      • 선형저밀도 Polyethylene의 연신에 의한 TSC와 구조변화

        We measured the electric conduction and thermally stimulated currents of uniaxially elongated linear low density polyethylene(LLD-PE) films which had about the same density, but different molecular weight (Mn;sample A=23536, B=17588, C=11422, D=10483). The sample A and B showed similar characteristics. Electrical conduction depended on draw ratio and shown minimum value at draw ratio of 40% and increased for draw ratio over 12% for sample A and B. The sample C and D also showed same characteristics, but their electrical conduction decreased for draw ration over 120%. These behaviors could be explained as sample A or B produced shallow traps by elongation, but the sample C and D made deeper traps. The results were well agree with the activation energies which were calculated by initial rise method from the TSC data at temperature range from 20℃ to 80℃. We also postulated that the differences of molecular weight affected the differences of "physical caiety" at lamellae by elongation.

        침상 옆 교육의 교수설계모형의 특징과 한계

        As a preliminary approach to developing a bedside teaching program, this study analyzed the instructional models that have been suggested for bedside teaching. The objects of analysis were four models: the 'Cox model,' which is composed of an experience cycle and an explanation cycle; the 'best teaching practice model' by Janicik and Fletcher; the 'twelve tips to improve bedside teaching' by Ramani; and the SNNAPS model for outpatient education by Wolpaw, Wolpaw, and Papp. This study was conducted in three steps. First, we identified the major components of each model and analyzed their characteristics and limitations. Second, we compared each model in terms of four aspects: the learner, learning interaction, learning context, and organization management. Third, on the basis of prior analysis, the possibilities and potential problems of the models were explored. Based on this review of the existing instructional design models, we proposed an additional four key elements for designing a bedside teaching program: multi-layered learners, various learning environments and contexts, time management by using media, and self-directed design.

        간편 교수체제설계를 활용한 의료윤리 교육프로그램 개발 사례연구

        Purpose: Simple instructional systems design (ISD) model is based on a fast development, usability test, and continuos feedback,which are necessary for educational program development in medical school. This study aims to figure out the usability of Simple ISD model for a medical ethics education program by describing a developmental details of each phase and its evaluation results. Methods: Research has been conducted in two steps. First, while researchers participated in the program development by using Simple ISD model, we collected empirical data of each development activities. Second, the developed program was evaluated by students' web-based usability test, a 8-students' focus group interview and 5 faculty members' individual interviews in 4 domains;learning contents, instructional methods and strategies, achievement evaluation, and self-evaluation. Results: Following the circular process of analysis, design, development, and usability test of Simple ISD model, a 10-week medical ethics program covering 9 instructional topics was developed. The average points of response on the developed medical ethics program in 2008 and 2009 are increased from 3.96 to 4.59 and 4.41, respectively. The prospects and limitations of the program are discussed. Conclusion: From a development study of the medical ethics program by using Simple ISD model, we could implement a more usable medical ethics program, and found 4 different usability of the Simple ISD model; the rapid development of educational program,program improvement by continuous feedback, faculty members' engagement in instructional design, and professional development of the faculty members.

        일차 진료의사의 학습 현상

        Purpose: This study analyzed the learning characteristics of primary care physicians that are necessary to develop proper educational support systems in continuing medical education. Methods: The research participants were 15 physicians with an average of 8 years of experience in primary care clinics. The data were collected through in-person interviews with each participant and analyzed by keyword coding, expert review, and content elaboration. Results: The learning styles of primary care physicians were classified as “reactive,” “organized,” and “exploratory,” according to their problem-solving approaches in clinics. The types of learning interaction were “unilateral acquisition,” “mutual exchange,” and “organization participation.” The primary motives of learning in clinics were the primary care physicians' recognition of accountability and the intrinsic enjoyment of learning itself. Conclusion: For continuous professional development—i.e., the self-directed learning of primary care physicians with problemsolving approaches—learning interactions in professional communities should be considered in continuing educational support systems.

        텍스트네트워크 분석을 활용한 국내 의사 직무역량 연구동향 분석

        We use the concept of the "doctor's role" as a guideline for developing medical education programs for medical students, residents, and doctors. Therefore, we should regularly reflect on the times and social needs to develop a clear sense of that role. The objective of the present study was to understand the knowledge structure related to doctor's job competencies in Korea. We analyzed research trends related to doctor's job competencies in Korea Citation Index journals using text network analysis through an integrative approach focusing on identifying social issues. We finally selected 1,354 research papers related to doctor's job competencies from 2011 to 2020, and we analyzed 2,627 words through data pre-processing with the NetMiner ver. 4.2 program (Cyram Inc., Seongnam, Korea). We conducted keyword centrality analysis, topic modeling, frequency analysis, and linear regression analysis using NetMiner ver. 4.2 (Cyram Inc.) and IBM SPSS ver. 23.0 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA). As a result of the study, words such as "family," "revision," and "rejection" appeared frequently. In topic modeling, we extracted five potential topics: "topic 1: Life and death in medical situations," "topic 2: Medical practice under the Medical Act," "topic 3: Medical malpractice and litigation," "topic 4: Medical professionalism," and "topic 5: Competency development education for medical students." Although there were no statistically significant changes in the research trends for each topic over time, it is nonetheless known that social changes could affect the demand for doctor's job competencies.

        Co -60감마선 조사에 의한 Polyethylene의 적외선 스펙트럼 분석

        저밀도 Polyeehylene의 순수한 film에 강도 600Ci의 Co-60 r선을 조사한 후 적외선 파장 2μ(5000cm^-1)~15μ(667cm^-1) 영역에서 적외선 Spectrum을 얻어 Brockes 및 Kaiser 등이 전자선 조사로 실험한 결과와 비교하고 또 육안으로 나타나는 현상을 관찰하였다. r선 조사 결과로서 2.9u의 OH흡수대와 5.8μ의 C=0흡수대가 현저하게 나타났으며 이는 시료가 얇고 장시간에 걸쳐서 공기중에서 조사한데 원인이 있다고 볼 수 있으며 산소 영향의 증대에 의한다. 11.00μ의 Vinyl기의 흡수대는 대단히 약해져서 거의 인정하기 곤란하나 10.3μ에 C=C에 의한 Band가 나타났으며 7~12μ영역의 Background 흡수가 현저하였다. 적외선 Spectrum에 현저한 Band변화와 착색변화를 일으키는 데는 선량률의 108rad 이상이라야 볼 수 있었다. 상기한 C=0흡수대와 OH흡수대는 Brockes와 Kaiser가 보고한 전자선 조사의 경우와 일치하며 이 산화효과는 Vacuum Cell중에서 조사한 시료의 Spectrum과 비교함으로써 입증되었다. 본 연구는 원자로 방사선을 조사한 Polyethylene의 적외선 Spectrum과 비교해보고 또한 Polyethylene의 물리적 성질중 Semiconductor로서의 전기 전도율 및 광학적 성질을 연구하는 일련의 계획 중 일단계 실험으로서 원자 결합을 기반으로 한 해석을 주로 Brockes 및 Kaiser의 연구결과와 비교하면서 수행하였다.

        의학교육에서의 사회적 구성주의의 활용

        The purpose of this study is to discuss the main principles and concepts of social constructivism, examine the literature on the application of social constructivism in medical education, and explore the meaning and limitations of the utilization of social constructivism with learning theory. A literature search was carried out in two stages, utilizing PubMed, CINAHL and Education Source databases. The first search included both fields (social constructivism AND medical education), while the second search was performed by subject (Vygotsky or ZPD or zone of proximal development or scaffolding AND medical education). A total of 96 papers were found through the first and second searches, and after reviewing the abstracts of all 96 papers, 41 papers were deemed suitable for research purposes. In medical education, social constructivism is applied in areas such as (1) social and cultural behaviors (hidden curriculum), (2) social construct of “meaning” (dialogue and discourse), (3) learner’s identity transformation (expert), and (4) instructional intervention (ZPD and scaffolding). Social constructivism has provided many ideas to explore in terms of the composition of knowledge in the sociocultural context of health care, but it has not demonstrated an explicit instructional method or educational effects.
