      • 특이혈청항체 IgG 분획(分劃)이 Streptococcus mutans의 평골면(平滑面) 부착(附着)에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        In order to demonstrate the effect of specific serum IgG antibody on the adherence of Streploco- zcus witarrs to smooth surface and the mechanism of effective adherince inbibition by IgG antibody, in the prepent study authors obtained purified 1'gG from different immunogen preparatiohs of S. mufans KCTC I04.49 (serotype c) and observed the effect of each IgG preparation on the adherence of each,S, virstans strain cultured in different conditions. In additiov, the presen( study was under- taken to observe the cross-reactivity of IgG and the eftect of sucrose concentration on the adherence of S. )eutpns in vitro non-growth conditian. The adherence of S. mutans to glass surface was effective]y inhibitecl by serum IgG antibody. At the same IgG concentrations, anti-2Fo fructose grown/1 N NaC1 washedI S. mutans NCTC lp449 cell showed greater a'dherence inJubitory effect to S. mutans strains .than anti 2Zo sccrose grown- .and anti-S. ruutans NCTC 10449 cell wall, and the greater inhibitory effects of Ig6 preparations were observed ia assay using 2z fructose grown S. mutans celI preparations tban using 0. Ip; uarose grown cell preparations. These results suggest that the more effective adherenee inhibition by serum IgG antibody is due to the reaciion with S. mutans cell surface antigens rather $lt;bpn glucan and celI-associated gIucosyltransferase. The greatest adherence inhibitory effeci. Of IgG to S. mulans strains was observed on homologous NCTC 10449 strain ancl the inhibition crogs-reactivities were observed betweein serotype c, e, and f strains. More pronounced cross-reactivity of adherence mhibition oI IgG to S. mutans vas observed in assay using anti-Zi fructose grown/I N XaCl wasbcd cell than using other IgG preparations, and observed in assay usmg 2.$quot;o fructose grosvn S. mutar:s cell preparations thRA'. 0, I a sucrose grown cef.l preparations. It was ir!terested that low, but adequa$lt;e concentration of reactive Igg antibody significantly increased the adherence ability of S, mgtaggg, This result may be due to the formation of srnall cell aggregates resulfed in a iaereage in tJ:e numbers af organisms whieh adhered to glass surface. The adherence of S. mutans to glass surface was possible in the a$sence of gluean-synthotie activity. Low level of sucrose sigdifkaetl increased the. Adherence ability vf S. mutans to glass surface, but excessive amount of suerose indueed Jarge cell aggr,egates reeulted in a decrease in the,aumbers of orgaaism which adbered.

        순환신경망을 이용한 제주지역 겨울철 저층윈드시어 예측

        Ensemble verification and prediction of low-level wind shear (LLWS) are an important matter for airplane landing and management. In this study, we compared the prediction performance of LLWS forecasts of ensemble mean, multiple regression model and long short-term memory (LSTM), which belong to the family of recurrent neural network based on the grid points over the Jeju area. The prediction skills of methods were compared by mean absolute error. We found that the prediction skills of forecasts of LSTM were better than the bias-corrected forecasts in terms of deterministic prediction.

        제주 자생 왕벚나무(Prunus yedoensis Matsumura) 동아의 채취시기와 배지의 조건에 따른 기관유도

        We tried to mass-propagate Prunus yedoensis from Jeju through tissue culture. We investigated the effect of bud collection time, the concentration of NH₄NO₃ in media and plant growth regulators(BAP, GA₃ and IBA) on the differentiation of winter buds. Buds, taken in February, flushed well regardless of various in vitro conditions. Bud flushing rate was significantly different depending on the collection time. BAP appeared to be effective on bud flushing. Sixty percent of buds taken in October flushed on the media containing 3.0 ㎎/ℓ BAR. No buds flushed on the medium supplemented with IBA. Buds, after flushing in BAP media, grew as foliated shoots and showed a rosette of leaves. When GA₃ supplemented to the BAP-containing media as a higher concentration than that of BAP, shoots elongated and developed into normal shoots. The combination of BAP 1.0 ㎎/ℓ and GA₃ 2.0 ㎎/ℓ is most recommendable for shoot elongation.

        낙하산을 갖는 단거리 발사체의 오차분석

        This paper contains the computational simulation of a free rocket with a parachute and the development of a firing table for each range. To obtain the trajectory of the rocket, 6 DOF model of rocket with parachute was generated and the wind tunnel test was done for the input parameters. Good agreement was obtained between the analysis of trajectory and the flight test result. Also the trajectory error analysis was performed by the Monte Carlo simulation. As a result of simulation, the CEP(Circular Error Probability) of the firing table was calculated.

        모더니즘이 고전주의로부터 탈피함으로써 시작되었듯이 포스트모더니즘도 분명히 모더니즘에서 탈피하려는 성격을 띠게 되었다. 그리고 포스트모더니즘의 개념은 1960년대 이후부터 예술의 장르에서 나타났으며 디자인, 건축, 인테리어 분야에서는 국제주의 양식과 모더니즘 디자인의 반작용으로 나타나게 된다. 이러한 포스트모더니즘은 근대 건축과 인테리어 디자인이 등한시했던 형태표현의 문제 등을 장식성, 회화성, 은유성, 상징성 등의 의미를 부여하여 해결하려 하였으며 급변하는 사회 속에서 다양한 상황을 반영하고 고대에서 현대에 이르기까지 여러 양식을 접목시켜 어떠한 야식에도 구애됨이 없이 각자의 욕구에 의한 표현의 다양성을 제시해 주었다는데 의의가 있다. 이에 본 논문은 현재 인테리어 디자인에 표현되고 있는 포스트모던적 특징과 경향을 연구해 봄으로써, 급격히 변해가는 가치관과 다양한 표현 가능성 속에서 혼탁과 모방의 와중에 있는 현대 인테리어 디자인의 밑바탕이 되는 이론을 정립하고자 한다. As like Modernism was motivated in escaping from Classicalism, Post-Modernism Has been done from Modernism. Post-Modernism has came out in the genre of the art since 1960s, and expressed international aspects and reactions of modernism in the design, architecture and interior fields. Post-Modernism intended to sobs the problems about the expression which modem architecture and interior passed over decoration, painting, metaphor, and symbolization. It presented the various situations of the rapidly social changing parts. From the ancient to the modem times it representated independently feature and diversification of the individual needs without regard to the other styling. In this paper studied the post-modem characters and treats about reflective today Interior design expression. It arranges modern interior design of the foundation through the social valuation and expressibility.

        Evaluation of leaf morphology for distinguishing Prunus (Rosaceae) from Jeju, Korea

        본 연구는 제주도산 벚나무속 식물을 대상으로 잎 형질의 분류학적 중요성을 검토하기 위하여 수행하였다 양적 형질은 엽신의 길이, 엽병의 길이, 엽폭, 엽맥 수, 분지각과 엽저각 등을 조사하였다. 질적 형질은 모용분포와 밀선의 위치 잎의 형태 등을 조사하였다. 총 25개의 OTU에 대해 UPGMA에 의한 표현형적 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 subgenus Prununophora에 속하는 매실나무가 subgenus Padus에 속하는 귀릉나무와 섬개벚나무와 같은 유집군을 형성한 점과 subgenus Cerasus에 속하는 벚나무, P. speciosa, 산벚나무, 사옥와 올벚나무, 왕벚나무가 별개의 유집군을 형성한 점 등 일부 분류체계와 다른 양상을 보였다 그러나 subgenus Padus에 속하는 귀릉나무와 섬개벚나무, subgenus Microcerasus에 속하는 이스라지, subgenus Amygdalus에 속하는 복사나무가 각각의 유집군을 형성하는 등 분류체계와 유사한 양상이 강하게 나타났다. 결국, 잎 형질, 그 중에서도 엽신의 길이와 폭의 비, 엽신의 길이와 엽병 길이의 비, 엽맥 수, 잎 기부에서 밀선과의 거리, 주맥과 잎 기부의 좌 우각 등과 모용의 분포 등이 제주도산 벚나무속의 식별형질이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. Leaf morphology was examined for Prunus species from Jeju Island. Analyzed were the leaf blade length, petiole length, width of blade, number of veins and angle of the base to the mid-vein as quantitative characters and the distribution of trichome, position of glandsand leaf features qualitative characters. A total of 25 OTU were phenetically analyzed by UPGMA. The resuling phenograms slightly differ from the currently recognized taxonomic system in two points. Prunus mume was clustered with P. padus and P. buergeriana. Prunu spendula and P. yedoensis were separated from the cluster of P. jaamasakura, P. speciosa, P. sargentii and P. jamasakura var. quelpaertensis. Except for the members of subgenus Cerasus, subgenera Padus (P. buergeriana and P. padus), Microcerasus (P. japonica) and Amygdalus were well defined. Some morphological characters of leaves such as the ratio of blade length to width, the length of blade to petiole, number of veins, the distance between the gland and base, the angle of base to mid-vein, and the distribution of trichome were useful as diagnostic features for Prunus from Jeju Island.
