        설치조건을 고려한 배전용 콘크리트전주의 응력분포 및 하중에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 강도부족 전주의 경제적 보강방안으로 추진 중인 겹전주 공법개발과 관련하여 기계적 강도평가를 위해 배전용 콘크리트전주의 수평 재하시험을 수행한 것으로, 현장특성을 최대한 고려하여 전주를 건주한 상태에서 전주의 응력분포 및 피로하중을 검토하였다. 실험결과, 지반이 콘크리트인 경우 단전주보다 강도증가 효과는 최대 1.7배로 증가되었으며 일반토사지반의 경우 겹전주의 보강효과를 확보하기 위해서는 지반의 콘크리트 보강이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. A method of double-pole construction is developing to strengthen the mechanical intensity of the electric poles. Therefore the mechanical properties of the double-pole were researched in this paper. First, considering field special quality electric poles were established. In the next tensile force was applied and stress distribution and fatigue load were examined. When a base of the pole is concrete, mechanical intensity of the double-pole increased about 1.7 times compared a single pole. In the case of general soil base, the concrete base should be needed to expect the reinforcement effect of the double-pole.

        잔차 신경망과 팽창 합성곱 신경망을 이용한 라이트 필드 각 초해상도 기법

        Light field image captured by a microlens array-based camera has many limitations in practical use due to its low spatial resolution and angular resolution. High spatial resolution images can be easily acquired with a single image super-resolution technique that has been studied a lot recently. But there is a problem in that high angular resolution images are distorted in the process of using disparity information inherent among images, and thus it is difficult to obtain a high-quality angular resolution image. In this paper, we propose light field angular super-resolution that extracts an initial feature map using an dilated convolutional neural network in order to effectively extract the view difference information inherent among images and generates target image using a residual neural network. The proposed network showed superior performance in PSNR and subjective image quality compared to existing angular super-resolution networks.

        EMT-3D 모델을 이용한 동경만의 PFOA 시뮬레이션

        A three-dimensional ecological model (EMT-3D) was applied to Tokyo Bay for the simulation of PFOA. EMT-3D was calibrated with seawater analysis data obtained from the study area in 2004. The simulated results of dissolved PFOA were in good agreement with the observed values, with a correlation coefficient(R) of 0.7115${\sim}$0.8759 and a coefficient of determination $(R^2)$ of 0.5062${\sim}$0.7672. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that partition rate, adsorption rate and settling rate were important factors for PFOA in particulate organic matter. In the case of PFOA in phytoplankton, bioconcentration factor, uptake rate and partition rate were important factors. Therefore, the parameters must be carefully considered in the modeling. In the case of 50% and 80% total loads reduction, concentration of dissolved PFOA was shown to be lower than 20ng/L and 10ng/L, respectively. In the case of reduction of loads from rivers in each prefecture, Tokyo prefecture was found to have the most influence on the change of dissolved PFOA in surface water while Chiba prefecture was found to have the most influnce on the change of dissolved PFOA in bottom water.

        EMT-3D 모델을 이용한 울산만 Dioxins 거동에 관한 시나리오 분석

        A three dimensional ecological model(EMT-3D) was applied to Ulsan Bay for the simulation of Dioxins. The simulated results of dissolved Dioxins were in agreement with the observed values, with a correlation coefficient(R) of 0.7951 and a coefficient of determination($R^2$) of 0.6265. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that partition rate, adsorption rate and bioconcentration factor were important factors. Therefore, the parameters must be carefully considered in the modeling. In the case of 50% and 80% total loads reduction, concentration of dissolved Dioxins was shown to be lower than 0.150 and 0.250 pg WHD-TEQ/L, respectively.

        EMT-3D 모델을 이용한 진해만 PAHs의 거동 예측 시뮬레이션

        The behavior prediction of PAHs in Jinhae Bay using a three-dimensional ecological model(EMT-3D) was examined. A three-dimensional ecological model(EMT-3D) was applied to the simulation of PAHs behaviors in Jinhae Bay of Korea. The computed results of simulation were in good agreement with the observed values. The result of sensitivity analysis showed that photolysis coefficient and extinction coefficient were important factors in the variation of dissolved PAHs, and POC partition coefficient was important factor in the variation of PAHs in particulate organic matter. In the case of PAHs in phytoplankton, bioconcentration factor of plankton was the most significant and the most effective in all. In simulations of 30%, 50% and 80% reduction in total loads of PAHs, the concentrations of dissolved PAHs were shown to be lower than 24 ng/L, 20 ng/L and 16 ng/L, respectively.

        식민지 조선에서의 벚꽃의 문화접변

        본고는 일본제국주의 지배 하 식민지 조선에서 일어난 벚꽃의 문화접변을 분석했다. 벚꽃의 문화접변은 1910년을 전후해서 우이동을 중심으로 정착한 벚꽃구경이 1924년 이후 창경원의 벚꽃놀이로 변화해갔는데 구체적인 접변과정은 아래와 같다. 구평형은 1910년대 우이동의 벚꽃구경으로, 도심에서 떨어진 벚꽃 밀집지역에 많은 사람들이 여러 교통수단을 이용해 낮에 모여 자연경관의 벚꽃을 즐기는 상춘활동이다. 부분적인 해체는 조선에 이주한 일본인의 벚꽃 명소의 필요성, 일제의 관제문화 정책과 주민의 반응, 교통 불편과 비용에 대한 불만, 도시민의 일상 탈출 욕구, 밤벚꽃놀이 요구 등이다. 부분적인 해체를 멈추기 위해 외래문화요소로서 일본 우에노공원의 벚꽃놀이가 전파되어 창경원에 제시되어 1918년경부터 벚꽃놀이가 시작되었다. 이에 벚꽃을 일본의 상징으로 인식한 조선인과 벚꽃을 즐길만한 여유가 없는 사람들이 반발했으나 1924년 밤벚꽃놀이가 열리면서 벚꽃놀이는 일단 수용되었다. 창경원의 벚꽃놀이는 우이동의 벚꽃구경과는 달리 접근성이 뛰어난 도심의 전통적인 장소에 근대적인 박물관 · 동물원 · 식물원 등과 인공 설비를 갖춘 복합공간에서 펼쳐졌다. 문화적 저항으로는 일본의 상징인 벚꽃에 대한 조선인들의 강한 거부감과 생활고로 인한 비용 부담, 지나친 향락에 대한 반발, 무질서와 탈선에 대한 거센 비판 등을 들 수 있다. 저항을 극복하기 위해 근대적인 기술의 전기 조명 장치를 확충하고 여흥을 위한 연예장을 설치했으며 영화를 상영하고 관광 연계 상품을 개발하는 등 재래의 문화요소도 변하면서 문화요소의 재해석이 이루어지고 활기찬 벚꽃문화로 재구성되었다. 그 결과 창경원의 벚꽃놀이는 매년 봄이 되면 성황을 이루며 식민지 조선에서 상춘문화로 자리 잡아 신평형에 이른 것이다. This paper analyzes the acculturation of cherry blossoms in Korea under Japanese rule. The acculturation of cherry blossoms changed from cherry blossom viewing which settled in Ui-dong around1910 to the cherry blossom festival in Changgyeongwon from 1924. The specific process was as follows. The old equilibrium was the cherry blossom viewing around Ui-dong in the 1910s. It was a spring activity in which many people gathered in the daytime using various means of transportation to reach the cherry blossom area, which was located away from the inner city so to enjoy the natural scenery of the cherry blossoms. Partial decline began with the need for a cherry blossom viewing place for Japanese who had moved to Korea, the cultural policy of Japanese imperialism and the response of residents, dissatisfaction with traffic inconveniences and the cost, the desire to escape from city life, the demand on night viewing for cherry blossoms, and other factors. In order to stop the partial decline, the cherry blossom festival at Ueno Park in Japan was spread as an element of foreign culture, and the cherry blossom festival began in Changgyeongwon from around 1918. Therefore, Koreans who recognized the cherry blossom as a symbol of Japan and those who could not afford to enjoy cherry blossoms were opposed. But when the cherry blossom festival was held at night in 1924, it was accepted. Unlike cherry blossom viewing in Ui-dong, the cherry blossom festival in Changgyeongwon was held in a complex space with modern spaces such as a museum, a zoo, a botanical garden, and artificial facilities in a traditional place of the city with excellent accessibility. There was cultural resistance, including strong opposition to Japanese cherry blossoms, cost burdens due to the high cost of living, opposition to excessive pleasure, and fierce criticism of disorder and derailment. In order to overcome the resistance, they expanded the modern technology electrical lighting system, set up entertainment venues, screened movies, and developed tourism-related products. As the traditional cultural elements changed, a reinterpretation of the cultural elements took place and was reconstructed into a vibrant cherry blossom culture. As a result, the cherry blossom festival in Changgyeongwon became prosperous every spring and became the new equilibrium as a new culture of spring activity in Korea under Japanese rule.

        본 논문은 23kV 가스절연개폐기에서의 윤활제 고착시 발생되는 현상을 조사하였다. 내부 개폐접점부의 마찰저항을 줄이고 가동전극의 윤활한 동작을 위해 사용되는 그리스 (grease)를 과다하게 도포할 경우 고착과 함께 가동전극의 미끄럼운동에 영향을 주는 것이 확인되었다. 영향 평가로는 물성시험과 투·개방 음향특성을 분석하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 개폐장치의 제조품질 개선 및 정전감소에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

        We investigated the trouble and the influence by weather in the distribution facilities of the home and foreign and analyzed the damage of power system, in domestic and japan, which is related to the latest typhoon and damage from sea wind. The interruption of distribution system is occurred by abnormal weather is cause of the rainstorm, lightning within the country, a tree contact by strong wind in the US and an earthquake, typhoon, damage from sea wind in japan.
