      • PS 판용 Naphthoquinone-(1,2)- diazide-5-sulfonic acid esters의 합성 및 응용

        본 연구는 Sodium-2-diazo-napthoquinone-5-sulfonate를 chlorination하여 2-diazo-naphthoquinone-5-sulfonylchloride(NQD-Cl)를 합성하였으며 합성된 NQD-Cl을 여러 종류의 hydroxybenzophenone 유도체와 esterification하여 hydroxy group이 2-diazo-napthoquinone-5-sulfonyl(NQD) group으로 치환된 여러 종류의 naphthoquinone-(1,2)-diazide-5-sulfonic acid esters(NQD-ester)를 합성하였다. NQD-ester의 용해도를 증가시키기 위해 methoxy group이 도입된 유도체와 이와 비교를 위해 hydroxy group만을 가지는 benzophenone 유도체를 사용하여 비교 검토하였다. 합성된 각각의 NQD-ester의 용해특성을 조사하였으며, novolac수지와 formulation하여 감광액을 제조하였다. 제조된 감광액을 알루미늄판에 도포, 건조하여 PS판을 제조하고 감광특성과 광퇴색도와 화상형성에 적합한 노광시간을 조사하였으며, 상대감도를 gray scale(GS)법으로 조사하였다. 치환된 NQD group의 수에 따라 GS법에 의한 상대감도가 다르게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. Methoxy group이 도입된 NQD-ester는 좋은 용해특성을 보여주었으며 시판되는 PS판과 동일한 노광조건에서 비교해 본 결과 보다 우수한 감도를 보였다. 2-Diazo-l-naphthoquinone-5-sulfonyl chloride(NQD-Cl) was synthesized from Sodium-2-diazo-napthoquinone-5-sulfonate by chlorination. Synthesized NQD-Cl was esterified with hydroxybenzophenones to give several naphthoquinone-(1,2)-diazide-5-sulfonic acid esters(NQD-esters). We are investigated comparing benzophenone derivatives with methoxy group and benzophenone derivatives with hydroxy group. Solubility of each NQD-esters was studied and each of NQD-esters was formulated w novolac base resin and PS plates were manufactured. Photosensitivity, bleachability, compatible exposed time and relative sensitivity were determined by UV spectro photometry, imaged by UV lithographic techniques and grey scale method. According to the number of substituted NQD group, it showed that relative sensitivity was different from grey scale. NQD-esters with methoxy group were shown a good solubility and higher sensitivity than commercial PS ones.

      • 인쇄용 포토레지스트의 잔막수율법 비교

        On this research, photosensitive photoresists of the positive for a printing plate were studied. First of all, PF, o-, m-, p-CF resins as a matrix resin were synthesized at an identical condition. Photoresist is defined as substance that makes chemical changes in its solubility, colouring and hardening by light energy. Photoresists were prepared by mixing NDS derivatives with a matrix resin at various mixing ratios. Characteristics of photoresists were studied by yield method of residual using NDS derivatives shows excellent photosensitivity and solubility compared with commercial product. The mixing ratio of 1:4(by mass) of NDS derivative[III] and m-CF resin shows the highest dissolution rate among others. In addition, photoresist was obtained at this condition resulted in the superior sensitivity and contrast.

      • ZSM-5 촉매를 이용한 메탄올의 탄화수소화 반응

        ZSM-5 catalysts were prepared from Na₂SiO₂-Al₂O₃-TPAOH-H₂O system by hydrothermal process. Catalysts showed characteristics of ZSM-5 crystal structure and composwd of various size of small twin crystals which were confirmed by X-RD and SEM analysis respectively. Methanol conversion reactions were performed by changing the reaction time, temperature, space velocity and partial pressure of the reaction system. selectivity of catalist with reaction time reaction time was increased a products of the paraffine. Temperatures was large effective than the other parameters. Space time were changed from 0.06 to 2.64[g cat-hr/g mole]highest at 1.98. Deactivated catalysts were regenerated by passing the air from 2 hours at 500℃. As the number of regeneration increased selectivity to low grade olefine.

      • Cu/ZSM-5촉매에 대한 NO 및 NH₃TPD 연구

        The effect of catalyst acidity and of its absorption property on the catalytic have examined for caption exchanged ZSM-5. Adsorption property of the NH₃and NO over HZSM-5 and Cu/ZSM-5 catalyst was investigated by NH₃,NO TPD. Also, room temperature adsorption and temperature-programmed desorption(TPD) of NO over a Cu/ZSM-5 catalyst active for NO decomposition were investigated. Even at 25℃ N₂O and N₂ were observed as reaction products during NO adsorption but they ceaced when NO adsorption was completed. During NO TPD N₂O , NO and O₂ desorptionpr peaks were observed. A oxygen desorption peak was detected at Ca360 ℃. No decompositive was detected without copper present. NO TPD was also collected over reduced and oxidized catalysts.

        The Galnium have been load on the zeolit. and desorption the volatile organic compounds at ambient. and tested for their ability with catalytical destroy them at elevated temperature (ca. 350℃). these media, which act as both sorbent and catalysts, are believed to be the key to implementing a new energy efficient process for the destruction of low conentration level voc materials. Data show catalytic activity, sorptivity and other physical properties for Y and ZSM-5(Ga/ZSM-5) medium which showed superior performance catalytically > 92% toluene and xylene destruction at 300℃. The ambient adsortion capacity showed that toluene 12~14Wt%> and p-xylene 9.5~6.0Wt%. these tests showed that ambient temperature fixed bed sortion of voc followed by periodic heating of the upper portion to desorb trapped for their destruction. A Ga/ZSM-5 position which have been choice to 1500Pppm by user at a space velocity of 2500h¹, was showed to operate over a 1000min cycle which requied heating fo only 50%of the operating time.

        Oxygen derived free radical release from activated leukocytes may be in part responsible of tissue damage in the acute phase of inflammation. In previous study, Ru8 fraction isolated from rhubarb significantly reduced the luminol-dependent chemiluminescence of human leukocytes by 99.6% at 5ppm(Hong, Kim and Park, 1994). In this study, the structure of Ru8 was elucidated and the free radical scavenging activity was investigated. On the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. The structure of Ru8 was confirmed as rhapontigenin, 3,3',5-trihydroxyl-4'-metoxylstilbene. The free radical scavaging activity of rhapontigenin was 130 μM.

      • ZSM-5제올라이트 합성에 관한 연구

        A pentasil zeolite. ZSM-5 was succesfully synthesized at low temperature and atmospheric pressure. The experinments were carried out in four different methods 1, 2 and 3 depending on the concentrations of water, organic template. TPABr (tetrapropy-lammonium bromide) and the presence or absence of seed, the overall molar composition used in this study was 7.83 Na₂O-0.25 Al₂O₃-100SiO₂-xTPABr-yH₂o where x is 1 and 3 mol, and y is 3000mol, 3500mol, and 4000mol. 2³factorial experiments were performed with the results of kinetics studies Na₂O, TPABr and H₂O as main factors, The result showed that the concentration of H₂O is the most important.

Crosslinked sulfadiazine-sulfacetamide such as antibiotics synthesized by crosslingking reaction such as glutaraldehyde. These structures of the compounds were conformed by I.R, N.M.R. 4 strains of Gram(+) and Gram(-) revealed effective susceptibility to synthetic crosslinked sulfadiazine-sulfacetamide.

        Gum Films were prepared by solution blending in the weight ratio of natural gums(Xanthan, Locust bean and Guar) for the purpose of useful bio-implants. The possibility of bio-implants, which prepared from natural gums as a skin substitute was evaluated by measuring biodegradability. This biodegradable films were inserted in the back of rats and their of biodegradability were investigated by hematological change evaluation as a function of time to the bio-transformation. These values of biodegradable films, which prepared from natural gums measured in this study were some stable results at short period with those of ideal skin bio-implants.
