Objectives: The pollution status of heavy metals within the soil was investigated with an aim to establishing a sustainable soil environment within parks and amusement facilities installed in urban areas of Gyeonggi–do Province. Methods: As sampling sites, 14 locations were selected from a city with a number of factories near a residential area, a residential area, and a children s park in a city with mixed green areas. Seven kinds of heavy metals, including Cd, Pb, and Hg, and the pH of soil were analyzed three times by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) and atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS). Results: In this study, the pH of the samples from the residential park and industrial park showed 5.7-6.5 and 5.9-7.0, respectively. The overall mean concentration (mg/kg) of heavy metals was Zn (132.8), Ni (73.0), Cu (47.4), Pb (35.9), As (4.84), Cd (0.39), and Hg (0.07), indicating that these concentrations of heavy metals were lower than those for the area 1 standard of soil pollution concern criteria. In addition, the sampling sites in the residential area and the industrial area also showed the same tendency for concentration distribution. Conclusions: We found that the soil pollution class (SPC) of some spots were over 200, which are third and fourth classes. In order to manage a sustainable soil environment in a city park, it is suggested that local governments, the management bodies for these parks, need to manage, supervise, and investigate soil pollution and quickly replace contaminated soil.
의사결정트리 기법을 이용한 스틸 파이프 생산 수율 및 불량률 측정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 스틸 파이프 생산의 과거 이력을 분석하여 주요 특성별 높은 수율을 갖는 제품을 선별하고 각 공정별 최소 불량률을 가진 제품 모델을 구현함으로써 제품 생산의 효율성을 제고하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 주문을 통해 생산되는 각종 스틸 파이프 제품들의 특성을 비교 및 분석하여 어떠한 특성을 가지는 제품들이 가장 높은 수율을 창출해내고 적은 불량을 발생시키는지 의사결정트리 데이터마이닝 기법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 실험 결과로부터 중소구경이 많은 ERW 스틸 파이프는 기호에 의해, 그 외 주로 대구경 범위인롤벤더, 스파이럴 스틸 파이프 경우에는 외경 범위에 따라 수율과 불량률이 분류되고 있다는 사실을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 주요 특성별 수율과 불량률이 어떠한 형태를 나타내는지 수치적으로 분류 및 구체화하여 그 영향정도를 구분하였다. This research aims to improve the efficiency of production by selecting production configuration with high yield rate and lower error rate based on production history of steel pipe. To achieve this, we identify the properties of various types of MTO(make-to-order) steel pipe products and determine properties affecting yield rate and error rate using decision tree technique. From experimental results, we find out that specification is critical to determine yield rate and error rate of ERW steel pipes with mostly small and medium caliber, and an external diameter range in case of roll benders or spiral steel pipes with mostly large caliber. This research classified and embodied the patterns of yield rate and error rate mathematically by product properties.

本稿は濟州出身の在日1世の歷史家姜在彦の生涯について、その行蹟と 価値観、役割を中心に論じることを目的としている。ローゼンタールの生涯史的 研究手法を採り入れてはいるが、当然のことながら、故人を対象にインタビュー を行うのは無理であるなどの制約条件があることから、彼の膨大な著作を参照 し、補完することとした。 渡日後、左翼運動に身を投じつつ研究活動を行った姜在彦であったが、総 連による金日成への従属的姿勢に幻滅して組織を離脱した。その後、在野に 出て著述活動と大学での講義を行うこととなったが、他の在日知識人らと共に 表現活動を行う過程で、総連系在日コミュニティという狭い枠から脱し、司馬遼 太郎をはじめとする日本人の文芸家と出会うことで互いに刺激し合う形での執筆 活動を行った。交流の場となったのは彼らの住空間だった東大阪である。 司馬と共に韓国に渡航した姜在彦は、総連を離脱した在日知識人が集う ꡔ季刊三千里ꡕの執筆陣のうち、李進熙や金達寿らと共に最も早期に韓国に 渡ったが、このことによって、あくまでも統一祖国にこだわり続ける金石範らと葛 藤が生じた。 一方、在日の歴史家である姜在彦が実学や東学運動に対して肯定的に評 価を行ったことは、300年にわたって政争に明け暮れ、祖国を亡国に導いた朱子学一尊主義の士林派に対する批判と表裏一体であった。本稿において姜在彦 の士林派批判を検討したのは、彼の価値観が最も鮮明に現れているからであ る。 姜在彦は在日コリアンがいかに生きるべきかを論じるいわゆる在日論の先駆者 と言える。国家への帰属や忠誠に拘泥しない生き方の提示は総連系の在日コリ アンからは批判を浴びせられる一方、アイデンティティや帰属の問題に悩む多く のそれ以外の若い在日コリアンにとって、道標を提示したと言える。彼の役割は これに留まらず、在日、日本人を問わず、多くの後学を育てるという教育者とし ての側面もあり、多くの教え子が学界に進出している。 以上のように、姜在彦の社会的役割は活動家、歴史家、韓国渡航、在 日論の先駆者、教育者と整理することができる。 The purpose of this thesis is to discuss social roles of Kang, Jae Eon, a first generation of Zainichi historian, by reviewing his life. This thesis reviews the variety of his roles: left-wing activist, advocator of new identities for Zainichi Koreans and historian of Korean history. Rothental’s research method of the reconstruction of life story is intended to be introduced in this thesis, however, merely doing so is not enough since Kang has already passed away. Therefore, remarks in his writings are also scrutinized. After settling in Japan, Kang, Jae Eon had become an activist of left-wing movement over doing academic research on Marxism. However, he felt disillusionment on Chongryong , the pro-North organization, because it inclined to enforce worship on Kim, Il Sung. Kang decided not to belong to it anymore as other Zainichi intellectuals did. Since then, Kang’s activities were implemented not in Chongryong community but Japanese society. During this period, Kang met Shiba, Ryotaro, one of the most renowned Japanese novelist. They stimulated each other in respective writing activities. Higashi-Osaka, next to Osaka city became the place of communication. Kang became one of the first Zainichi intellectuals visiting South Korea. At that time, Kang’s visit to South Korea became a target of criticism among Zainichi community, not only Chongryong but also his colleagues, such as Kim, Seokbeom, because its prevailed perspectives on South Korea was the origin of divisionism of Korean peninsula. As a historian, Kang severely criticized extreme Neo-Confucianists because they devoted to political controversy for 300 years. He considered them as the culprit of the collapse of Choseon Dynasty. Among various historical interpretation by Kang, this thesis particularly refers to his criticism against Sarim faction. According to Kang, the faction’s intolerance on the other factions never contribute to strengthen the dynasty’s competitiveness with its neighboring nations. The Zainichi historian is regarded as one of the earliest critics of so-called Zainichi-ron . He asserted that the younger generations should not stick to belong to one of the divided nations in Korean peninsula. Indeed, criticism by Chongryong community was extremely severe, however, such an argument certainly gave positive impact on the rest of Zainichi Koreans suffering from identity crisis. In addition, Kang played a role of educator, leading many of his student to be academic professionals.

본 논문에서는 스틸 파이프 생산업체인 S사의 과거 생산 이력을 분석하여 주요 특성별로 높은 수율을 갖는 제품을 선별하고, 수율에 대한 제품 모델을 구현함으로써 제품 생산의 효율성과 기대이익을 향상시키려고 한다. 주문을 통해 생산되는 각종 스틸 파이프 제품들의 특성을 비교 및 분석하여 어떠한 특성을 가지는 제품들이 가장 높은 수율을 창출해내는지를 발견하기 위해 대표적인 데이터마이닝 기법인 의사결정트리를 적용한다. 의사결정트리 방법으로 분석한 실험결과로부터 중소구경이 많은 전기저항 용접 스틸 파이프는 기호에 의해, 그 외 주로 대구경 범위인 롤벤더, 스파이럴 스틸 파이프 경우에는 외경 범위에 따라 수율이 분류된다는 사실을 확인할 수 있다.

Punching tools like an electrodes are made by milling or etching or EDM. These methods had time consuming, low efficiency and air pollution. So, we have developed a shearing device which counter punching method for burr less cutting of micro wire. Using the straightened SUS304 wire with 200 ㎛ diameter, we confirmed the tendency of the shear plane for punch tools. It was impossible to completely remove the burr in the shearing process. In order to minimize the burr size and fine shear plane, we have accomplished the various experiment conditions such as the U-groove, the effect of the counter punch, shear angle and clearance. The results of the experiments show that indentation, slip plane and bent shape were related to the shear angle and clearance.
건축물에너지 효율을 위한 조적조 열교 차단 브라켓의 성능 평가 연구

The masonry structure is constructed by cement mortar binding material of brick objects and uses reinforced hardware(connected hardware or wall tie) together when building. However, over time, the corrosion of reinforced steel and the deterioration of joint mortar as well as bricks cause the risk of collapse. In particular, when the externally decorated brick wall is installed on the concrete girder for each floor, the angle bracket is not constructed or corroded, the full-layer weight load is applied to the wall of 0.5B, which is an example of full-scale or collapse. As a result of the evaluation, it was confirmed that the performance was improved compared to the existing bracket, and we plan to carry out a real-life test and long-term performance review of the building using the bracket in the future.
