        PC 공법은 국내외적으로 최근 20여년간 많은 연구가 이루어졌으나 현장타설 공법에 비하여 본질적으로 PC 공법이 갖고 있는 몇 가지 중요한 단점을 완전히 해결하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. PC 공법은 구조부재들 즉 보, 기둥, 슬래브, 벽 간의 접합에서 우수한 일체성을 확보하기 어려우며 정밀한 조립이 요구될 뿐만아니라 설비배관 등을 위한 현장조정이 어렵다. 이와같은 PC 공법의 단점을 해결하기 위하여 최근 부분 PC 공법에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 이 부분 PC 공법은 표 1에서 보는 바와 같이 현장타설 공법의 장점과 완전 PC 공법의 장점을 절충하고 보완한 것으로 PC 공법과 현장타설 공법을 혼용하는 일종의 합성구조 방법이다.

        농어촌 지역 RC 건축물 기둥 부재의 탄소섬유시트 횡보강 효과

        In this paper, the compressive strength and ductility enhancement of concrete by lateral confinement of carbon-fiber sheets(CFS) have been studied experimentaly with cylinder specimens and square short columns reinforced externally by CFS. Test variables were amount of lateral reinforcement by CFS and space of hoop bars. Test results showed that lateral reinforcements by carbon-fiber sheets provided lateral confinement successfully for the concrete specimens and were more effective for ductility enhancement than for strength increase, and that the lateral confinement coefficient of cabon-fiber sheets increased according to narrowing the space of hoop bars in the double lateral confinement made by CFS and hoop bars.

        Recent several investigations have suggested relocating beam plastic hinging zone to prevent the damage in the beam-column joint caused by the penetration of beam reinforcement yielding. But this design concept has some problems: 1) The use of the relocated plastic hinge design imposes a higher rotational ductility demand on moving plastic hinge section to achieve the required displacement ductility factor, especially in a beam with relatively small span-to-depth ratio. Moreover, there is a significant increase in the number of inelastic deformation reversals combined with a high rotational ductility demand. 2) When beam plastic hinge is relocated by the intermediate longitudinal reinforcements and supplemental top and bottom flexural reinforcements properly cut off or anchored into the beam, the energy dissipation capacity of a beam-column subassemblage is little enhanced even though these supplemental reinforcements are used. Therefore, it is considered that the relocated plastic hinge design concept should be modified in a beam subjected to high ultimate shear stress, as priority being given to enhancing enegry dissipation capacity of the beam and reducing curvature ductility demand increased by relocating beam plastic hinging zone, rather than ensuring elastic beam-column joint response even at a high displacement ductility factor. The primary objective of this investigation was to develop a modified design concept which could enhance the hysteretic behavior of a frame and simultaneously reduce the damage of the beam-column joint, particularly in the reinforced concrete frame that has beams subjected to high ultimate shear stresses or with small span-tn-depth ratios. In this study, 9 full-size exterior beam-column subassemblages were tested under cyclic loads. Based on the test results, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) Intermediate layers of longitudinal reinforcement over a specific length in a beam can be used to relocate the beam plastic hinging zone some distance away from the column face for avoiding the damage in the beam-column joint resulted from the penetration of beam reinforcement yielding, but it is considered that in a beam subjected to high ultimate shear stress, more supplemental shear reinforcements are required at the relocated plastic hinging zone to enhance the energy dissipation capacity of the beam. 2) In a beam subjected to high ultimate shear stress(about more than 3.5 f'c psi, 0.93 f'c kg/㎠), or with small span-to-depth ratio relatively(about less than 7), modified design concept, using some flexural bent reinforcement crossed diagonally at one beam depth away from the column face, can be used to enlarge the relocated plastic hinging zone for improving hysteretic behavior of the beam and reducing rotional demand increased due to relocating plastic hinging zone. 3) When plastic hinging zone is intended to be relocated away from the column face by using some flexural bent bars(X shape), it is considered that nominal moment capacity of a beam should be above 1.2 times anticipated acting moment at the column rice, and the angle of bent bars would be suitable for the range of 45°-60°.

        제도제약하 로컬거버넌스 행위 분석

        As local governments gain the authorities and responsibilities in Decentralization & Balanced Regional Development era, the cooperative network with local community comes to the fore to solve local problems harmoniously. It is important for local government to participate, moderate, and cooperate with local communities in solving local urgent issues and policy problems. However, the various institutional constraints prevent local governance from operating itself well. The lawful constraints which can impede GoYang governance actors are Seoul Metropolitan Area Readjustment Planning Act etc. These law constraints keep laying constraints on Goyang governance actors who are trying to foster broadcasting & visual industries. Though local governance actors are controlled by these institutional constraints, however, they can also take initiative actions to overcome these institutional constraints. Local governance actors can elaborate four actions according to the combination by law constraints, actors' resources, autonomy, power asymmetry, and actors' attitudes as follows: firstly, 'Easygoing action' which actors do not work positively. Second, 'Ermessen der Rechtmaßigkeit action' which actors may follow inactive law application and may wait for trickling down policy by central government projects. Third, 'freies Ermessen action' which actors can make municipal ordinances and regulations for fostering industry. Fourth, 'Immersion action' which actors will bury themselves in developing industry. This paper can be a specific, empirical case study on new institutionalism which institution can constraint actor and vice versa. Into the bargain, as a empirical case study for local governance, it would be contribute to figuring out the local governance formation, constraints, and action.

Nine test specimens were manufactured, whose variables were tensile steel ratio and the amount and the shape of expanded steel plate. The test results indicated that strengthened beams with ESP showed the improvement of flexural strength of 50%~90%, and the beam strengthening of U type was excellent for shear reinforcement as well as flexural reinforcement, more over, the honeycomb shape of ESP and anchor bolts for development of ESP were very effective.
