We propose an image change detection algorithm implemented on sensor nodes of the ubiquitous sensor network(USN). The proposed algorithm was designed for the robust detection of image changes regardless of the continuously changing ambient illumination environment. Morphological lowpass filter was used for estimating the illumination component in order to reduce computational burden instead of the existing Gaussian lowpass filter. The decision of the change detection is based on the result of threshold of difference image between two consecutive images. We also propose a new thresholding method using precalculated histogram information. The proposed algorithm was implemented on the MSP430 16bit microprocessor.

A high power laser beam focused on a small area accelerates a thin material that flies and hits other target material in which a shock wave may be induced. This laser induced shock experimental method is more repeatable and cheaper but worse than other experimental method using gas gun or other apparatus. An optical system including a phase zone plate reduces the interference and also makes the focused-beam-intensity distribution uniform. We wrote a computer code that calculates light ray traces. Using the code we designed and fabricated an optical system including a phase zone plate and improved the laser-beam uniformity. We introduce preliminary experimental results of laser induced shock of the samples such as aluminum and other materials.

CIGS solar cell consisted of various films. In this research, we investigated electrode materials in $Cu(In,Ga)Se_2$ (CIGS) cells, including Al-doped ZnO (ZnO:Al), intrinsic ZnO (i-ZnO), and Al films. The sputtered ZnO:Al film with a sputtering power at 200W showed the lowest series resistance and highest cell efficiency. The electrical resistivity of the 200-W sputtered ZnO:Al film was $5.2{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ by the rapid thermal annealing at $200^{\circ}C$ for 1 min. The electrical resistivity of i-ZnO was not measurable due to its high resistance. But the optical transmittance was highest with less oxygen supply and high efficiency cell was achieved with $O_2/(Ar+O_2)$ ratio was 1% due to the increase of short-circuit current. No significant change in the cell performance by inserting a Ni layer between Al and ZnO:Al films was observed.

표고는 우리나라를 포함한 동북아시아 전역에서 오랫동안 식용으로 애용되고 있는 대중적 버섯으로 맛과 향이 독특하다. 또한 약리적인 효능이 과학적으로 밝혀졌다. 표고는 원목재배와 톱밥재배에 의해 생산되며 원목재배 기간은 4~5년인데 반해 톱밥재배는 6개월로 재배기간이 짧아 원목재배에서 톱밥재배로 빠르게 전환되고 있다. 특히 산조 701호는 중고온성 품종으로 우리나라의 표고 톱밥재배 대표적인 여름철 품종으로 재배임가에 널리 알려져 있으며, 임가 소득에 기여하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표고 톱밥재배 품종 중에서 산조 701호의 육성내력과 다양한 실증시험, 국산품종 보급확대 등 우리나라 표고산업 발전에 기여한 성과를 기술하였다. The oak mushroom (Lentinula edodes) is a popular edible mushroom that has long been cultivated and eaten throughout Northeast Asia (including Korea). Its taste and flavor are unique. Oak mushrooms are cultivated on logs and in sawdust. The cultivation period on logs is 4-5 years, while the cultivation period in sawdust is 6 months, which is rapidly driving a shift from log to sawdust based cultivation. In particular, the Sanjo 701ho cultivar of L. edodes is a mid-range to high-temperature variety that is widely known for its suitability for summer cultivation on sawdust in Korea. This study summarizes new developments and achievements in the oak mushroom industry in Korea, and details the cultivation history of Sanjo 701ho, its culturing characteristics, various demonstration tests, and the expansion of domestic varieties.

It is very difficult to analyze the dynamic characteristic because tilting vehicle is a very complex system which are connected various mass element with tilting system. To realize and analyze actual phenomenon has restriction that usual commercial software calculates creep force under creep theory about wheel ?rail contact mechanism as basic analyzing, and approach about contact point are based on two dimensional non-linear contact theory and simplified Hertzian contact which considers just displacement change on the YZ plain. Therefore, to solve these problems there should be a new approach difference with existing one. In this research, a new algorithm for finding wheel-rail contact position, calculation method of contact force and applied force will be presented.
제왕절개술후 모르핀과 Bupivacaine 의 지속적 경막외 주입에 의한 진통 효과

This study was undertaken to evaluate the analgesic effect of the combination of epidural morphine and bupivaeaine versus epidural morphine alone for postoperative pain. In a ran- domized study, epidural infusions of morphine combined with bupivacaine were compared with bolus epidural injection of morphine alone for postoperative analgesia at rest and dur- ing mobilization and coughing in 80 patients after elective cesarean section. Eighty patients were divided into 2 groups ; M (control) group ; bolus administration of morphine (4mg) and bolus reinjection (4mg) after 24 hours, MB (experimental) group ; bolus administration of morphine (1.5mg) and continuous administration of bupivscaine and morphine (7mg morphine in normal saline 7ml plus 100ml of 0.2% bupivacaine) with the Baxter infusor. Static and dynamic pain scores at 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 hours after operation were examined and side effects were recorded. The results were as follows ; 1) Static VAS was significantly lower in group MB compared with group M at 12, 24, and 36 hours (p$lt; 0.05). 2) Dynamic VAS was significantly lower in group MB compared with group M throughout the study (p$lt;0.01). 3) Pruritus was greater in group MB than in group M but statiscally not significant. 4) Nausea was greater in group M than in group MB but stetiscally not significant. 5) None of patients had respiratory depression. We concluded that continuous epidural infusion of bupivacaine and morphine is more useful than morphine alone for post operative pain management after cesarean section.
