It is same such as the provision of shear buckling strength of steel composite box girder web panel and plate girder web panel in Korea Highway Bridge Design Standards(2012). But the web panel of steel composite box girder is different from the web of plate girder in that the upper slab and lower flange are connected to the web. So a different shear behavior of the girders is expected. In this study, To calculate a reasonable elastic shear buckling strength of steel composite box girder web panel, ABAQUS program was used. The results from F.E.A and previous studies are compared. It is shown that the web shear buckling strength of steel composite box girder of Korea Highway Bridge Design Standards(2012) is the most conservative.

균형 잡힌 교회교육을 위한 장기적 설교계획에 관한 연구

많은 한국 교회가 위기와 회복의 골든타임을 지나고 있다. 설교와 교육은 이들 교회의 위기 극복의 키워드로 자주 언급된다. 하지만 설교와 교육이 서로 연관성 없이 동떨어진 과제인양, 제각각의 평가와 대책을 내어 놓는 것을 자주 접하게 된다. 실천신학의 같은 분과에 속한 설교학과 교육학은 동일한 규범적, 실증적, 실천적 과제와 목표를 수행하기에, 교회 회복을 위해 서로 다른 대책을 내기보다 서로 상호작용하는 통합적인 대안 제시가 필요하다. 이 논문은 변치 않는 하나님의 말씀의 진리(규범적 과제)를 오늘날의 교회 교육의 현장, 특히 회중/학습자를 향한 민감성과 함께 고려하면서(실증적 증거), 구체적인 실천적 과제로서 교회 교육을 위한 하나의 설교학적 제안을 하고자 한다(실천적 대안). 특별히 이 논문은 하나님의 전반적인 경륜을 담은 성경 커뮤니케이션의 특징을 존중하면서도 체계적이고 균형 잡힌교회 교육을 위한 장기적인 설교 계획의 필요성과 그 구체적인 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 이 논문은 먼저 설교와 교육의 상보적 기능과 통합적 접근의 필요성을 논의하고자 한다. 다음으로 오늘날 회중/학습자들의 다양한 학습패턴에 대한 이해와 현대 설교의 다양한 방법론, 그리고 성경 커뮤니케이션의 다양성을 차례로 살펴보면서, 이들 간의 공통된 교차점을 확인하고 그 통합 가능성을 모색해본다. 이런 이론적 기반으로 성경 커뮤니케이션의 다양성(규범적 과제), 청중의 학습 방법의 다양성(실증적 과제), 그리고 설교 방법의 다양성(실천적 과제)을 통합한 균형 잡힌 교회 교육을 위한 장기적인 설교 계획에 대한 구체적 모델을 제안하고자 한다. Many Korean churches are passing through the golden time of crisis and recovery. Preaching and teaching are often mentioned as key words for the recovery. However, many homileticians and church educators usually present varying evaluations of or solutions to the crisis as if they were not interrelated to the church ministries. Instead, since they have the same normative, empirical, and practical tasks for the church practices, we need to pursue a holistic practical approach of preaching and teaching toward the recovery of the church. In this regard, this paper will present a homiletical suggestion(the practical task) for church eduction, considering both never-changing biblical communication of God(the normative task) and diverse learning patterns of the congregation/learners(the empirical task). Particularly, this study will provide a systemized and balanced long-term preaching plan that may help the recovery of church education, honoring the biblical communicational characteristics of the whole counsel of God. For this purpose, this paper, first of all, will discuss the mutually complementary roles between eduction and preaching for church ministries and thus the necessity of a holistic approach toward them. Next, this paper will examine contemporary educational theories of multiple learning patterns, diverse preaching methodologies in the sphere of homiletics, and diverse biblical communication with the characteristics of biblical genres, with a view to searching for possible integration of their common grounds. Lastly, with the holistic integration among diverse biblical communication, different learning patterns, and various preaching methods, a specific model of a long-term sermon plan will be suggested for building a balanced church education.

Two types of connection between the abutment and CFT pile were proposed for the sub-structure of the integral abutment bridge. One was a bolt connection (Type-A) and the other was a hook connection (Type-B). To analyze the performance of connection Type-A and Type-B, a quasi-static experiment was carried out. According to experimental results, the destruction occurred at the connection point and so both type A and type B need to have a reinforced design as the link between the abutment and CFT pile. However, when the load resistance performance and energy dissipation capacity was analyzed, the performance of connection Type-B was superior to the performance of connection Type-A.

하나님의 소통 행위로서의 본문성(Textuality)을 고려한 설교: 요한복음의 흐름(Sequence)과 구조(Structure)를 중심으로

성경적 설교는 반드시 본문에 기초해야 한다는 신념에 지배를 받는 설교다. 하지만 실제 성경적 설교자의 ‘본문’에 대한 이해의 차이로 인하여, 본문 중심적 설교가 용어상 너무 포괄적이고 그 실천에 있어서도 매우 다양하다. 본 연구의 주요 목적은 하나님의 소통 행위로서의 본문성에 대한 이해를 기초로 하여 본문이 지닌 흐름(Sequence)과 구조(Structure)를 설교에 반영함으로써, 하나님의 소통 행위로서의 본문을 존중하는 보다 충실한 본문 중심적 설교를 실천하는 하나의 방안을 제안하는데 있다. 이 논의를 진행함에 있어서 이 논문은 요한복음이 지닌 흐름과 구조에 대한 기존의 다각적인 주해적/해석학적 접근 방식들을 살펴보고, 이들이 제공하는 다층적인 본문의 흐름과 구조의 분석들을 활용하여 본문의 구조와 흐름이 반영되는 본문 중심적 설교의 접맥 가능성을 살펴본다. 특별히 이 논문은 요한복음 2장에 대한 구체적인 실례를 가지고 그 흐름과 구조 그리고 내러티브 분석을 통한 본문성(Textuality)의 강조가 가져다 줄 수 있는 설교학적 함의를 제공한다. Biblical preaching should be based upon the text. Yet, because of the preachers’ diverse notions of ‘the text,’ text-centered preaching is too vague in terms and diverse in practice. In this milieu, the primary purpose of this study is to suggest more text-faithful preaching by reflecting the sequence and structure of the text into the sermon, based upon the notion of textuality as God’s communicative action. In specific, this study focuses on the sequence and structure of the Gospel of John. While examining the various exegetical/hermeneutical studies on the sequence and structure of the Gospel of John, this study offers how to utilize their insights in order to be more text-faithful preaching which embodies the text’s saying and doing. This study also deals with John 2 as an example to concretize this discussion and offers its homiletical implications.

원리화/신학화 과정에서의 장르적 고려와 설교학적 함의: 의미론과 화용론의 통합

바른 성경관은 말씀을 바르게 분별하며 다루어야 하는 강해적 정교함을 요구한다. 이 강해적 정교함에는 말씀을 보다 잘 이해하며 설교하기 위한 장르적 고려도 포함된다. 하지만 장르적 고려는 설교 작성을 위한 원리화/신학화과정에서 자주 우회, 생략, 혹은 무시되고 있다. 따라서 이 논문의 목적은 원리화/신학화 과정에서의 장르적 고려에 대한 정당성을 해석학적/설교학적 관점에서 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 우선 이 논문은 기존의 원리화/신학화 과정에 대한 전통적이해와 그 한계를 지적하며, 이 과정에서의 본문의 의미(신학적 의미론)뿐만아니라 본문의 효과(신학적 화용론)를 고려하는 보다 광의의 해석학적/설교학적 접근 과정이 필요함을 강조한다. 이를 바탕으로 이 논문은 원리화/신학화 과정에서 장르적 고려의 해석학적/설교학적 정당성을 주장하기 위해서, 구체적으로 ‘본문 앞의 세계’를 강조하는 폴 리쾨르(Paul Ricoeur)의 해석학을 저자 중심적 해석학적 관점에서 교정적으로 활용하여 원리화/신학화 과정에서의 장르적 고려는 의미론과 화용론을 포함한 통합적 신학화 과정의 필수적인 과정으로 설명한다. 또한 본문의 수행성과 효과성을 강조하는 최근 커뮤니케이션 모델의 해석학적 이론들인 화행 이론(Speech Act Theory)과 적실성 이론(Relevance Theory)을 활용하여, 하나님의 커뮤니케이션으로서의 본문이 지닌 온전한 커뮤니케이션 스펙트럼을 충실히 다룰 수 있도록 하기위해서는, 본문성이 지닌 장르적 고려를 통하여 본문의 의미만이 아니라 본문의 기능과 효과를 통합적으로 다루어야 할 것을 설명한다. 끝으로 이 논문은 원리화/신학화 과정에서의 장르적 고려가 가져다주는 설교학적 함의들에대해서 제시하고 있다. A properly high view of Scripture demands expository sophistication, discreet treatment of the Word of God. This expository sophistication requires a preacher to consider genre characteristics in order to facilitate better understanding and more effective preaching of God``s Word. However, genre consideration is often bypassed, omitted, or ignored in the principlzing/ theologizing process for sermon-making process. The purpose of this article is thus to provide a rationale for genre consideration in the principlizing/ theologizing process from the hermeneutical and homiletical perspectives. This paper firstly explains the limits and shortcomings of the traditional understanding of the principlizing/theologizing process and thus emphasizes the necessity of a wider hermeneutical/homiletical approach that considers the meaning and effect of the text by integrating the semantic and pragmatic approaches. Specifically, this paper explains that genre consideration is necessary for a holistic principlizing/theologizing process that includes the theological pragmatics as well as theological semantics, by utilizing Paul Ricouer``s hermeneutical stress on ‘the World in front of the Text’ from the author-centered hermeneutical standpoint. In addition, while providing recent communicational hermeneutical models such as Speech Act Theory and Relevance Theory that emphasize the performing and affecting nature of th text, this paper explains the necessity of genre consideration for faithfully dealing with the total communication spectrum of biblical text. Finally, this article provides several homiletical implications on genre consideration in the principlizing/theologizing process.
