      • Coronary CT Angiography에서 Cardio ImageXact

        Purpose This research is that evaluate quality of reconstruction by Heart rate change in coronary arteries building CT examination about coronary artery disease patient who is being on the increase gradually and improve quality of reconstruction by searching for Cardiac reconstruction phase of most suitable in Heart rate that do using Cardio ImageXact that is TOSHIBA company’ s software. Materials and Methods From May, 2006 to July, 2007, Coronary CT Angiography did to 43 outpatients who examine and patient who undergo Coronary Artery Bypass Graft(CABG) surgical operation excepted. Patient does NPO during before examination and vital(BP, Heart rate) check and do 1/2T and carry on the head Metoprolol in case Heart rate more than 65, and in case is more than 75, effect conducted examination after 1 hour that is time that become maximum efficiency after did to take 1T(100mg). Reconstructed data using Cardio ImageXact that is TOSHIBA raw data reconstruction software by Auto(Best)phase, % method, ms(milli-second) method cardiac reconstruction raw data. Analysis method use Cardio ImageXact software acquires data as much as 0~99% to 1% space and 10ms space and R-R interval space to 10ms space in section of 2 level(aortic valve, mitral valve level)in raw data after examination and quality selects the best cardiac phase and acquire volume data in 3 method. Corona1y artery’ s quality in 3 cardiac recon mode analyzed comparison. Results Compared point through vessel analysis of target patient total 43 people on above 3 mode to use TOSHIBA company’ s cardiac phase recon software. 1. When Heart rate is 50~59 Average point becomes difference in segment No.2 and No.3, No.6, No.7 in 3 recon mode and difference did not become in other segment. 2. When Heart rate is 60~69 Could know that could acquire good image seeing that ms method acquires near point in 1 point in segment excepting segment No.10. 3. When Heart rate is 70~79 It is seldom difference of m.5 mode with % mode in each segment different 3 recon mode, showed near differentia in 1 point more with Auto(Best)phase mode, and % mode and ms mode could know that difference of average point is not great quality difference of image after recon in 0.1 point interior and exterior. 4. When Heart rate is over 80 Each segment different 3 recon mode could know in segment excepting segment No.9 that ms mode could get better image showing near point 1 point than Auto(Best) mode with % mode. Each segment different acquired point could make image that ms mode is better receiving near point in head of a family 1 point in Auto(Best) mode and % mode, ms mode to be 3 recon mode in each heart rate different each segment and % mode was some difference than ms mode, but did not show large difference. However, Auto(Best)recon mode to acquire good image missing near point in 1 point than above 2 mode difficulty know can. Also, Heart rate 3 recon mode did not show difference greatly in 50~59 but Heart rate is higher more than 60~69, 70~79, 80 difference of point that acquire could appear greatly and know qualitative difference of image. Conclusion By Auto(Best) and % mode or ms mode strongly in Heart rate that do stable very cardiac phase image that may not do reconstruction get. But, 75% and 45% cardiac phase are thought that this research is value more to supplement this to could not have gotten good image, and could not have good image in Auto(Best)phase usually in heart rate’ s case that do unstable. Reduce patient’ s re-procedure having gotten good image through this research, and expect to give large help diagnostic and treatment of heart vessel disease by supplying correct diagnostic information.

      • Coronary CT 검사시 SFOV 변화에 따른 환자선량 평가

        Purpose The radiation dose in coronary study is high compared with other CT examination. Patient dose in CT is usually expressed in terms of the organ dose and effective dose. The purpose of this study is to evaluate patient organ dose and effective dose vary with scan fiend of view in coronary CT examination. Materials and Methods Organ dose was actually measured by using anthropomorphic phantom and Rapido-Photo-Luminescent(RPL) Glass. Effective dose measured by using ion chamber system. Results The survey on a patient dose showed that the organ dose was 98mGy in the heart part and 93mGy in the Lt. lung part and 63mGy in the Rt. lung part and 98mGy in the Lt. breast part and 75mGy in the Rt. breast part. Effective dose was 16.1mSv. Organ dose was decreased from 32.3% to 40.9% in used SS, S, M(SFOV) examination, compared to used L, LL(SFOV) examination. Effective dose was decreased 39.5% in used SS, S, M(SFOV) examination, compared to used L, LL(SFOV) examination. Conclusion As a conclusion, the radiation dose was very high dose in coronary study. Future research should be directed to identify the least amount of radiation required in CT scans to ensure that diagnostic performance is not significantly compromised.

      • 운동 강도의 차이가 흰쥐의 혈액 성분과 적혈구의 형태에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects on hematological indices and heinz body formation in various intensity, Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control group, the low-intensity exercise group, nigh-intensity exercise group (n=7 in each group). Animals of the low-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 30 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Animals of the high-intensity exercise groups were put on exercise 120 min per 1 day, 5 days per week for 6-weeks. Red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (Hgb), hematocrit (Hct), mean ceil volume (MCV), mean hemoglobin corpuscular (MCH), mean hemoglobin corpuscular concentration (MCHC) were analyzed in automated hematology analyzer (ABX Hematology MICROS 60) from 10㎕ of whole blood. Erythrocyte morphology were evaluated in super vital (Brilliant cresyl blue stain) stained blood films. In the present results, Hg, MCHC in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly decreased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. MCV in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity end the control group. Heinz body formation in the high-intensity exercise group was significantly increased compared with the different exercise intensity and the control group. In the present study, it can be suggested that intensity of exercise can influence hematological variables and heinz body formation. These findings suggest that high intensity exercise induces oxidative damage to erythrocyte.

      • <黃帝內經>에 流入된 五行學說에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is how to have the form and theory of the five element theory in the 〈whang di nei ging〉〈黃帝內經〉by the investigation of the course of the five element introduced the ancient oriental medicine from ancient oriental philomphy. The following results were obtained. 1. The five elements in 〈Sang Seo〉(尙書) meaned the five uses of water, fire, earth, wood, metal which were insportant in living. Because these had very important meaning in ancient political and economic society, emphasized to big law(洪範) 2. The five elements in 〈zya zyern) (左傳) and 〈kuk oe〉(國語) means the five uses too, and here are the phrases of "fire win metal"(火勝金) and "water win fire"(水勝火), but these only meaned the physical interrelation. 3. In the five circulating factor theory made by Chu Yen(鄒衍) which have the attribute of the five elements, he more reasonably had argued human affairs like that a dynasty become different in step with the circulating five favors. There is the regular annual policy in the (Ye Si Gun Cu) (呂氏春秋) which closely connected nature and human living, and attached the various colors, animals, visceras, flavors, sounds, the sexagenary cycle and so on to the five elements. 4. In the <Cun Cu Bun Ro>(春秋繁露) writed in the fore-period of Han(漢) dynasty, the interactions of the five elements are concretely applicated to policy, Dong Jung Soe(董仲舒) had discrived the interactions of the five elements by the Dong Lyu Sang Dong thery(同類相動說) and the misfortune theory(災異說), emphasized the sympathy of nature and human. Though there is many contents which are superstitious and contradictory, I concider which that affcted many effects in the formation of five element theory of oriental medicine. In the <Hye Nam Ja>(淮南子) the order of matters were explained by the five element theory too, as the interrelations of the five elements were explained by the sexagenary cycle, I assume that the bud of O-Un theory(五運理論). And there was not founded the fullscale intriduction of the five element theory in the Ma Wang Tye(馬王堆) excavated finds, the Mu Yyi medical writings formed the Han dynasty(武威漢代醫簡) and the documents about Pyun Jak(扁鵲) and Sun U Ie(淳于意). 5. The application of the five element theory in the <Whang Di Nei Qing> (黃帝內經) is devided into the attachment to the fire elements, the interelations of the five elements, and Un Gi theory(運氣論). In the attachment to the five elemeant theory, it made the attachment of the five visceras of <Kum Mun Sang Seo>(今文尙書) party a standard and attached the sections of a human body, the whole internal organs, the five organs of sense, the five colors, the five flavors and the five sounds and so on to the five elements. It put to use by means of the application of the interrelation of the five elements in the transferations of the diseases and the relative severeness of a disease in step with the change of time and season. Un Gi theory(運氣論) which synthesized by the attachment to the five elements, the inter-relations of the five elements and the: climate which observerd from ancient times systematically argued the effects of weather to human. 6. The application of the five element theory in the <Whang Di Nei Qing>(黃帝內經) have the significant what had get rid of the irrational factors like that the emotion and action of human could to influense the weather, what had been formes more rational thinking by the observation of human and nature. It is required more reserches about the possibility of the formation of the doctrinal faction by the geographical effect of the Yon, Je(燕, 薺) region, the application of the five element theory in other ancient medical books and the relationship of the five element theory and Yin Yang(陰陽)

      • 淳于意의 診籍에 나타난 疾病의 考察

        The aim of this study is to compare the diseases which are in the Sun Woo-Yee」s charts with the diseases which are in the medical books excavated in MA WANG TEI(馬王堆), 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」 and 「So MUN(素問)」, and to investigate their interactions. The results obtained are as follows : 1. JOE(疽) which is made in stomach and bowels is not found at the medical books excavated in MA WANG THI(馬王堆), 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」 and 「SO MUN(素問)」, JOE(疽) which is made on the breast similar to JOE(疽) which is made on the chest of 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」. 2. It is said in Sun Woo-Yee(淳于意)'s charts that mental depression blocks up the circulation of Kl(氣), and it is the same viewpoint of 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」and 「SO MUN(紫間)」. 3. The POONG GYUL(風??) and the YOUL GYUL(熱??) that are found in the Sun Woo-yee(淳于意)'s charts is similar to those of 「SO MUN(素問)」, but different from those of「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」. 4. It is regarded that YOUNG SAN(湧疝) in the Sun Woo-Yee(淳干意)'s charts is similar to the COONG SAN(??疝) in 「SO MUN(索問)」, KI SAN(氣疝) in the Sun Woo-Yee(淳于意)'s charts is related to the TUI SAN(癲疝) of the medical books excavated in MA WANG TUI(馬王堆), 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」 and 「SO MUN(素閒)」, MO SAN(牡癌) in the Sun Woo-Yee(淳于意)'s charts is considered PE SAN(肺疝) and PE POONG SAN(肺風疝) in 「SO MUN(素問)」, but more and deeper study is required. In the change of the terms : from TUI SAN(癲疝) to TUl SAN(癲疝), from PYUN SAN(偏疝) to H0 SAN(狐疝), it can be guessed that the terms changed, as new doctrines were introduced and reorganiged with the development of the medical theory. 5. POONG BI(風痺) in the Sun Woo-Yee(淳于意)'s charts is not found in 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」, but it is similar to DAN FEVER(??熱) in 「So MUN(素問)」. It is regarded that PE SO DAN(肺消癲) in the Sun Woe-Yee(淳于意)'s charts is the same as that of 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」. 6. DONG PUNG(동風) in Sun Woo-Yee(淳于意)'s charts is not found in 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」and 「SO MUN(素問)」, but it seems like DONG SOEL(洞泄) in 「YOUNG COO(靈櫃)」. It is regarded that the DONG PUNG(동風)』 in the Sun Woo-Yee(淳于意)'s charts was at first changed into DONG SOEL(洞泄), and later differentiated into DONG SOEL(洞泄) and SON SOEL(손泄). 7. In the Sun Woo-Yee(淳子意)'a charts, the treatment of the decayed tooth had the classification of the right and left, seeing cauterization with moxa on SU YANG MYOUNG MAEK(手陽明脈), it is considered that the tooth was decayed in the lower right region. A tooth was related to QI MAEK(齒脈) and BI YANG MYUNG MAEK(臂陽明脈) in the early stage, but gradually was related to not only SU YANG MYUNG MAEK(手陽明脈) but also JOK YANG MYUNG MAEK(足陽明脈), JOK SO YIN MAEK(足少陰脈), JOK TAE YIN MAEK(足太陰脈), and in regards to the tooth and KYUNG MAEK(經脈), 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」 emphasised the course of the KYUNG MAEK(經脈), 「SO MUN(素問)」 emphasised the attachment of the five elements. 8. In regards to BI(痺) , the importance of the five elements thee given in the Sun Woo-yee(淳于意)'s charts is similar to that of 「SO MUN(素問)」, and 「YOUNG COO(靈樞)」 and the medical books excavated in MA WANG TUI(馬王堆) give the same importance to the KYUNG MAEK(經脈) theory. 9. The explanation of the irregular menstruation in the Sun Woo-Yee(淳于意)'s charts was fundamentally similar to that of 「SO MUN(素問)」, but it shows the another theory that can not found in 「SO MUN(素問)」.
