스팸 대응 시스템에서 특징 추출 방법 비교에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 스팸 대응 시스템의 특징 추출 방법들을 비교한다. 실험 결과는 퍼지추론 방법이 정보획득량, 카이제곱 통계량, 상호정보 방법에 비하여 정확률과 재현율의 결합 척도인 F-척도면에서 월등한 성능을 보여주지는 않는다. 하지만 제안된 퍼지추론 방법은 사용된 특징들의 수에 비례하여 성능이 증가하므로 좋은 특징 추출 방법으로 간주된다. 따라서 본 연구는 무수한 스팸 메일로 고통 받는 전자우편 사용자들을 위한 스팸 메일 필터링 시스템 개발에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

2003년을 기점으로 국내 소 부루세라병 발생이 한우농가를 중심으로 예년에 비해 급속히 증가하고 있다. 가축의 이동증가와 사육규모의 증가는 전염병의 발생위험을 높일 뿐만 아니라 발생규모의 증가를 가져와 발생시 그 피해가 훨씬 심각하다. 또한 근래에 부루세라 백신접종에 대한 논의가 다시되고 있어 이번 기회에 부루세라병의 원인과 예방방법에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

The database to save and manage for data, in distributed system, very difficult to maintain consistency by lack of stability, access of multi-user. The distributed database has used in client/server system by connected with wired LAN. But we will be used distributed database in Mobile System, like PDA(Personal Digidal Assistant). Specially, The Mobile System has some limitations to connect and link of databases or networks. Then any method will be required for database management different from wired LAN's to maintain. This thesis will consider already LAN based distributed data replication and suggests a extended Data Replication Method for mobile system and Architecture. The case study shows that positive results we developed data replication for Mobile MIS(Medical Information System) with Company A.
Analysis of a Lysozyme Gene from Sweet Potato Hornworm, Agrius convolvuli

Lysozyme, the bacteriolytic enzyme, is one of the factors of the innate immunity in insects. A cDNA sequence encoding a lysozyme was isolated from the fat bodies of sweet potato hornworm, Agrius convolvuli immunized with E. coli K12 D21. The coding region of this lysozyme consists of a 19 residues signal peptide and a 120 residues mature protein, which is very similar to that of other lepidopteran. Thirteen negatively (Asp and Glu) and twenty two positively (Arg, Lys and His) charged amino acids were found in this sequence. Eight Cys residues were conserved in the same positions of other insect lysozymes.
Isolation of Lysozyme from the Hemolymph of Sweet Potato Hornworm,Agrius convolvuli Larvae

Lysozyme plays a central role in initiating and maintaining the antibacterial defense response of insect. A new family member of insect lysozyme, an antibacterial peptide, has been isolated from the hemolymph of the fifth instar larvae of Agrius convolvuli. Vaccination was proceeded with E. coli K12 D21 (4×106 cells of log phase) injection into the abdomen of the larvae. Agrius lysozyme was isolated by cation-exchange chromatography and RP-FPLC, and sequenced by HPLC system. It was observed that the purified Agrius lysozyme was heat-stable and had a molecular weight of approximately 15 kDa by SDS-PAGE. The N-terminal amino acid sequence of Agrius lysozyme is K-H-FS-R-C-G-L-V-Q-E-L-F-W-Q-G-F-P with the highest similarity to that of Heliothis virescence, and it has been identified that the Agrius lysozyme belongs to c type lysozyme.
Xanthomonas arboricora pv. pruni에 의한 복숭아 세균성가지마름병의 발생

A new bacterial disease was found on trees of peach(Prunus persica var. vulgaris Max) at Kumho Kyungbuk in April 1999. The disease usually occured on over wintered buds branchs and stems of the Cheon-Hong cultivar. The buds died without sprouting and the branches showed entire wilting Droplets of bacterial ooze was occasionally running down the surface of diseased plants under moist condition. Artificial needle prick inoculation with isolates obtained from branchs of naturally infected plants produced symptoms similar to those occuring under natural condition. On the basis of bacteriological characteristics and pathogenicity on the host plant of the organism the causal bacterium was identified as Xanthomonas arboricora pv. pruni and this disease was proposed to name "Bacterial branch blight of the peach tree"
Purification of Lysozyme from Hemolymph of Tobacco Cutworm, Spodoptera litura

Lysozyme is one of the components of the innate immunity of the insects. The lysozyme has been isolated by heat treatment, cation exchange, and reversed-phase chromatography from immunized hemolymph of last instar larvae of Spodoptera litura. The hemolymph immunized with the insect nonpathogen, Escherichia coli was collected 2 days after the abdominal injection. The molecular weight of Spodoptera lysozyme was estimated to be about 15 kDa by SDS-PAGE and it is great similarity with Agrius lysozyme, which recently puri.ed from larval hemolymph of Agrius convolvuli.
