        장애인과 비장애인에서 고혈압과 당뇨병 여부와 최대 교정시력이 시각적 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the presence of hypertension and diabetes and the effects of maximum corrected visual acuity on the visual quality of life in disabled and non-disabled persons. Methods: Blood pressure and blood glucose levels were monitored, the NEI VFQ-25 was used to assess the quality of life, and each group was categorized according to whether or not they had been given a diagnosis of hypertension or diabetes. In addition, the maximum corrected vision was examined to analyze its correlation with the quality of life. Results: The correlation between the visual questionnaire and disability status was analyzed with the highest negative correlation of −0.222 for social functioning related to vision, and for near vision, it was −0.214. Regarding hypertension, the correlations ranged from −0.240 for vision-related mental health to −0.206 for overall vision. Concerning diabetes, role limitations had the highest correlation of −0.157, while maximum corrected visual acuity had significantly moderate negative correlations with all survey questions except overall health and driving, ranging from −0.816 to −0.430. Conclusions: The strongest correlations were found for social function based on the presence of disability, for hypertension in mental health, for diabetes in role limitations, and for hypertension. In addition, it was found that in terms of maximum corrected visual acuity, the negative impact on the visual quality of life was greater as the maximum corrected visual acuity deteriorates in all detailed areas other than overall health and driving.

      • 한국의 영유아 보육정책 분석 : 보육재정 배분의 공정성을 중심으로 on the bases of equity of the financial distribution

        This study aimed to analyze actual conditions of finance allocation for child care and education policy and the cost of establishment for educare centers from 1995 to 1997 by the ratio of advantage, the Gini coefficient, the arc elasticity coefficient, and the Lorenz curve. The results of this study by research task were divided into two questions as follows: First, in result of analyzing equity of distributive policy of educare finance, government funds and installation expenses had been almost perfectly allocated on the basis of proportional equity through out the country. Second, the actual amount of allocation showed a difference by metropolitan City and Do(Province) in result of comparing with the distrubutive amount estimated on the basis of financial charge for a resident, so such an unfair allocation hadn't been frequently explained by compensatory function. Especially, Kangwon province shared in the benefits of such an unfair allocation, while Inchon metropolitan city suffered disadvantage of an unfair allocation on the basis of infringing horizontal and vertical equity. Following conclusions were derived from analyzing and discussing the results of this study: As the distributive policy of educare finance had applied to a proportional basis of equity, it had contributed to realize the mean equity based on the result, but such a proportional basis of equity used to be a cause that distributes educare finance unfairly to City or Do(Province). It was required to made out the basis of financial allocation by reflecting the basis of vertical equity and horizontal equity in order to fairly distribute educare funds. Namely, it was supposed to execute compensative and differential allocation by appling distributive rate in accordance with financial burden of City or Do on the basis of calculated amount by computing and averaging educare funds per child. Likewise, the criteria in accord with the horizontal equity and vertical equity to be an distributive basis to realize the fair distributive policy of finance for children who will receive the benefits in comparison with proportional impartial basis.

      • 한-중FTA가 국내 중소기업에 미치는 영향과 대책에 대한 연구

        한국과 중국의 FTA가 타결되었다. 중국은 우리나라 최대의 교역국이다. 미국과의 교역의 2.5배로서 한국경제는 현재 중국때문에 유지된다고 보아도 된다. 그러나 2013년 기준 전체 수출액중 중소기업이 차지하는 비중은 15%에 그치고 있다. 수출의 대부분을 대기업과 중견기업이 약 85%를 차지하고 있다. 한중FTA로 대기업의 교역은 확대되지만 중소기업은 더욱 어려워질 것이다. 그 이유는 인력과 장비 등 여러면에서 중소기업은 수출역량이 부족하기 때문이다. 이런 이유로 중소기업에 대하여 정부의 적극적인 재정과 정책지원이 필요하다. 우리나라의 한중 FTA체결로 경제효과는 매년 약 1.7% ∼ 2.1%정도 증가시켜 2025년 GDP는 403억 달러 이상의 효과를 가져 올 것으로 예측된다. 국제투입산출 분석 결과 중소기업이 가장 취약한 분야는 전기전자, 기계, 화학공업, 철강금속, 건설업, 그리고 운송장비부문 등으로 분석되었다.

        Deliveries of tar, nicotine, CO and $CO_2 in main stream smoke decreased as the potassium salt content of reconstituted tobacco leaves increased. The peak temperatures of the central region of a burning cone during a puff was in the range 940$^{\circ}C$∼430$^{\circ}C$ by IR thermal video system. The exogenous Potassium salt contents influenced the reduction of carbon-monoxide delivery through a decrease in the Peak temperature of the burning cone. Consequently, the amount of CO formed in the combustion Process was reduced by potassium salt. Moreover, the temperature of the burning cone was lowered, and the CO formed from carbonaceous reduction was decreased.

        군사작전 지형분석을 위한 오픈소스 GIS SW 기능 비교

        The purpose of this research is to identify which open source GIS SW is suitable for topographic analysis of military operations. After illustrating DTSS (Digital Topographic Support System), case study on application of open source GIS SW to military operation and national security is summarized. Eight open source GIS SWs are compared based on functions, community and user size, integration and linkage capability, extensibility, version-up speed etc. As a result, QGIS and GRASS GIS have showed many advantages. Taking fast changing environment and demand for various functions into consideration, QGIS has a better advantage than GRASS GIS because QGIS is capable of leveraging other open source SWs including GRASS, SAGA, and R etc. 본 연구의 목적은 군사작전 지형분석에 활용할 수 있는 오픈소스 GIS SW가 무엇인지를 파악하는 것이다. 야전 군사작전에있어서 지형분석 또는 지형분석체계가 무엇인지를 살펴본 후 야전 군사작전을 비롯한 다양한 국방분야에서 오픈소스 GIS SW를도입하여 활용한 선행사례를 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 군사작전 지형분석에서 요구되는 환경과 조건을 살펴보고, 8개의 오픈소스 GIS SW의 지형분석에 필요한 기능뿐만 아니라 개발과 및 사용자 커뮤니티, 연계활용성, 개발의 용이성, 발전속도등 다양한 기준으로 확인하였다. 비교결과 QGIS와 GRASS GIS가 군사작전 지형분석에 장점이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 빠르게변하는 군사작전 지형분석 여건과 다양한 기능을 활용해야 하는 수요를 고려할 때, GRASS 뿐만 아니라 SAGA, R 등 다양한오픈소스 SW를 연계하여 활용할 수 있는 QGIS가 유리할 것으로 판단된다.

        SiC<sub>f</sub>/SiC 복합체 튜브의 표면조도 및 섬유 부피 분율에 미치는 필라멘트 와인딩 방법의 영향

        Silicon carbide and its composites are being considered as a nuclear fuel cladding material for LWR nuclear reactors because they have a low neutron absorption cross section, low hydrogen production under accident conditions, and high strength at high temperatures. The SiC composite cladding tube considered in this study consists of three layers, monolith CVD SiC - $SiC_f$/SiC composite -monolith CVD SiC. The volume fraction of SiC fiber and surface roughness of the composite layer affect mechanical and corrosion properties of the cladding tube. In this study, various types of SiC fiber preforms with tubular shapes were fabricated by a filament winding method using two types of Tyranno SA3 grade SiC fibers with 800 filaments/yarn and 1600 filaments/yarn. After chemical vapor infiltration of the SiC matrix, the surface roughness and fiber volume fraction were measured. As filament counts were changed from 800 to 1600, the surface roughness increased but the fiber volume fraction decreased. The $SiC_f$/SiC composite with a bamboo-like winding pattern has a smaller surface roughness and a higher fiber volume fraction than that with a zigzag winding pattern.
