciality in the literature of this period. The literary of a coterie magazine in the early part of the 1920's was created the an ideological basis called the doctrine of the enlightenment to protect self-worth. We could say that it was not 'content' of the enlightenment but ' attitude' of the enlightenment that the literary men of a coterie magazine have regarded as an object of a denial against the L,ee, Kwang Soo's literature that appeared such a doctrine of the enlightenment into 'straight tallying' ar ' doctrinism'. Also, It is common in that both they and L,ee, Kwang Soo tried to prove and realize the task of the enlightenment called emancipation of ego by emancipation of emotions. Both of them looked motion as essence of ego and that of literature. They found out the characteristic of ego and the autonomy of literature through emotions. Lee, Kwang Soo regarded a society of emotion and that of culture as the final object of enlightenment. He, there sought the measure of emotional society from sympathy, finding out the measure of cultural society from personality. The motive to be malized upon the content of enlightenment like this was affected by a substitutional consciousness f the literary of the coterie magazine which has a tendency of decadent and estheticism. He has restricted himself to emancipation of emotis by saying that all the emotion of human being should not be respected affirmed, as well as it has an inferior emotion to have to oppress them in such a human emotion. Lee, Kwang Soo enlarged the gap from the literature of romantic inclination by mildly erecting the line of the rapid enlightening doctrine called a though emancipation of ego, emancipatiin of persality and emancipation of emotion. They who charged in the literary coterie magazine of the 1920's placed absolute trust in worth of ego and emotion, as well as it was ideal without admitting of compromise to any custom and fallacy of morality. The realization of an absolute worth that became an idealization like this could not be obtained through a realistic effort. It is just reason that they have tried to rise ideally above the real rather than they tried to improve the real through art. Their demand for a perfect emancipation of ego has isolated in them that was in imagination and fantasy. Furthermore, all the effort of real impermanent comes to nothing due to their thought that ply the enjoyment of the fantastic real art enables us to live an elegant and noble life. The doctrine of enlightenment, which shared with Lee, Kwang Soo and the literary risen of coterie magazine as basis ideologically in the 1920's was that of culture which social and political character was enervated. Lee Kwang Soo regarded a cultural ideal as personality but the literary risen of coterie magazine in the 1920's as beauties. With all their difference, they tried to complement f the misery of reality through culture. The emotion which was found out by them has a great value in that it became a basis to build a self-regulating area in literature but we could find out the limitation of literature in the era which was too dented by emotions in that the emotions would be not irrelevant to such a deceitfulness to be immanent in the doctrine of the cultural enlightenment.
'주변인들'의 미적 의미 : 1920년대 초기 동인지를 중심으로 Mainly the early 1920s' Donginji(同人誌)

The literature media positively appeared at the early 1920s. The Donginji(同人誌) of Chnagjo(『創造』, 1919. 2∼1921. 6), Peyheo(『廢墟』, 1920. 7∼1921. 10) and Baekjo(『白潮』, 1922. 1∼1923. 6) and so on were the first periodical publications to specialize a literary field. This writing found out function and effect that the aesthetic representation of the 'outsiders' made a display of, centering around the early 1920s' Donginji. In the representation of the 'outsiders', the range and center that a modern system operates became a precondition. When viewing as a theory of the inside of the system, the 'outsiders' are the unqualified persons or stragglers in the day. The 'outsiders' located in a boundary could be called others capable of confirmation of an inside identity. The 'outsiders' is a material mark of the boundary. To make others of the 'outsiders' answers to a question, that is, what theory and regulation consisted of in the inside of a boundary. But the 'outsiders' always make us continually doubt the inside worth of a boundary as well as the cause of a crack in boundary.
