Al첨가에 의한 무수축 Mullite-$ZrO_2$ 요업체의 제조에 관한 연구

Al 금속분말을 zircon sand (ZrSiO$_4$)와 A1$_2$O$_3$혼합체에 첨가하여 반응소결시킴으로써 무수축 Mullite-ZrO$_2$, 요업체를 얻고자 하였다. 반응식, 3(Al+Al$_2$O$_3$)+2ZrSiO$_4$$\longrightarrow$3A1$_2$O$_3$ .2SiO$_2$+2ZrO$_2$에 의하여 ZrO$_2$-강화 Mullite 요업체를 제조하였다. Al 분말은 A1$_2$O$_3$에 대해 0-30 무게 퍼센트까지 대체하였다. 평량한 분말을 볼밀하여 혼합 분쇄한 후, 정수압 성형하여 시편을 제조하고, 온도범위 1450-1$600^{\circ}C$에서 3시간 반응소결시켰다. Al의 충분한 산화를 위해, 한편으로는 125$0^{\circ}C$에서 5시간동안 열처리를 거친후 소성온도로 올리기도 했다. Al을 첨가함으로서 반응은 촉진되었으며, 소성수축도 산화한 Al의 부피팽창에 의해 상쇄되어, 무수축요업체 제조의 가능성을 보였다. 박편모양을 한 비교적 큰 Al분말이 잘 분쇄되지 않음으로 해서, Al이 자리했던 곳에 큰 기공을 남겼다. In this paper the manufacture of shrinkage-free in situ Mullite-ZrO$_2$ceramics through the addition of Al base metal powder to the mixture of ZrSiO$_4$and A1$_2$O$_3$was attempt. The ZrO$_2$-strengthened mullite ceramics was prepared after the following reaction form, 3(Al+Al$_2$O$_3$)+2ZrSiO$_4$longrightarrow3A1$_2$O$_3$.2SiO$_2$+2ZrO$_2$Al metal powder was added from none to 30 weight percent to the A1$_2$O$_3$. The powders were mechanically mixed, isostatically pressed and reaction sintered at 1450-1$600^{\circ}C$ for 3hours. The specimens were sintered with and without intrim soaking time for 5 hours at 125$0^{\circ}C$ for the oxidation of Al-powder The addition of aluminium accelerates the reaction and compensate the shrinkage during the sintering through an increase in volume of oxidized Al. Because coarse flake type Al metal powders were not effectively milled, oxidized Al resulted in the relative large pore in the specimen.

환경교육이란 단지 머리 속에서 아는 지식만이 아니라 환경을 살리기 위한 실천이 전제가 되는 교육이다. 우리 삶의 근본 바탕이 되는 물과 공기와 흙이 오염되는지 어떤지 아무 관심이 없고, 그 속에 사는 생물들이 오염 때문에 죽는지 사는지에도 흥미가 없으며, 그로 인하여 인류가 멸망하든지 어떻든지 상관않고 단지 배운 고급지식을 이용해서 자신이 편안하도록 돈만 벌겠다는 사람들을 대학에서 교육시킬 필요는 하나도 없다. 돈벌이가 되고 과학적인 업적이 되기 때문에 자연을 이용하고 새로운 물질과 제품을 개발하는 데는 온갖 연구를 다 하지만, 그에 따르는 책임과 윤리 교육은 전무하다. 그런 교육을 시키는 것보다는 차라리 인간을 무식한 채로 그대로 두는 것이 훨씬 낫다. 그러한 의미에서 환경교육은 대학교육 자체에 의미와 당위성을 부여하는 대단히 중요한 교육이라고 할 수 있다.

19세기의 미국의 중간계급은 정신과 육체, 자기절제와 본능, 이성과 감성이라는 이분법에 기초하여 노동계급으로부터 대별되는 계급정체성을 만들었다. 그러나 정상과 일탈을 구획하는 엄격한 문화적 이분법은 19세기 말에 등장한 중간계급 남성문화의 도전을 받게 되었다. 미식축구를 포함한 격렬한 운동들은 남성을 유약하게 만든다고 여겨지는 전통적 중간계급의 사회규범에 대한 저항이었다. 월터 캠프에 의해 제정되고 수정된 축구규칙 역시 호전성과 육체성을 정당화함으로써 기존의 중간계급 윤리와 상충되었지만. 축구를 신사들의 과학적 운동으로 구성함으로써 이를 중간계급의 문화적 경계 안에 두려 하였다. 그러나 축구가 저항과 순응의 양면성을 가진 상황에서 캠프가 제정한 규칙들은 경기를 통제할 수 없었다. 과도한 승부욕은 선수들로 하여금 경기규칙에 직접적, 간접적으로 도전하도록 만들었을 뿐 아니라 경기를 순화시키고 합리화시키려는 목적에서 제정된 규칙들이 도리어 호전성과 폭력을 가중시켰기 때문이었다. 이렇듯 선수들이 감정과 본능을 자유롭게 표출하는 한 경기장은 계급경계가 지속적으로 재구성되고 해체되는 장소가 되었던 것이다. 19세기 말 축구에 대한 고찰은 하나의 계급은 내부에 경제적 차이를 극복하고 공동의 가치를 만들어낸 문화적 집단이기는 하지만 문화적으로 단일한 집단이 결코아니라는 점과 계급경계의 가변성을 보여주고 있다. In the 19th century, the American middle class constructed its class identity based on a binary of self-control/rationality and emotion. This rigid binary was complicated by middle-class men’s emerging masculine culture in the late nineteenth century. Physical sports, including football, reflected a new masculine culture that resisted traditional middle-class norms which were regarded as effeminizing. However, while football elevated physicality and aggressiveness and conflicted with old middle-class norms, Walter Camp’s rules for the sport constructed it as a gentleman’s scientific game and placed it within the boundaries of middle-class culture. However, Camp’s rules could not control the games or end hegemonic struggles between football authorities and players when the changes of rules for civilizing and rationalizing the game facilitated aggressiveness and violence. With players freely expressing their emotions, the gridirons became contested spaces in which class boundaries were continuously reconstructed and deconstructed. The controversies regarding football in the late nineteenth century help us understand that while a social class was a cultural group with economic differences, it was never a culturally unified group.

현재 국내의 문화 교육은 ‘다문화’라는 거대 담론 하에 교육 대상이 내국인이 아닌 여성결혼이민자와 그 자녀들 내지 이주근로자로 구성되어 있다. 그 과정에서 한국인은 문화교육에 있어 타자에 위치에 자리하게 되었다. 특히 전통문화의 경우는 교육대상과 상관없이 교육수요가 적어 전통의 가치를 그대로 담으면서 흥미요소를 갖춘 콘텐츠의 계발이 필요한 실정인데 본고는 새로운 콘텐츠를 제작하자는 것이 아니라 이미 만들어진 작품을 가지고 교육 자료로 활용을 할 수 있어야 한다는 측면에서 논의를 전개했다. 네이버 웹툰 <신과 함께>는 우리 신화와 전통적인 저승관을 현대적 감각으로 그려낸 작품으로 작품성과 흥행성 모두에서 성공했다는 평가를 받고 있다. 삶과 죽음은 연속된 현상으로 어떤 인생을 살았는지가 어떻게 죽음을 받아들일지에 영향을 미친다. 즉 ‘인생관’과 ‘사후관’은 서로 영향을 미치는데 일생의례 중 상례는 아직까지 전통적 모습을 대부분 갖추고 있기 때문에 과거와 현재의 소통에 중요한 매개가 될 수 있다. 따라서 작품에 반영된 저승관을 아는 것은 지금의 우리와 과거의 조상 모두를 이해하는 기회가 될 수 있다. 그런 측면에서 문화적 타자로 전락한 한국인을 대상으로 해당 작품을 가지고 교육 자료로서의 활용에 대해 논의해보았다. 네이버 웹툰 <신과 함께>는 ‘교육목적을 가지고 창작되었다는 점’과 ‘학문적 정확성’ 그리고 ‘전통 저승관의 현대적 변용’의 측면에서 교육 자료로서의 활용 가능성 및 가치를 확인할 수 있었다. 문제는 ‘현대적 변용’이 흥미 및 공감을 진작시키는 역할도 하지만 오히려 신화원형을 파괴하여 독자로 하여금 잘못된 우리 문화에 대한 이해를 불러일으킬 수도 있다는 점이다. 따라서 전통 저승관의 현대적 변용 과정을 세밀히 분석하여 해당 변용이 과도하게 이루어진 부분에 대해서는 해당 문화내용 및 현대적 변용의 의미 그리고 작가의 창작의도를 살핌으로서 교육내용을 모색해 보았다. Koreans to let the world know about Korean culture. However, they neglect to learn about their own culture. The targets of cultural education in Korea are generally not Koreans, but immigrants or migrant workers. It concern with multicultural society. Therefore ironically, culture education in Korea, Korean became others. It is imperative for the nation to globalize Korean culture. But first, we have to know exactly what our Korean culture is. The value of traditional culture is the connection between the past and present. The portmanteau word “webtoon” formed from the words “web” and “cartoon,” describes animated works like Singwa Hamkkie which depicts the traditional Korean understanding of hell. Ju, Ho-min who the author studied the traditional Korean conception of the afterlife for over a year before beginning to produce the webtoon. The product is especially suitable for Korean cultural education for three main reasons. First, the writer"s creative motivation fits the purpose of education. Second is cultural accuracy and third is interesting from modern adaption of traditional afterlife. However, the third of these points is problematic, since it may lead viewer to misunderstand aspects of the afterlife as traditionally represented in Korean culture. Therefore, I compare the traditional Korean understanding of the afterlife with its modern representation in Singwa Hamkkie. I find that the writer has not totally altered the original form of the traditional Korean afterlife, just made it more interesting. Nevertheless, I do find excessive changes to the modern adaption in some parts. On this basis, I analyze the cultural content and the writer"s purpose for writing this webtoon the meaning of the modern adaption, and sought learning materials of culture education.
