Information technology and tourism seem to be very unlikely parterners. In so far as the technologies are concerned, it is not telephone or computers or videotext that are being diffused, but a whole system of information technologies. Indeed information and the technologies for their manipulation, are vital cement of the tourist trade. The objective of this study is to aggregate and analyze the development and theoretical constructs which could offer a more profound understanding of the diffusion and impact of information technology in the tourism marketing strategies. Such an approach could help to alleviate some commonly-held misconceptions about information technology and tourism industry.
Formation of Nanoporous Pt Thin Films by Electrochemical Dissolution

To study nanoporous formation by electrochemical dissolution, Pt0.52Al0.48 thin films were examined during 500 repeated cycles. Although the Pt0.52Al0.48 thin films exhibited similar electrocatalytic properties to Pt thin films at the initial stages, the Pt0.52Al0.48 thin films showed gradually increasing electrocatalytic properties as cycles proceeded. These enhancements are attributed to the nanoporosities in the Pt0.52Al0.48 thin films. The nanoporous Pt thin films, after the complete dissolution of Al, exhibited approximately one order of magnitude larger electrochemical surface area than Pt thin films. Superior methanol-oxidation activities were also observed in the nanoporous Pt thin films.

Nowadays, the tourism industry grown into a huge industry worldwide has become one of the four top industries in the international trade along with oil, automobile and information industries. The tourism industry, of which importance is on the rise worldwide as time goes on, is rated as the industry with a huge effect on enhanced recognition in society, cultural exchanges and enjoyment, as well as an economic effect. Especially, the cruise tour is forecast to develop further, due to life style change in the 21st century; namely, the desire to maximal utilization of leisure time and income increase. Korea is a peninsula country surrounded by sea, which is unlimited available resource, and thus the cruise industry has a huge growth potential in the future with such a favorable location condition.Although the cruise market has a powerful potential actively meeting new demand, the weight of Korean cruise industry in the world’s cruise market has been meager, due mainly to lack of cruise industry-related policy and development of cruise tour products, coupled with lacking ideas and actual experiences. The study on the cruise tour product development focused on Korea linking Northeast Asia is seriously and urgently needed in the future in line with the demand of cruise tour worldwide as well as that of Asia. 최근의 한국의 관광산업은 새로운 발전을 위한 선진형 관광산업의 발전기로 전환하여야할 기회를 갈망하고 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 기존의 관광산업의 체질개선과 함께 새로운 선도기업의 실험이 하나의 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 측면에서 크루즈사업의 발전은 한국 관광산업의 새로운 발전을 위한 선도 기업으로서의 역할을 기대할 수가 있을 것이다. 크루즈사업의 발전은 세계경제의 영향, 세계 관광객의 여행패턴의 변화, 해당 관련국가의 정부의 정책, 기업의 역할 등의 외부적 영향요인과 함께 크루즈선사의 이미지, 크루즈선의 시설등과 함께 내부적 핵심요소로서 식음료 서비스의 수준과 입, 출항 터미널의 수준과 서비스, 상륙여행을 위한 다양하고 경쟁성 있는 상품의 개발로 그 목적을 달성할 수가 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 본격적인 크루즈여행의 발전을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 이러한 영향요인들에 대한 크루즈여행자들의 선택행동을 분석하여, 향후 한국의 크루즈 관련 관광사업체들이 경영지표로 활용하기 위한 관점에서 분석을 시도하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 크루즈여행객들의 크루즈여행 목적지나 크루즈선사를 선택하는 행동에 있어서 선택행동에 대한 태도와 주관적 규범을 측정하고자 하였다. 이러한 분석은 호텔 등 여러 관광사업 분야에서 유사한 모습을 보이고 있으나 크루즈 분야에서도 적용이 되는지를 실험해 보고자 하는 것이다.

Measurement time delay in the transfer alignment is very important. It has been well known that the time delay degrades the alignment performance and makes some navigation errors on the transfer alignment of slave INS(SINS). Therefore there are many schemes to eliminate that time delay but the compensation technique through the estimation by Kalman filter through modeling the time delay as a random constant is generally used. In the case of change over measurement time delay or the large measurement time delay, estimation performance in the existing compensation technique is degraded because model of time delay is not correct any more. In this paper, we propose the method to keep the time delay almost constant even though in the abnormal communication state and very small through feedback compensation using double buffer. Double buffer consists of two moving window to temporarily store measurements from master INS and slave INS in real time.

Economic activity of traditional market is developing as the type of EC(electronic commerce) with marketing activity through Internet In tourism industry the recognition about EC is raised and most tourism sectors are extending their boundary to virtual area. Comparing to the other industry, tourism industry is better position for the success of EC. Internet EC cost about distribution is less than that of general EC because Internet EC sells digital product. Even though now EC of tourism industry in Korea has a good system like developed countries, there are many problems in consumer satisfaction which is the same in traditional market. The reason is that system introduction was prior than consumex satisfaction. I investigated the state of general and tourism EC and researched about consurrer satisfaction. The result of this research showed that most consurrers were satisfied with EC system but EC operation. For the EC activation of tourism industry the consumer dissatisfaction of traditional market is to be removed and new basis of economic activity has to be constructed through marketing strategy and government support.

관성항법장치는 항공기, 유도탄 잠수함과 같이 항법을 필요로 하는 시스템에 실시간으로 항법정보를 제공한다. 그러므로 관성항법장치가 정상동작하는 가를 실시간으로 판단하는 것은 관성항법장치 적용 시스템의 운용 관점에서 매우 중요하며 미를 관성항법장치 고장검출 기법이라 한다. 본 논문에서는 관성항법장치의 고장검출 기법에 대한 기술동향을 조사하였다. 관성항법장치 고장검출 기법의 기술동향은 관성항법장치 기술동향과 매우 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있기 때문에 본 논문에서는 전 세계적으로 사용되었거나 혹은 현재 사용되고 있는 주요 관성항법장치의 기술분석을 통하여 고장검출 기법의 기술동향에 대하여 조사하였다.
