Korean Organization ERP System Implementation CSFs: A Delphi Study

This study focused on the factors that are critical to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation success. This study employed a Delphi panel to explore the characteristics of ERP project success. The expert panel was comprised of executives from Korean organizations who had participated in and were experienced with ERP implementation projects. The two round Delphi study found the importance of senior management involvement/top management support in project. Additionally, the study found that the same Critical Success Factors(CSFs) existing in large-sized Korean organizations are also applicable to small or mid-sized Korean organizations.

IoT 기술을 활용한 스마트 물관리 필요성에 관한 연구

본 논문은 소비자에게 공급되는 수돗물의 공급시설(Water Supply Network)에 IoT 기술을 활용하여 소비자의 물 사용량을 원격으로 검침하고, 공급시설의 누수를 줄여서 원가를 절감하는 스마트 물관리(Smart Water Management) 기술의 적용효과를 검증하였다. SWM 실증모형은 수돗물 공급시설에 원격 누수감지센서, 스마트 미터링(Smart Metering), 초소형 멀티센서를 설치하고, 원격에서 운영현황을 실시간으로 감시하고 소비자에게 수돗물 사용량과 수질을 스마트폰 앱으로 제공하였다. 이때, 소비자가 수돗물 사용량 정보를 이용하여 수돗물을 아껴 쓰는지, 수돗물 수질정보를 이용하여 직접 음용하는지를 조사하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 SWM을 실증 적용함으로써 공급시설의 유수율 향상, 수돗물 음용률 향상, 소비자 민원 감소, 운영비용 절감, 수돗물 사용량 절감이 달성되는지를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 또한 수돗물 공급시설의 IoT 센서, 운영자 모니터링 시스템, 이상발생시 탐사복구 솔루션이 융합된 하나의 SWM 모델을 수립하였으며, 관련 기술 개발을 통해 국내 물산업을 육성하고, SWM을 선진수준으로 확산하였다는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다. The Objective of this Study is to Prove the Effectiveness of a Smart Water Management(SWM) Technology. The SWM Technology can Reduce the Production Cost using Internet of Thing(IoT) Technology that Utilizes Remote Metering of Consumer’s Water usage and Reduce the Leakage of Supply Facilities. The SWM Demonstration Model Installed a Remote Water Leakage Sensor, Smart Metering and Micro Multi Sensor in Water Supply Facility, and Provided Real-Time Monitoring of the Operation Status. Consumers can be Provided the usage of Tap Water and the Water Puality through a Smart Phone Application. At this Time, we Surveyed Whether Consumers save the Tap Water or Drinking Directly using the Tap Water usage Information. Also, this Study is to Verify the Degree of Improvement of Water Supply Rates and Drinking Water Rate, and to Decrease Consumer’s Complaints, Operating Costs, and Water Consumption by the SWM Technology. It is also Established a SWM Model Combined with the IoT Sensor at Supply Facilities, operator monitoring system and explored recovery solution detected events. It means the upbringing of the domestic water industry by developing the related technologies and spreading the SWM to advanced levels.

정보화시대를 맞이하면서 컴퓨터와 통신의 결합체인 정보통신의 획기적인 발전에 의해 방대한 데이터의 신속·정확한 처리가 가능하게 되었으며 이를 바탕으로 다양한 소비자의 요구에 효율적으로 대응할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 정보화의 급속한 발전과 더불어 개인의 다양한 사생활 영역으로부터의 개인정보들이 좀 더 용이하게 축적되고 이용될 수 있게 되었다. 반면 이러한 현상은 개인정보의 무분별한 수집, 유통 및 오?남용을 유발할 수 있다는 측면에서 그 심각성이 더한다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 급진적 변화양상 속에서 개인 정보를 취급하는 많은 기업 및 기관들에 대해 개인이 느끼는 개인정보 보호의 중요성 및 개인정보 보호 필요성 인지도를 조사하고 아울러 이를 토대로 한국 설정에 맞는 개인정보보호 인식에 관한 실증적 측정 도구를 개발 소개하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 개인정보를 필요로 하는 관계기업들 즉, 전자상거래나 온라인에서의 마케터들에게 개인정보에 대한 소비자들의 의식을 파악할 수 있게 하여 앞으로 이에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있는 지침으로서의 역할을 제공하게 될 것이다. It is inevitable that personal privacy will be one of the most significant pressure points for most of the 2000s. Information privacy has been called one of the most important ethical issues in information age. It has become apparent that organizational practices, individuals" perceptions of these practices, and societal responses are very closely related in many ways. However, unfortunately, researches attempting to develop and validate an instrument that identifies and measures the primary dimensions of individuals" concerns about organizational information privacy practices were scarce. Based on a number of preliminary studies, this study tried to develop and validate an Korean organization oriented measurement instrument. This instrument is expected to be used as useful guide lines for the managers who are responsible for IT/IS ethical issues.

성공요인 분석을 통한 한국 공기업 ERP 시스템 교육 훈련 방안

본 연구는 효과적인 ERP교육방법을 모색하기 위하여 특히, 한국 공기업과 사기업의 ERP 교육현황 차이를 분석하였다. 공기업과 사기업의 ERP시스템을 성공적으로 구축하기 위한 ERP교육 성공요인을 비교해보았다. 일반적으로 ERP구축 성공요인에 대한 연구는 많이 있었지만, 효과적인 ERP교육방법과 관련된 연구는 찾기가 어려웠다. 여러 연구에서 ERP구축 성공요인으로 최고경영자의 관심과 ERP교육/훈련이 중요한 요인으로 나타난다. 이는 ERP구축을 성공적으로 마무리하기 위해서 ERP교육이 지속적이고 장기적인 계획으로 우선적으로 이루어져야 함을 의미한다. 효과적인 ERP교육방법과 공기업과 사기업의 교육현황을 파악하기 위해, 2장 문헌연구에서 조사한 자료를 토대로 설문을 작성하여 공기업, 사기업, ERP컨설턴트 현업에게 배포하고 의견을 수렴하는 전문가 합의법인 델파이 기법을 활용하여 설문 조사를 수행하였다. 설문 결과는 SPSS를 사용하여 통계 분석을 하였고, 수렴도와 합의도를 산출하여, 공기업과 사기업에서 보다 적합한 ERP교육 전략 및 관리지침을 도출하였다. This study presents another effective way of ERP training and education for the successful deployment of ERP in public and private sectors. In general, there have been many researches on ERP implementation success factors. However, training methods and research related to effective ERP education/training are difficult to find. Several studies on the ERP implementation success factors state that the Chief Executive Office Interest in the project, education and training are one of the most important factors. In order to successfully implement an ERP, ERP education and training must preferentially be continuous and done by long-term plan. In Chapter 2, we examined the previous researches to determine the status of effective education and training in private and public sectors. Feedbacks from public enterprises, private enterprises, ERP consultants and production professionals from the survey are analysed using the Delphi method. Using the SPSS statistical analysis, survey results derived another effective private and public enterprise ERP education/training strategies and management guidelines.

ERP System Education/Training and Other Related Factors Which Have Critical Influence On ERP Implementation Success

1990년대와 2000년대 초 현재까지 ERP 시스템 구축 시장은 괄목할 만한 성장을 계속하여 왔다. 2009년에 ERP 시장은 세계적으로 약 65조원 규모까지 성장할 것으로 예견되고 있다. 거의 모든 기업이 이러한 ERP 시스템에 의하여 일상의 사업 거래 업무를 처리하게 될 것이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 그러나 ERP 구축 프로젝트는 많은 시간, 광범위한 관련 범위, 그리고 큰 예산 비용을 요구하는 하나의 방대하고 전략적이며 복잡한 프로젝트이다. 이것은 기업에게 있어 ERP 시스템 구축은 반드시 성공하여야 할 프로젝트임을 의미하며 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인이 무엇인가에 대한 이해가 기업 경영자들에게 매우 중요함을 뜻한다. 본 연구는 먼저 ERP 분야의 선행연구들 특히 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인 연구 결과들을 살펴봄으로써 최근에 강조되고 있는 중요 성공요인에는 어떠한 것이 있는지 살펴본 다음에 본 설문조사 실증연구 결과를 기존의 연구와 비교적으로 소개하면서 ERP 시스템을 구축 사용하고 있는 기업 경영자들에게 유용한 관리 지침을 제공하고자 한다. In the 1990s and 2000s there was considerable growth in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) Systems. It is estimated that the ERP market will grow to about $65 billion by 2009. Companies expect these systems to support many of the day to day business transactions. However, the implementation projects of ERP are big, strategic and complex projects which involve lots of time, scope and costs. Because of that, companies have to create conditions, in which they can implement chosen solution in expected time, scope and budgeted costs. This means that companies should be aware of what most critical factors for success of ERP implementations are. This study will first investigate the ERP implementation CSFs by studying prior published researches on the field of ERP implementation. Then, this study will discuss in depth some important factors of ERP implementation and represent preliminary results CSFs of ERP implementation empirical survey.

SAP R/3 시스템 인터페이스 기술분석과 VBA 활용 데이터 입력 제안

많은 기업들은 경영 환경의 변화와 글로벌 경쟁 속에서 경영관리의 필수요소로 자리 잡은 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 경쟁력을 강화하고 있다. 그러나 하나의 ERP 시스템만으로 기업에서 발생하는 모든 요구 사항을 만족시킬 수 없기에 시스템 도입 후에도 기존 시스템을 결합하여 운용하거나 새로운 시스템을 도입하기도 하며 각 기업의 ERP 시스템들이 연결, 통합되기도 한다. 이와 같은 이유로 ERP 출현과 함께 보다 강력하고 편리한 인터페이스 기술에 대한 필요성이 점차 증가해왔다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템 중 기업들이 가장 많이 사용하는 SAP R/3 시스템을 채택하였고, SAP R/3의 여러 모듈 중 MM 모듈을 선택하여, MM 모듈 내의 구매요청 데이터의 입력과 처리를 위해 R/3 시스템에서 제공하고 있는 인터페이스 기술과 함께 새로이 VBA 기술을 사용하여 SAP R/3 시스템의 새로운 데이터 인터페이스를 설계 및 구현 방안을 제시하였다. 이 방안의 장점은 사용자 관점에서 시스템 사용에 대한 거부감을 줄일 수 있으며 보다 편리한 구매요청 데이터 입력과 출력으로 업무 효율성을 높일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. Many companies have attempted to strengthen competitiveness by introducing information technology ERP system in a changing and global competitive business environment. However, ERP systems can not meet all the requirements that occur in the enterprise. After the system introduced, When it operates with existing systems or with new systems, the need for strong interface technology along with the appearance of the ERP have been gradually increased. In this paper, we selected SAP R/3 system as a typical ERP system. Among the modules of SAP R/3, MM module was chosen. Interface technologies for SAP R/3 Systems integrate mulltiple R/3 systems and non R/3 systems, and play important roles in expanding the company"s business process. VBA approach was implemented as the data interface design between SAP R/3 and other systems. It proved to reduce the feeling of resistance from user"s point of view. It also proved to improve the operational efficiency in a convenient input and output manner of purchase request data.

중소기업 SMO를 위한 하이브리드 앱 기반의 BI 모듈 구축 및 활용방안

최근 스마트 폰 등 이동단말기 사용이 급증함에 따라 국내/외 기업을 중심으로 언제 어디서나 일할 수 있는 스마트 오피스(Mobile-Office)가 빠르게 보급되고 있다. 스마트 워크가 부상하는 이유는 새로운 근무형태의 대두, 업무 효율성 제고, 스마트 폰 등 모바일 기반의 경제가 급성장하여 기업 환경이 변화하였기 때문이며, 이로 인해 일하는 방식의 변혁이 필요했던 것이다. 중소기업의 경우 최신 IT기술에 대한 활용능력이 대기업에 비해 상대적으로 부족하고, 개발 역량 및 자본 투자에 대한 한계가 존재하기 때문에 중소기업에 최적화된 개발 방법론 및 활용 방법이 필요한 실정이다. 신속하고 정확한 비즈니스 의사결정을 할 수 있는 모바일 환경에서의 비즈니스 인텔리전스 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 스마트 오피스 이전 기업 환경에서의 문제점(접근성, 이동성, 효율성, 복잡성, 통합성)을 스마트 기기와 연동하여 해결하고, 중소기업의 입장에서 최소비용을 투자한 개발로 다양한 스마트 기기 및 웹 등에서 활용 가능한 애플리케이션의 효과적인 도입 방안을 모색하였다. Mobile-Office is the IT office that enables people handle their business anywhere and anytime without going to head office. It has propagated rapidly in domestic and foreign companies as the users who use mobile terminal such as smartphone have increased sharply. Mobile-Office is emerging as a new way of conducting business. It requires business environment to be changed to improve business efficiency, as fast-growing mobile-based economies emerges. Small and medium-sized companies"s utilization ability for advanced IT technology is insufficient, and limitations exist on capacity of building and investment. They need different development methodologies and utilization methods. The purpose of this study is not only to consider the previous business environment problem on accessibility, mobility, effectiveness, complexity and consolidation, but to search more efficient methods for introducing applications to utilize various smart devices and websites with minimum investment in R&D.
