고온과 고습 조건하에서 양파 화구의 총 단백질의 발현과 원형질막 H⁺-ATPase의 영향

본 연구는 고온과 고습 조건 하에서 양파 화구의 총 단백질 발현과 원형질막 H?-ATPase 영향을 조사하고자 조생종 ‘신선황’과 중생종 ‘맵시황’를 이용하여 실험을 수행하였다. ‘신선황’과 ‘맵시황’ 품종의 양파화구 개회전, 반개화, 그리고 만개 단계에서 단백질의 양상에는 차이를 보이지 않았지만 결실 단계에서는 유도 및 비유도되는 단백질이 현저하게 나타났다, 양파화구 개화 후 실시한 고온과 고습처리 18일째의 양파 두 품종의 단백질도 현저하게 감소하였고 특히 고온 처리구에서 더 감소되는 경향을 보였다. 윈형질막 H?-ATPase 발현을 western-blot으로 살펴본 결과, ‘신선황’과 ‘맵시황’의 경우 대조구에서 원형질막 H?-ATPase 단백질 발현이 유지 되는 반면에, 고온처리구에서는 두 품종 모두 원형질막 H?-ATPase가 발현 되지 않았다. 고습처리구에서 중생종 ‘맵시황’의 원형질막 H?-ATPase는 발현 되었는데 조생종 ‘신선황’에서 발현되지 않았다. 이는 양파 종자 성숙단계에서 고온 조건을 조우하면 고습처리 보다는 단백질 및 원형질막의 H?-ATPase피해가 더 심각함을 보여 주는 결과이다. This study was undertaken the effect of high temperature and high humidity on protein expression and especially plasma membrane (PM) H?-ATPase of umbel with flowers of early cultivar 'Shinsun-hwang' and intermediate cultivar 'Maebsihwang' of onion (Allium cepa L.). There were no visible any difference on the protein pattern from before flowering stage to full flowering stage of two onion cultivars, however, seed set stages were revealed induced/deduced protein patterns. At day 18, protein expression pattern of the high temperature and high humidity treatments of two cultivars was significantly reduced compared to controls. Furthermore, various protein expression of the high temperature treatment was more reduced compared to high humidity treatment. PM H?-ATPase expression of the control plants of two onion cultivars was clearly shown, but was not detectable under high temperature treatment of the two onion cultivars using western blot analysis. PM H?-ATPase expression of the high humidity treatment was faintly detected intermediate cultivar 'Maebsihwang', not early cultivar 'Shinsunhwang'. These results indicate that protein expression pattern and PM H?-ATPase under high temperature treatment was considered to be more damaged compared to high humidity.

최근 기업은 사회적 책임(CSR)의 한계점을 극복하고, 지속적인 상생가치를 구현하기 위한 공유가치창출(CSV)방안을 모색하고 있다. 특히 문화예술분야에서 공공미술을 활용한 기업의 공유가치창출은 단순한 심미적 관점이 아니라, 시민들과 더불어 사회경제적 공유가치를 창출할 수 있는 구체적 대안이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 시민들이 주체적으로 참여할 수 있는 시민참여형 공공미술을 활용한 기업의 공유가치창출(CSV)의 활동방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이는 데스크리서치를 통한 개념분석 및 선행연구를 통한 유형 분류, 유형별 국내외 대기업 우수선진 사례 분석을 통해 가치제안 하였다. 분석결과로, ① 지역문화를 활용한 프로그램 개발 확대 ② 지속가능한 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼 구축 ③ 기업, 지자체, 시민 등의 다양한 이해관계자간의 협력시스템 구축을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 시민의 주체적인 참여에 의한 지속적인 공유가치를 창출할 수 있는 기초자료로써 활용되고자 하며, 문화예술지원의 발전 및 활성화를 기대해본다. Recently, businesses have overcome the limitations of corporate social responsibility(CSR) and are searching for methods for creating shared value(CSV) in order to realize continuous co-prosperous value. In particular, the corporate creation of shared value utilizing public art in the culture and arts field needs, not a simple aesthetic point of view, but concrete alternatives that allow socio-economic shared value to be created together with the public. At this, the present study attempts to present action plans for creating shared value(CSV) for businesses utilizing participatory public art in which citizens can autonomously take part in. It made value propositions through concept analysis conducted using desk research, type classification made using precedent research, and analyses of well advanced cases from large corporations home and abroad by each type. Analysis results led to the ① expanded development of programs utilizing local culture, ② the construction of a sustainable communication platform, and ③ the construction of a cooperation system for various interested parties including businesses, local governments, and citizens. Hopefully, this study will be applied as base material that can create continuous shared value through the autonomous participation of the people and expectations are made toward the development and vitalization of art and culture support.
