용융 폴리우레탄의 비 뉴톤 유동 메카니즘과 유변학적인 성질

용융 폴리우레탄의 비 뉴톤 유동곡선을 Physica cone-plate 레오메타를 사용하여 여러 온도에서 구하였다. 이러한 유동 곡선을 이론적인 비 뉴톤 유동식에 적용하여 유동파라메타를 얻었다. 유동곡선에서 전단 속도를 증가시켰다가 감소시킬 때 hysteresis loop가 나타나며, 틱소트로피 유동 현상을 보인다. 용융 폴리우레탄은 전단 흐름에서는 강한 젤 현상을 보이나, 항복응력 이상에서는 비선형 점탄성 성질을 나타낸다. 전단속도를 감소시킬 때 구조변형이 일어나서 전단응력이 전단 속도 증가시보다 작은 값을 보이게 된다. The non-Newtonian flow curves of polyurethane melts were obtained by using a Physica cone-plate rheometer at various temperatures. The rheological parameters were obtained by applying non-Newtonian flow equation to the flow curves for polyurethane samples. When the polyurethane samples are under increasing-decreasing shear rate modes, the hysteresis loop and thixotropic behavior were shown. Polyurethane melts behave as strong gels when they are subjected to shear flow, but when the applied stress surpasses the yield stress, they exhibit non-linear viscoelasticity. Upon decreasing shear rate, its shear stress remains smaller than the values measured in the increasing shear rate mode, because of broken of its structure.
필라테스 운동프로그램이 직장여성의 골밀도와 신체구성에 미치는 영향

??The aim of this research was study the effects of pilates exercise on BMD and body composition in working women. The subjects of this research were working women without any metabolic diseases and haven't had regular and vigorous physical activities. The subjects were divided into two groups of an pilates exercise group(8 subjects), control group with(8 subjects). Pilates exercise group performed 2 times a week for 90 minutest for 12 weeks an intensity of RPE 11-17. All subjects of this study were examined the changes in BMD and body composition. It was concluded that the pilates exercise group had positive effects on BMD to in working women but had not positive effects on body composition. These findings indicate that the pilates exercise programs were effective to prevent BMD.
장기간의 시니어 신체리듬 운동프로그램이 노인여성의 연령대별 신체구성과 기능적 체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to the effects of senior body rhythm exercise program of body composition and functional physical fitness of age group in elderly women. The subjects of required to performed senior body rhythm exercise program was composed of rating of perceived exertion(RPE) 11∼13 for 90 minutes, 2 times a week for 26 weeks, 52 older women were devide by classified age range into 4 groups; 60∼64, 65∼69, 70∼74, and 75∼79 years old. All subjects of this study were examined the changes in body composition and functional physical fitness. The results of the study in the exercise group were as follows; A within-group comparison revealed that all age group positive effects on % body fat, body fat, lower and upper extremity muscle strength, and the rates of change on lower and upper extremity muscle strength were significantly. This suggested that regular senior body rhythm exercise program performance is effective to body composition and functional physical fitness in elderly women. From what has been discussed above, senior exercise programs for the frail elderly people was very effective on improving function physical fitness.

왕귀뚜라미 대량 사육시 요구되는 실내 채란법 개발을 위하여 인공산란매트 선발과 알 저장조건을 조사하였다. 인공산란매트로서 수분 유지능력이 우수한 원예용 오아시스$^{\circledR}$가 천연의 매트인 흙에 비해 산란선호성이 월등히 우수하였다. 한편 인공산란매트로서 원예용 오아시스$^{\circledR}$는 흙에 비해 총산란수 및 부화율이 다소 저조하였으나 산란이 집중적으로 이루어지는 실용 산란기간(성충화 후 50일이내)의 산란수 및 부화율은 오히려 흙에 비해 우수하였다. 알의 저장조건은 산란 후 14일째, $10^{\circ}C$에 40일간 냉장한 구가 부화율 $62.1\%$로 세대단축 등을 고려할 때 단기저장으로 가장 적합한 것으로 판단되었으며, 산란 후 14일째, $7.5^{\circ}C$에 90일 냉장했을 때 부화율 $65.1\%$로 장기저장법으로 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. Egg-forming and preservation methods for the indoor-rearing system of the emma field cricket, Teleogryllus emma, were investigated. The oviposition preference experiment on different mats, soil(natural oviposition mat) and $oasis^{\circledR}$(artificial oviposition mat), showed that T. emma preferred to oviposit on the $oasis^{\circledR}$. On the other hand, $oasis^{\circledR}$ had more inactive number of eggs laid per female and hatchability than another. However, the number of eggs laid per female and hatchability within 50 days after emergence were better than soil. The experiment on the hatching of the eggs showed that eggs could be stocked at $10^{\circ}C$ for 40 days with 14 day pre-period after laying, representing $62.1\%$ hatchability, when considering generation shortening. On the other hand, When it had been kept in cold storage for 90 days at $7.5^{\circ}C$ with 14 day pre-period after laying it, appeared to be the most suitable for long period-storage method by hatchability $65.1\%$.

In this study, water vapor pressure of high strength concrete reinforced with amorphous steel fiber(AF) was evaluated. Experimental results show that spalling occurs when the incorporation rate of amorphous steel fiber is 0.5 vol.% or more. This is because the ratio of AF increased per unit area influenced the formation of the water vapor pressure discharge passage by the polypropylene fiber(PPF) melting. Therefore, it is necessary to find the proper mixing ratio of AF and PPF to prevent spalling.

Worldwide, Certification systems for standard of material and quality of product exist very variously. Korean industrial Standard (KS) is most representatively certification systems in Korea. But laboratory of Korea uses often ASTM, RILEM and JIS and these standards do not get into unionization. So, granted that experiment is same, result still can different. Specially, the difference occurs of concrete chloride test. Therefore, this research measured chloride amount of hardened concrete using identical material and wished to improve accuracy of chloride estimation as that comparison evaluate to each examination.
PAN-PVC 공중합체의 응력완화와 비선형 점탄성 모델

비뉴톤 점탄성 Maxwell 요소와 탄성 스프링으로 이루어진 3 요소 비뉴톤 모델로부터 응력완화 식을 유도하였다. 이 식을 응력완화 실험 결과에 적용하여 여러 가지 모델 파라메타를 계산하였다. 모델 파라메타로부터 계산한 이론 곡선은 실험적인 응력완화 곡선과 잘 일치하였다. 비선형 점탄성 모델 파라메타로부터 섬유고분자 물질의 홀부피, 미세구조, 점탄성성질, 역학적인 성질 등을 연구하였다. 응력완화 실험은 용매기를 부착한 인장 시험기를 사용하였으며, 시료는 두 종류의 polyacrylonitrile-polyvinylchloride 공중합체와 또 다른 두 종류의 PVC 모노 필라멘트 섬유를 여러 온도의 공기와 물속에서 응력완화 실험을 하였다. From the three element non-Newtonian model of one non-Newtonian viscoelastic Maxwell elements and a elastic spring, the stress relaxation equation was derived. The various model parameters of this equation were evaluated by appling the experimental results of stress relaxation to the stress relaxation equation. The theoretical curves calculated from this model parameters agreed with the experimental stress relaxation curves. From the parameters of nonlinear viscoelastic model, the hole volume, fine structure, viscoelastic properties and mechanical properties of polymer fibers were studied. The experiments of stress relaxation were carried out using the tensile tester with the solvent chamber. The stress relaxation curves of the two types polyacrylonitrile-polyvinylchloride copolymer and another two types PVC monofilament fibers were obtained in air and water of various temperatures.
