김하림 한중인문학회 2013 한중인문학연구 Vol.39 No.-
2012년으로 대한민국과 중화인민공화국이 국교를 수립한지 20년이 되었다. 1950년에 발발 했던 한국전쟁 이후 무찔러야만 되는 적대적 관계였던 ‘오랑캐 국가 중공’이 1992년 수교 이 후 20년 만에 이제는 한국과 가장 긴밀하게 교류하고 있는 국가가 된 것이다. 수교 20주년을 맞이하여 이제 우리는 한국의 중국관, 중국 인식이 필요한 시점이기도 하다. 그동안의 중국관 이나 중국 인식이 주로 미국이나 일본의 영향이나 자장권에서 이루어진 측면이 적지 않기 때 문에, 이제는 우리의 생존전략 차원에서도, 동아시아의 공생과 번영, 평화를 위해서도 한국의 중국관을 확립할 필요가 있고, 한중교류의 의미와 목적을 성찰할 시점이기도 하다. 한국과 중국의 수교 20주년은 향후 한국과 중국이 어떻게 상호 교류를 더 증진시키고 호혜 평등한 관계 속에서 양국의 발전을 도모할 것인가를 고민하는 계기를 부여해주었다. 현재까지 는 주로 경제적 교류 중심으로 한중관계를 인식하는 측면이 강했다면, 이제는 새로운 창조적 관계를 모색하고 실천해야 할 시점이라 할 수 있다. 이 단계에 중요한 것은 ‘인문학’의 역할이 라 할 수 있다. 즉 양국의 ‘국가-문화-이데올로기’ 시스템과 이 시스템에 의해 재생산되는 모 순, 갈등, 편견의 문제를 극복해야 ‘창조적 관계’가 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 시스템에 의해 생 산되는 문제는 결국 ‘인문학’이 해결해야 할 몫이다. 국가단위가 아닌 ‘인간’의 문제를 고민하 는 것이 ‘인문학’의 근본이라는 점에서 더욱 그러하다. In 2012, the Republic of Korea and the People's Republic of China became 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. After the Korean War in 1950, the South Korea and China which was called ‘barbarians red china’ at that time relations was hostile. Now, they were most closely interact each other for 20 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992. At this point, South Korea is necessary to stand the perception of china and the viewpoint of china those were meanwhile assessed by America or Japan. Now, the South Korea need to establish the viewpoint of China for strategies in terms of theirs survival and for peace, symbiotic relationship, and properties in East Asia. Also, it is time to reflect on the meaning and purpose of the Korea-China exchange. The 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and China have offered opportunities how to promote more interaction in the future and to develop in equality and mutual benefit relations between two counties. Until now, the aspects of Korea-China relations was strong to recognized mainly by economic exchanges. Now, this is the point to seek and practice new creative relationship. In this step, the important thing is the roles of ‘humanities’ which means both countries's ‘Country-Culture-Ideology’ system and then this system reproduced contradiction, conflict and prejudice problems. After solves these problems, finally they can be formed creative relationship. The problems that produced by the system need to resolve eventually by the ‘humanities’. This is especially the root of ‘humanities’ imply be concerned about the ‘human’ not the nation.

This treatise is to inquire into the correlation between Literature and power politics from 1917 to The Great Cultural Revolution of 1966. It observes from the viewpoint of changing feudal political power and culture in modern Chinese Literature. LiZehou and LiuZaifu have insisted that a literary theory combined power politics and culture led learned circle of modern Literature in China for the past fifty years. (from 1928 to 1976). They were to grasp how Literature was distorted during that time by outward power of Literature rather than meaning itself. In the modern Chinese Literature, the cultural power situation is prominent through a positive realistic participation of writers in the early years. After this, the writers divided into the left faction and the right faction. The left faction stood against the Nationalist Party and the right faction stood against the Communist Party. They built an internal cultural power. Control of culture is mentioned by Mao Zedong and it was stronger after the establishment of PRC in 1994. CCP and Mao Zedong held cultural power through the restraint of literary art. This process, in other side, combined people in charge of culture and culture with authority. This situation has shown two sides, namely combination and opposition of culture and politics. But unilateral constraint of power has impoverished cultural trends because politicians have expressed intentional culture bias. On the other hand, culture is shown more a transmission of information or a social nature than self-object. So we need to find minute meanings in competition between culture and power.

포제 및 발효 가공에 따른 오미자와 구기자 물 추출물의 항염증 및 숙취해소 효과

Schisandra chinensis (SC) and Lycium chinense (LC) were widely distributed in Asia and the fruit has been used traditionally for medicinal herbs. The processing method was solid-state fermentation using Aspergillus oryzae for 48 h after stir-frying treatment at 220 oC for 12 min. In this study, in vitro the anti-inflammatory effect and in vivo hangover reduction were compared to unprocessed SC and LC water extract. Anti-inflammatory effects have been evaluated in pro-inflammatory mediators which were secreted by lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages. Nitric oxide (NO) was determined using Griess reaction. Proinflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interleukin (IL)-1β were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). Alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) activities were compared to processed SC or LC and mixtures thereof (1:1). In vivo study was compared to hangover relief in alcohol-fed mice. After administering a mixture of SC and LC (300 mg/kg) water extract (1:1), mice were fed 3 g/kg of ethanol. Serum was collected at 1, 3, and 5 h intervals to analyze ethanol and acetaldehyde levels using a colorimetric assay kit. The processed SC and LC water extracts compared to raw materials significantly inhibited LPS-induced NO and inflammatory cytokine production in RAW 264.7 cells. The results of the hangover mouse model are also consistent with anti-inflammatory effects. These results suggest that processed SC and LC extracts may be functional materials for the treatment of inflammation and hangover.
