사무행정학과 학제 실용화 방안을 위한 정책제언 : 미래사회에 대응하는 새로운 교과과정 모색

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명, 인구구조 등 미래사회에 대응하기 위한 사무행정학과 발전방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구에서는 먼저 사무행정학의 개념을 확인하고, 국가직무능력표준의 사무행정직의 업무범위와 직무기술을 정리하였다. 이어 경인지역 사무행정학과 교육과정을 분석하여 사무행정학과 학제 실용화 방안을 모색하고 어떠한 정체성을 가져야 하는지 확인하였다. 분석 결과 사무행정학과의 교육과정은 실무교과목을 중심으로 운영되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 문서작업이나 회의 운영, 인사관리 등의 교육을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 변화하는 미래사회에서 필요한 역량은 공동업무수행 역량이며, 연구에서는 미래사회 대응을 위한 새로운 교육과정으로 데이터 관리, 의사소통, 조직 갈등관리 등이 교육될 필요가 있다는 것을 제안하였다. 또한, 미래사회의 변화에 대응하기 위한 국가직무능력표준 체계의 변화와 교육과정 모색이 필요함을 규명하고, 이를 정책적으로 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to find a plan for the development of office administration department of colleges to respond to future society such as the 4th industrial revolution and population structure. To this end, the study first confirmed the concept of office administration, and summarized the work scope and job skills of the office administration office in the national competency standard. In addition, in order to prepare a plan for the development of the department of office administration, this study analyzed the curriculum of the department of office administration in GyeongGi-Do and Incheon confirmed what identity the department of office administration should have in order to cope with the future society. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the curriculum of the Department of Office Administration was operated mainly on practical subjects, and it was found that education such as document work, meeting operation, and personnel management were provided. However, the competency required in the changing future society is to develop the ability to perform joint work, and this study suggested that data management, communication, and organizational conflict management are essential competencies as a new curriculum for responding to the future society. In addition, it was identified that it was necessary to change the national competency standard system and to seek a curriculum to respond to changes in the future society, and this was suggested in a policy.
