제조업의 산업안전보건 관련 의사소통이 안전보건경영 수준에 미치는 영향 - 관리감독자 인원의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the general characteristics of manufacturing workplaces and the characteristics of safety and health organizations, and to determine the impact of safety and health-related communication within these organizations mediated by supervisory safety and health management personnel. Methods: This study is based on the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency’s 2018 Occupational Safety and Health data targeting 1,486 manufacturing sites. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA, and mediator variable regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. Results: The average score on communication levels related to safety and health was 11.20 out of 15. The average score of the safety and health management level was 31.04 out of 40. As a result of mediation regression analysis, it was found that safety and health-related communication had an effect on the safety and health management level (β=0.434), and the number of safety and health supervisors was found to mediate the effect of this variable (β=0.069). Conclusions: The level of safety and health-related communication affects the level of health and safety management, and the number of supervisors mediates this influence. Therefore, the role of the supervisor is important in safety and health communication. It is expected that the level of safety and health management can be improved through management and supervisors.

Ziel der Arbeit ist es, mit Hilfe von Elementen interkultureller Kommunikations didaktik im Deutschunterricht praxisbezogene Fachcurricula zu entwickeln. In der Theorie interkultureller versteht man unter dem Konzept von Kultur nicht nur Landeskunde sondern vorzugsweise Handlungsweisen. Kulturdidaktik für Gymnasien und Universitäten bestand in Korea im bishe rigen Deutschunterricht zumeist nur aus theoretisch orientiertem landeskundlichen Unterricht. Die germanistischen Fachcurricula waren vorrangig theore tisch orientiert und übten nur wenige Wirkungen auf Praxisorientierung im Unterricht aus. Diese Situation hatte zur Folge, daß viele der Absolventen von Deutschunterricht später keinen angemessenen Arbeitsplatz finden konnten. Der theorielastige Deutschunterricht vermittelte keine angemessenen praxistauglichen interkulturellen Handlung skompetenzen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden deshalb ein Konzept für praxisbezogenen Deutschunterricht vorgeschlagen; Entwicklung von Unterrichtscurricula zur Steigerung der interkulturellen Handlungskompetenz Die Curriculumentwicklung, welche der Verbesserung interkultureller Handlung skompetenzen dient, wird anhand von aus Deutschland stammenden Modellen des Faches DaF dargestellt, wie sie von Prof. Müller-Jacquier (Bayreuth), und Prof. Bolten (Jena) vertreten werden. Beide Vorschläge haben mit dem Erwerb von interkultureller Handlungskompetenz im universitären Bereich zu tun. Das Modell von Prof Müller-Jacquier beschäftigt sich mit „Deutsch als Fremdsprache“ im Rahmen einer interkulturellen Germanistik. Insbesondere wurde erforscht, wie man interkulturelle Handlungsweisen erlernen kann. Das Modell von Prof Bolten ist im Bereich interkultureller Wirtschaftskommunikation angesiedelt und stellt dar, wie man in diesem Bereich interkulturelle Handlungskompetenz erwerben kann. Aus beiden Curricula wird ein Konzept für ein angemessenes koreanisches Modell entwickelt.

An koreanischen Universitäten ist es derzeit wichtig geworden, innerhalb der Germanistik praxisorientierte Unterrichtsmodelle zu entwickeln, weil damit für Studenten und Universitäten eine vielversprechende Reform des Faches „Deutsch als Fremdsprache“ in greifbare Nähe rücken kann. Modelle für Wirtschaftsdeutsch und Kulturunterricht erscheinen dabei in dieser Arbeit als vielversprechendes Thema. Dementsprechend werden hier Grundlagen und Vorschläge zur Entwicklung dieser Themen unterbreitet. In der Arbeit werden zunächst wichtige Forschungstendenzen zur interkulturellen Kommunikation vorgestellt. Im Einzelnen geht es um drei Forschungstendenzen in interkulturellen Kommunikationskontexten: 1) Interkulturelle Kommunikation im Bereich Wirtschaftskommunikation 2) Interkulturelle Kommunikation im Interkulturellen Trainingsbereich Danach werden Tendenzen des Wirtschatsdeutsch- und Kulturunterrichts in Korea und Deutschland vergleichend untersucht und dargestellt. Als Letztes werden einige Konzepte zu Themen und Methoden „Interkulturelle Wirtschaftskommunikation und Kulturunterricht“ für den universitären Bereich in Korea vorgeschlagen, z.B. Rollenspielübungen in interkultureller Wirtschaftskommunikation zwischen Deutschen und Koreanern, Vorträge über interkulturelle Landeskunde, Praktika in interkulturellen Unternehmen, Kulturassimilatoren anhand von Beispielen zwischen Deutschen und Koreanern, die später beruflich mit Deutschen in Geschäftsbeziehungen treten wollen. Als Ergebnis wird erwartet, daß die Vorschläge, interkulturelle Wirtschaftskommunikation und Kulturunterricht an koreanischen Universitäten zu fördern, eine fruchtbare Diskussion über die Möglichkeiten des Faches „Deutsch als Zweite Fremdsprache“ an koreanischen Universitäten aber auch in der interessierten Öffentlichkeit auslösen.

독일의 상호문화 독어독문학과의 현황과 특징

본 논문의 목적은 상호문화 독어독문학과를 개설하고 있는 독일 7개 대학의 현황을 살펴보고, 그 교과과정과 교과목상의 특징을 연구함에 있다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 학과 현황을 살펴보면 비아드리나 유럽대학교는 학사과정만을 두고 있고, 나머지 6개의 대학은 모두 2년간의 석사과정을 개설하고 있다. 또한 다수의 대학에서 외국과의 공동학위과정을 개설하고 있다. 둘째 상호문화 독어독문학과의 각 대학별 교과영역의 구성은 이론과 실무를 겸비하는 교육과정으로 편성되어 있다. 셋째 대부분 대학의 상호문화 독어독문학과의 교과목 구성에 있어 상호문화 의사소통 관련 교과목, 취업준비를 위한 인턴쉽 교과목과 국제 비즈니스 관련 교과목이 포함되고, DaF 관련 교과목과 비교문화적인 문학 관련 교과목이 다수 개설되어 있다는 것도 주목할 점이다. 독일의 상호문화 독어독문학과가 국내 대학에 시사하는 것은 독일 대학과의 공동학위과정과 공동 학제 및 이론과 실무가 조화를 이룬 통합 교육과정이 필요하고, 실무교육을 위해 전공 관련 취업준비 교과목 신설과 독일 대학과의 인턴쉽 연계방안도 요구된다는 점이다. 독일 내에서 상호문화 독어독문학과가 창설된 지 30년이 지난 현 시점에서 이에 관한 현재의 독일 대학 상황을 분석해 보는 것은 향후 국내 학계에서도 상당히 유용한 연구과제가 될 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구의 실질적인 가치를 찾을 수 있을 것이다. Bei dieser Arbeit handelt es sich um einen Überblick uber das Studienfach Interkulturelle Germanistik besonders am Beispiel der Universitäten Bayreuth, Göttingen, Mannheim, Freiburg, Chemnitz, Schwäbisch Gmund, und Viadrina Europa. Das Ziel der Arbeit besteht darin, Curricula aus dem Studienfach Interkulturelle Germanisitk zu analysieren, die in Deutschland verwendet werden. Auf diese Weise sollen Elemente fur die Gestaltung eines neuen praxisnahen Studienfaches innerhalb der Germanistik in Sudkorea erschlossen werden. Die Curricula des Faches Interkulturelle Germanistik an den verschiedenen Universitäten sind auf ein theorie-und praxisorientiertes Studienprogramm ausgerichtet, das sich mit konzeptionellen, theoretischen und methodischen Grundlagen von Interkulturalität, von Sprach- und Kulturbeschreibung sowie von Sprach- und Kulturvermittlung in interkulturellen Kontexten befasst. Es dient dem Erwerb und der Vertiefung von Fachwissen in ausgewählten Bereichen der angewandten Sprachwissenschaft in interkulturellen Bezugsfeldern, einer kulturwissenschaftlich perspektivierten interkulturellen Literaturwissenschaft und einer auf Interkulturalität ausgerichteten Fremdsprachendidaktik. Auch befähigt das Studium Interkulturelle Germanistik zur Reflexion und Analyse kontextspezifischer Anwendungen von Methoden und wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen in beruflichen Handlungsfeldern. Derzeit erscheint es an sudkoreansichen Universitäten unverzichtbar, im Rahmen der Einfuhrung von universitären Elementen zum Fach Interkulturelle Germanistik aus den deutschen Beispielen zu lernen und eigene Modelle zu entwickeln. Aus deutschen Curricula kann ein Konzept fur ein angemessenes koreanisches Modell entwickelt werden.

대학역사관의 개관과 운영 : 한양대학교 역사관의 사례를 중심으로

대학역사관은 대학의 역사와 정체성을 보존하는 아카이브이며 이를 교내구성원 및 동문, 외부 방문객에게 알리는 홍보의 공간이다. 최근 20여 년간 기록 관련 법규의 제정과 대학 내 기록학 관련 학과가 설립되면서 대학 내 기록관이 설립되는 경우가 늘어났다. 주로 역사기록물의 수집, 보존, 활용을 담당하는 기록관에는 일부 전시공간을 통하여 자교의 역사를 소개하는 전시공간을 마련하기도 한다. 기록관이 없는 대학의 경우 본관, 도서관이나 박물관의 공간을 활용하여 대학의 설립과 발전에 관련한 기록물을 전시하기도 한다. 그러나 대학역사관으로서 수집과 보존, 정리와 더불어 본격적으로 전시공간을 운영하는 대학은 고려대학교, 이화여자대학교 등 몇몇 대학을 제외하고는 찾아보기 힘들다. 한양대학교는 2008년 대학본관을 역사관으로 활용하기로 결정한 이래 역사관 개관을 위하여 대학기록실이 운영되었으며 2014년 역사관 개관추진 위원회가 발족되며 본격적으로 역사관 개관 준비가 이루어졌다. 2015년 11월 역사관을 개관한 이후에도 역사관 관람 프로그램의 운영, 역사관 서포터즈 하이디의 선발과 운영, 다양한 행사 개최를 통하여 역사관을 활발하게 운영해나가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한양대학교 역사관을 중심으로 대학역사관의 개관 과정과 운영을 살펴보고 역사관의 역할과 과제에 대하여 제안하고자 한다. 역사관은 학교의 정체성을 확립하고 홍보기관으로서의 역할을 수행하는 곳으로, 한양대학교 역사관 역시 전시실 업데이트 및 콘텐츠 개발과 제공 등 앞으로 진행해야할 과제가 남아 있다. 한양대학교 역사관 개관 과정에서 발생한 여러 시행착오와 경험을 통하여 앞으로 타 교육기관의 향후 역사관 개관 및 운영에 참고가 되기를 바란다. 또한 개관 후 2년 동안의 운영 현황을 정리하여 앞으로 한양대학교 역사관이 더욱 활발한 활동을 할 수 있는 토대가 되기를 기대한다. A university history museum is an archive that preserves the history and identity of a university, as well as a place that promotes such information to university members, alumni, and visitors from the outside. As applicable laws have been legislated and archives and records management majors in universities have been established over the last two decades, it is becoming increasingly common for a university to establish a history museum on its campus. A history museum, which primarily collects, stores, and utilizes historical records, uses display space to introduce a university’s history. A university that does not have a history museum as a standalone establishment uses its main building, library, or museum to display historical records about its establishment and progress. Nonetheless, universities that use a history museum to not only collect, store, and organize historical records but also display them are rare; two examples are Korea University and Ewha Women’s University. Since it decided to use its main building as a history museum in 2008, Hanyang University has operated its university archives for the opening of its history museum; it launched the History Museum Establishment Committee in 2014 and preparations for the opening have been under way. Since the history museum opened in November 2015, the university has actively engaged with visitors and the community by providing museum tour programs, selecting and coordinating HY : D supporters, and holding a variety of events. This paper examines the opening process and operation of a university history museum based on the case of the Hanyang University history museum and highlights the roles and challenges that a university history museum must address. A history museum plays a role as a public relations institution to establish the identity of a university in addition to other challenges that it must undertake, such as updating a display hall and developing and providing content. As a result of trial and error and various experiences during the opening process, this university history museum may serve as a reference for the opening of history museums in other educational institutions; this study is expected to evaluate the museum’s operation status for the past two years which will lay the foundation for the museum to carry out more activities in the future.
