        The Moderating and Mediating Effects of Private Self-Consciousness and Self-Compassion on the Relationship between Subjective Health Perception and Mental Fitness

        The purpose of this study is to explore the subjective health perception and mental fitness to prove the moderating model and pathway of mediating effects of negative factor of self-compassion, positive factor and private self-consciousness. The study was conducted among five operation agency cities in South Korea. A set of measures, consisting of the Subjective Health State Scale(SHSS), the Scale for Dispositional Self focused Attention(SDSAS), the Korean version of Self-Compassion Scale (K-SCS), and the Mental Fitness Scale(MFS), was administered to 562 adults. To verify the research hypothesis, M-Plus 6.12 programs were used for bootstrapping methods. In the current study, Cronbach’s alpha was calculated as .948 for the Subjective Health State Scale, .927 for the Scale for Dispositional Self focused Attention, .863 for the Korean version of Self-Compassion Scale, and .978 for the Mental Fitness Scale, respectively. For the research result, this study presented descriptive statistics for each variable of respondents’ and conducted correlation analysis among subjective health perception to mental fitness through negative factor of self-compassion and positive factor of self-compassion and private self-consciousnes. Therefore, the moderating model and pathway of mediating effects on the relationship between subjective health perception, mental fitness, negative factor of self-compassion, positive factor of self-compassion and private self-consciousnesswas verified and suggested. The paper also discussed the contribution and limitation of this study, and suggestions for further research.

      • 소사장제로 운영되는 헤드헌팅조직에서 변혁적·거래적 리더십이 업무성과에 미치는 영향: 업무환경을 조절효과로 하여

        본 연구의 목적은 개인(혹은 팀)의 역량과 성과가 중시되고 조직의 권한이 밑으로 분산되어 있는 소사장제로 운영되는 헤드헌팅조직에서 리더십유형(변혁적·거래적)이 조직구성원의 업무성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 지와 업무환경이 업무성과에 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음의 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 소사장제로 운영되는 헤드헌팅조직에서 리더십유형(변혁적·거래적)이 업무성과에 영향을 미치는가? 둘째, 소사장제로 운영되는 헤드헌팅조직에서 리더십유형(변혁적·거래적)에 따른 업무성과에 업무환경의 조절효과가 있는가? 셋째, 리더십유형(변혁적·거래적)과 업무성과의 관계에서 업무환경의 조절효과가 헤드헌팅조직과 일반조직에서 유의미한 차이가 있는가? 이를 위해 실시한 설문조사 대상은 헤드헌팅조직에서 업무경험이 있는 헤드헌터 101명과 일반조직에서 업무경험이 있는 173명을 대상으로 하여 총 274부의 설문 응답을 확보하였다. 설문조사를 바탕으로 도출된 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리더십유형(변혁적·거래적)과 업무성과의 관계에서 전체조직과 일반조직을 대상으로 하여서는 거래적 리더십만 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났으며, 헤드헌팅조직을 대상으로 하여서는 변혁적·거래적 리더십 모두 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 소사장제로 운영되는 헤드헌팅조직에서 리더십유형(변혁적·거래적)에 따른 업무성과에 업무환경의 구성요인 중 ‘도전’만이 조절효과를 보여 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더십유형(변혁적·거래적)과 업무성과의 관계에서 헤드헌팅조직과 일반조직을 비교하였을 때 업무환경의 조절효과가 유의미한 차이를 보였다. The purpose of this study is to establish whether types(tansformational・transactional) of leadership have a significant effect on the job performance of members in the intrapreneuring headhunting organization where the competence and the performance of individuals(or teams) are important and the authority of the organization is dispersed below and, to verify if the job performance is effected by moderating of work-environment, and to ascertain whether moderating effect of work-environment has a meaningful discrepancy between headhunting organization and general organization in relation to leadership types and job performance. It is intended to provide basis for work-environment improvement in headhunting organization by proving whether there is a meaningful difference in moderating effect of work-environment between the headhunting organization which has relatively wide variation in work-environment and general organizations. In order to achieve these research objectives, the research problems are set as follows. First, Do types of leadership have effect on the job performance of members in the intrapreneuring headhunting organization? Second, Does moderating of work-environment have effect on the job performance by leadership types(transformational・transactional) in the intrapreneuring headhunting organization? Third, Does moderating effect of work-environment make a relevant difference between the headhunting organization and general organization in relation to leadership types(transformational・ transactional) and job performance? In order for this, survey questions were prepared based on precedent studies related to job performance and work-environment, and by exploring, selecting, analyzing and modifying adequate measurement tool. Survey targets were total 274 individuals consist of 101 headhunters who had experienced working in headhunting organizations and 173 persons who had working experience in general organizations. The main results of this research are summarized as follows. First, it was shown that only transformational leadership had positive(+) effect on job performance of all members and general organization, but both transformational and transactional leadership had negative(-) effect on job performance of headhunting organizations. Second, in leadership types(transformational・transactional) and job performance, verification results of work-environment moderating effect showed positive(+) effect partially. Third, the effect of work-environment moderating showed significant difference in relation to leadership type and job performance when comparing headhunting organization and general organization.

        가치통합 의사결정모델을 이용한 간호학생 대상 웹기반 환자권리교육 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발 및 평가

        본 연구는 간호학생 대상 웹기반 환자권리교육 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 방법론적 연구로서, Aless와 Trollip의 시뮬레이션 설계모델에 따라 프로그램을 개발하고 Ford 등의 의사결정과정 모델에 따라 프로그램 내용을 구성하였다. 간호사대상 포커스 그룹 면담과 간호학생 및 간호사 대상 교육요구도 조사, 전문가 면담을 통하여 본 시뮬레이션 사례와 모듈을 2011년 5월-2012년 4월에 개발하였다. 본 프로그램은 건강권과 사생활권에 관한 2개의 사례와 이에 따른 의사결정 모듈로 구성되었으며, 의사결정과정은 가치의 명료화 및 서열화, 행동목표 개발, 목표달성의 위협요인 분석, 문제해결 방안 탐색, 대안의 분석, 대안의 선택, 의사결정과정의 평가로 구성하였다. 간호학생 30명의 Chung의 웹기반 평가도구에 의한 평가결과 프로그램 만족도는 3.14±0.33로 긍정적으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 간호학생 대상 환자권리교육 프로그램으로서 향후 환자권리 친화적 활동의 증가 및 의사결정능력 향상이라는 교육적 효과를 기대할 수 있다. Purpose: This study was designed to develop and evaluate the a web-based simulation program on patient rights education using integrated decision making model into values clarification for nurse students. Methods: The program was designed based on the Aless & Trollip model and Ford, Trygstad-Durland & Nelms's decision model. Focus groups interviews, surveys on learning needs for patient rights, and specialist interviews were used to develop for simulation scenarios and decision making modules. The simulation program was evaluated between May, 2011 and April, 2012 by 30 student nurses using an application of the web-based program evaluation tools by Chung. Results: Simulation content was composed of two scenarios on patient rights: the rights of patients with HIV and the rights of psychiatric patients. It was composed of two decision making modules which were established for value clarifications, behavioral objective formations, problems identifications, option generations, alternatives analysis, and decision evaluations. The simulation program was composed of screens for teacher and learner. The program was positively evaluated with a mean score of 3.14 (SD=0.33). Conclusion: These study results make an important contribution to the application of educational simulation programs for nurse students' behavior and their decision making ability in protecting the patient rights.
