The isolation and identification of bacteria from freshwater plant root system were performed. Twenty four different strains were identified by microbiological identification system. Gram negative bacteria were isolated three times more than Gram positive ones. The ratio of rod and coccus was 11:1. The similarity above 0.5 was 37.5% from the tested samples in identification. Among these isolated bacteria, three dominant strains Pseudomonas cepacia JH10, Xanthomonas maltophilia JH12, Aeromonas salmonicida JH13 were selected to investigate biochemical properties and optimal growth conditions. These strains reached maximum growth after 24-36 hr of incubation in peptone broth, and their optimal temperature was 28$^{\circ}C$ and that of pH was between 7 and 8.

공공도서관의 서비스스케이프가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the structural relationship between public library service-scape, flow, user satisfaction, and customer loyalty for adults who use public libraries for academic purposes in a changing public library environment. To this end, this study reviewed the concepts of public library service-scape, immersion, user satisfaction, and customer loyalty with existing literature, proposed a research model based on this, and empirically verified them. Methods: This study collected and statistically analyzed data for adults using public libraries for the purpose of reading books or studying. The collected data were checked using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 and the research hypothesis was verified by analyzing the results using the structural equation modeling technique. Results: The results of the study are as follows. First, spatiality, aesthetics, and amenity of service-scapes have a positive effect on flow. Second, spatiality and amenity of service-scapes have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Third, Flow has a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fourth, Flow and user satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it suggests a strategic direction to enhance the service competitiveness of public libraries by strengthening the service-scape.

한, 중 자전적 신변소설 연구 : 현진건의 《타락자》와 욱달부의 《타락》을 중심으로

본 논문은 현진건의 《타락자》와 욱달부의 《타락》을 실례로 한국과 중국의 자전적 신변소설의 양상을 살펴보고자 한다. 한국과 중국의 근현대소설사에 나타난 새로운 양식의 소설--자전적 신 변소설은 일본 사소설의 영향 하에 나타났기에 본고는 우선 일본 사소설의 특성에 비추어 현진건 과 욱달부의 일본 사소설 수용 및 그 양상을 살펴보면서 이로부터 한, 중 두 나라 자전적 신변소 설의 양상과 그 의미를 짚어 보았다. 이러한 연구는 한, 중 두 나라 근현대소설사의 형성과 확립 과정을 돌아보고 더욱이 현진건과 욱달부의 문학사적 가치와 의의를 규명하는데 유조하다.

Ernest Hemingway의 自然觀 : The Old Man and the Sea를 중심으로 Especially in The Old Man and Sea

One of the famous American writers called lost generation, Ernest Hemingway (1899-1961) tried to seek for the truth of life consistently from In Our Time (1925) to The Old Man and the Sea (1952). Especially he was interested in love and death, thus began early literary works with denial, the essence of nihilism reflecting his war experiences. His love in the novels expressed the sterile love (the Sun Also Rises), the nihilistic love (AFarewell to Arms), the devoted love (For Whom the Bell T o l l s ) , and fraternal love (The Old Man and the Sea). Hemingway's denial consciousness of love with death was changed in the last work The Old Man and the Sea, and he showed man's stoic and undefeated courage. He used the symbolic techniques related Christian symbol and images and thus this novel might be thought as Christian Tragedy. But Santiago said apparently "I'm not religious", so it is said this makes us understand this as not a real Christian Tragedy but a parallel. This story is very simple and short. But Hemingway reflected an archetypal fisherman with awareness through his individualism and love for the creatures near him except the falsest thing like Portuguese men-of-war. Santiago showed affirmative attitude of love and death by appearing his feelings for nature during the thre-days' fight against the big fish. And he also thought something should kill something to exist and this would be natural to live as a order of the universe. The unity and combination of love and death appeared in fighting against his big marlin and this means his killing the fish is Ernest Hemingway &'A not sin for a living even though Santiago felt deeply love for him. But he could not feel the achievement after killing him because he admitted he killed him with need and his pride, and he went too-far-out beyond his true place, and this caused to call sharks to hit his fish and thus Santiago lost his. Now Santiago felt what his sin was and apologized "I'm sorry that I went too far out. I ruined us both." This makes us feel Santiago's humanity. The purpose of this paper is to study Hemingway's View- point on Nature by analyzing Santiago's affirmative attitude of love and death and the unity between love and killing the fish. Santiago felt his killing with love as natural as the order of nature and did not have any conflict. Hemingway's view-point on nature was ignored because he didn't express pure nature in his works, his heroes were very limited within narrow world, and he was known as one of the representatives who acted without consideration and expressed his works as autobiographical mode. As a result, it is a little difficult thing to define Hemingway's concept on nature only by analyzing this work. So the author added the study about his life to find some aspects which would have affected to found his attitude. Through studying his parents' attitude toward him and his circumstances, the author confirmed something to found his view-point on nature. In addition to these, Hemingway's view-point was compared with that of Emerson and Thoreau who have argued a new attitude toward nature. They thought nature revealed the God's will, not the orthodox God, and man would be perfect by communicating with the nature and their thoughts have the same thing in Hemingway's by appearing Santiago's attitude who f e l t him as a part of universe and thus had deep fraternal love for the nature.
