        The purpose of this study was to examine effects of adolescents' life styles, such as sleeping and meal patterns, on their arousal level in school. The experiment was conducted on a sample of 253 male students, 202 first graders and 51 third graders in junior high schools. The Korean edition of "A self assessment questionnaire to determine morningness-eveningness," originally prepared by Horne and Ostberg, was used to judge the morningness or the eveningness of the students. In order to check the validity of the questionnaire, the students' body temperatures from 7 : 00 a. m. to 12 : 00 p. m were taken, and the presence of a difference in fluctuations of the body temperatures between the morningness group and the eveningness group was confirmed. Their life style were surveyed using a our-own made questionnaire, while their arousal levels were measured by the Flicker test. Between the morningness group and the eveningness group, their are statistically significant differences in the patterns of rising (P<0.05), the appetite in the morning (P<0.05), and physical and mental conditions (P<0.01), Especially, the morningness group shows a significantly higher arousal level during schooltime from 9 : 00 a. m. to 4 : 00 p. m. than the eveningness group. Comparison of life styles of the groups shows that students in the eveningness group the tendencies to stay up till late, get up without recovering from their fatigue, and suffer from loss of appetite when they begin their daily work in the morning. Further, since the eveningness group shows a much lower arousal level in school than the morningness group, it seems that a special care should be paid to the former group not only for the enhancement of the efficiency in their learning but for prevention of various possible accidents. As a results, persistent and good guidance is required to lead adolescents to a sound life style.

        성범죄사범 기본교육 프로그램이 수형자의 인지적변화에 미친 효과 연구

        The issue of sexual violence in Korea is getting worse day by day and rape cases are happening one after another, so that the public awareness of sexual violence goes beyond mere fear and anxiety to explosive anger. In order to reduce sexual violence crimes, it is important to strengthen punishment, but precautionary education should be given priority. Accordingly, the Ministry of Justice has been carrying out a correctional psychotherapy program in order to secure the safety of society after release and to contribute to the prevention of recidivism through systematic and intensive psychological treatment through scientific evaluation and analysis of high risk group of sexual abuse be accommodated in the correctional facility since 2012. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of sexual violence on the sexual violence among 190 persons who were admitted to the correctional institution between March 2014 and January 2015. The subjects were self - esteem, rape myth, Child sexual abuse, sexual response strategies, anger, impulsivity, and loneliness. As a result of the questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of the program, 67% ~ 83% of the respondents were positive. The results of the pre - post test, self - esteem scale, rape myth scale, state trait anger expression scale, impulsiveness scale, There was a positive change in the measure of loneliness and gender. Future research is needed to develop a variety of group counseling programs for analyzing the effects of various measures using various measurement tools and correcting and reducing cognitive distortions of sex offenders' sexuality. 우리나라의 성폭력 문제는 날이 갈수록 심각해지고 있으며 성폭행 사건이 잇따라 발생하면서 성폭력에 대한 국민들의 경각심은 단순한 공포와 염려의 수준을 벗어나 폭발적인 분노에 이르고 있다. 성폭력범죄를 줄이기 위해서는 처벌을 강화하는 것도 중요하지만 무엇보다 사전 예방교육이 우선되어야 한다. 이에 따라 법무부는 2012년부터 교정시설에 수용중인 성범죄 재범 고위험 군에 대한 과학적인 평가 및 분석과 체계적이고집중적인 심리치료를 통하여 출소 후 사회의 안전을 확보하고 재범방지에 기여하고자교정심리치료프로그램을 실시하고 있다. 본 연구는 교정시설에 수용중인 성폭력사범 중 2014년 3월부터 2015년 1월 사이에16개 집단 190명을 대상으로 법무부 교정본부 성폭력사범 기본교육 매뉴얼을 적용하여 실시한 후, 자아존중감, 강간 통념, 아동 성추행, 성대응 전략, 분노, 충동성, 고독감에 대한 인지적 변화를 살펴보았다. 프로그램의 만족도에 대한 설문지 분석 결과 67% ~ 83%의 긍정적인 평가를 하였으며, 사전사후 척도검사 결과, 자아존중감 척도, 강간통념 척도, 상태특성-분노표현 척도, 충동성 척도, 아동 성추행 척도, UCLA 고독감척도, 성을 이용한 대응 척도에서 긍정적인 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 측정도구를 활용하여 그 효과를 다각도로 분석하고 성폭력가해자의 성에 대한 인지왜곡을 수정하고 감소시키기 위한 다양한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하려는 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

        대학축구선수의 기능적 움직임 검사와 한발 점프 좌우대칭, 탄력 점프 수준에 따른 경기력 관련 체력 요인 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the Functional Movement System(FMS) and performance factors related to soccer performance of 47 college soccer players registered in the College Football Association and to apply them to field practice. For this purpose, FMS, Lower Quarter of Y Balance Test, Fundamental Capacity Screen(FCS), Performance(Sprint, Long Kick, Shooting Speed, Shark Skill Test) were measured. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 (IBM SPSS Inc. USA), mean, standard deviation and t-test, and analysis were conducted, and statistical significance level was set at .05. The results of the analysis through these research procedures were as follows. The power factors and factors representing the ability to store and release energy of college soccer players were generally good, but some noteworthy results were found. There was a clearer difference in the total score of the FMS when the dysfunctional standard was raised from 13 to 15, and there was a difference in the factors with more asymmetry of the single leg jump than the 2-1-2 bound jump. There was a significant difference in elastic broad jump between shark skill test(t=2.672, p<.05) and long kick(t= -2.093, p<.05). The above results can be used as basic data to help in-depth understanding of the relationship between detailed factors from the lower level of physical fitness to the upper level closely related to sports performance ability, and it is also considered to be useful for establishing strategies to prevent exercise injuries and prevent re-injuries.

        직장인 여가활동 참여정도와 직무스트레스 및 심리적 행복감의 관계 분석

        This study was conducted to analyze the difference between job stress and psychological well-being and the effect of job stress on psychological well-being according to the type and degree of leisure activity participation. The subject of the study was 316 of the total 344 office workers in D-gu, Seoul, excluding 28 who had missing values, were used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factors through the PASW 25.0 version program Analysis, reliability analysis, variance analysis, post verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results were as follows. First, all factors differed in gender and participation type except age, and there was a partial difference in degree. Second, job stress partially affected psychological well-being. It is judged that these results can help leisure activities to reduce job stress and pursue psychological well-being, and will be used as basic data to devise a method to improve the quality of life of office workers. 이 연구는 직장인을 대상으로 여가활동 참여유형과 정도에 따른 직무스트레스와 심리적행복감의 차이와 직무스트레스가 심리적행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 진행하였다. 연구대상은 서울특별시 D구에서 사무직으로 재직중인 직장인 총 344명 중 결측치가 있는 28명을 제외한 316명을 최종 분석에 사용했으며, PASW 25.0 version program을 통해 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 분산분석, 사후검증, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 첫째, 연령을 제외한 성별과 참여유형에는 모든 요인이 차이가 있었고 정도에 따라서는 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 직무스트레스는 심리적 행복감에 부분적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 여가활동이 직무스트레스 감소와 심리적 행복감을 추구하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 것으로 판단되며, 더 나아가 직장인들의 삶의 질을 개선시키기 위한 방법을 구안해 내는 데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

        운동중재 프로그램이 비만 중년여성의 심박수와 혈압, 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the effects of behavior modification and exercise program on heart rate, blood pressure, and health-related physical fitness in obese middle aged women. Subjects were 46 middle aged women with body fat percentage of 30% or more. Experimental groups were experimented with behavior modification, exercise program, and exercise intervention. The exercise intervention of heart rate and blood pressure was found to be effective. Body weight, muscle mass, body fat and cardiovascular endurance were found to be effective in two groups using behavior modification techniques. Flexibility and endurance(push-up, sit-up) were found to be effective in two groups using exercise. In the muscle strength group, only the behavior modification technique group had a positive effect. Therefore, it was concluded that the development of a program suited to the specificity of the objective and the experimental subjects was necessary because the positive changes of the detailed factors of the body variables were different according to the application to the program.

        대학 동아리 여가활동의 참여정도에 따른 재미와 몰입이 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 대학생들의 동아리 여가활동의 참여정도에 따른 재미와 몰입의 차이를 살펴보고, 재미와 몰입이 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 서울과 경기도 소재의 6개 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생을 편의표본추출법으로 총 320명을 추출한 후, 분석자료로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 요인들의 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고, 일반적 특성에 따른 빈도분석과 참여정도에 따라 요인들의 차이를 분석하기 위한 차이검증과 Scheffe의 사후검증을 실시하였으며, 각 변인 간 상관분석과 영향력 검증을 위한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 동아리 여가활동 참여정도에 따른 재미와 몰입의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 참여기간에는 재미와 몰입의 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 참여빈도는 재미의 동아리분위기, 승리와 경쟁, 유능성 지각과 몰입의 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 참여시간은 재미의 동아리분위기, 연습과 혜택, 몰입의 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 동아리 여가활동의 재미는 심리적 행복감에 부분적으로 영향을 미치며, 몰입은 모든 요인이 심리적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 대학생들에게 있어 동아리 여가활동은 재미와 몰입을 높여줌과 동시에 심리적 행복감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 대학생들의 삶의 질이 높아지는데 기여함을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to identify differences of fun and flow according to participation level of in university club leisure activities and the effect of fun and flow on psychological well-being. Data was selected by convenience sampling from university students in metropolitan area. 320 samples were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using SPSS 18.0. Also frequency analysis for general factors, ANOVA and Scheffe test for analyzing differences between factors, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted for this study. The conclusions were drawn as follows on the basis of the results analyzed. First, differences of fun and flow according to participation level, participation period showed significant differences in all factors of fun and flow. Participation frequency showed significant differences in club atmosphere, victory and competition, competence perception of fun and all factors of flow. Also participation time showed significant differences in club atmosphere, practice and benefit of fun and all factors of flow. Second, fun of club leisure activities had a partial impact on psychological well-being. Flow also had a impact on psychological well-being. The results indicated that university club leisure activities can contribute to improve quality of life of university students by increasing fun and flow and affecting positively on psychological well-being.

        태권도시범단의 심상유형이 무대불안에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to understand how imagery types of the taekwondo demonstration teams are related with stage-anxiety. A national and a college taekwondo demonstration teams were selected as subjects of this research, and a total of 552 samples of a survey were processed for data collection by purposive sampling method and 536 copies in total were used for the final analysis. one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used for data assessment with SPSS 18.0, and the result was shown as follows. First, according to the findings from an investigation on how individual characteristics affect the imagery types, the gender did not present any particular differences from any of the factors except for motivational specific for the imagery types. An individual taekwondo demonstrator belongs to came up with differences from all the factors of the imagery types while how long an demonstrator has been performing so far presented differences from all the other factors but not for the motivational specific for the imagery types. In addition, the study looked into how the individual characteristics are related to the stage-anxiety and the results reported that even though the gender demonstrated some differences from the physical state anxiety, no difference was discovered from the cognitive state anxiety. An individual taekwondo demonstrator belongs to and how long an demonstrator has been performing so far presented differences from every factor of the stage-anxiety. Second, according to what has been found from how the imagery types affect the stage-anxiety, the motivational general-arousal of the imagery types was learned to have positive (+) influences on all the factors of the stage?anxiety. The motivational general-mastery and cognitive specific of the imagery types were observed negative (-) influence on the physical state anxiety of the stage-anxiety while the general cognitive of eh imagery types would have negative (-) influence on the cognitive sates anxiety of the stage-anxiety. Also, the motivational specific for the imagery types were shown positive (+) influence to the cognitive state anxiety of the stage-anxiety.

        태권도 시범단의 성취목표성향과 자기관리, 운동몰입 및 공연만족의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship among achievement goal orientation, self - management, exercise commitment and performance satisfaction of Taekwondo demonstration team. The 315 players of this study were selected in the national representative demonstration teams and/or university demonstration teams. Statistical analysis was performed using PASW 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows. First, task orientation had a statistically significant effect on self - management and exercise commitment Second, self - disposition did not affect self - management, exercise commitment, and performance satisfaction. Third, self - management had a statistically significant effect on exercise commitment and performance satisfaction. Fourth, exercise commitment had a positive effect on performance satisfaction. Finally, it was found that there was a causal relationship by factors. 이 연구의 목적은 태권도 시범단의 성취목표성향성과 자기 관리, 운동몰입 및 공연만족도사이의 구조적 관계를 알아보기 위한 것으로, 연구의 대상은 315명의 국가대표급 시범단과 대학시범단으로 하였다. 이 연구의 목적에 부합하기 위한 통계적 절차는 PASW 18.0 및 AMOS 18.0 을 사용하여 통계 분석을 수행하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과제 지향은 자기관리 및 운동몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 자기 지향은 자기관리, 운동몰입및 공연 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 자기관리는 운동몰입과 공연 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤습니다. 넷째, 운동몰입은 공연 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 모든 요인에 인과 관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다.

      • 12주간의 특성화 훈련이 장애인 알파인 모노스키선수의 유무산소성 능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of 12 weeks physical training. on their aerobic power and anaerobic power. for the 6 Disabled Alpine mono- ski athletes. After 12 weeks of physical training, the subjects were assessed VO2peak and HRpeak. For the contrast of the effects, the changes in VO2peak were shown no significant difference the comparison group with 54.66±3.86 ml/kg/min and test group showed 60.79±6.76 ml/kg/min. Also about the HRpeak, comparison group showed 198.50±4.43 beats/min and test group showed 200.80±4.91 beats/min. However, the results of test group in the field of Mean Power, Peak Power, and Fatigue index were superior compared to the one of comparison group with a significant difference and this result was consider the effects of 12 weeks physical training on the enhancement of anaerobic power were demonstrated. In conclusion, there were no significant differences after 12 weeks of physical training on the target effects, were no significant difference, but this training could enhance power namely performance enhancing of athletes.

        필라테스와 행동수정이 비만 중년여성의 신체적 자기개념, 스트레스, 우울에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 비만중년 여성을 대상으로 융복합적인 운동중재 프로그램이 신체적 자기개념, 스트레스, 우울에 미치는 효과성을 검증하는 것과 동시에 이 프로그램에 포함된 행동수정 기법과 운동요법이 각각 심리적 변인에 미치는 영향을 비교 하였다. 체지방율이 30% 이상으로 판정받은 중년여성 46명을 대상으로 행동수정 기법, 운동요법, 운동중재 집단으로 배정하여 실험을 하였다. 우울과 스트레스에 대한 긍정적인 효과는 운동요법이 행동수정 기법, 운동중재에 비해 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 신체적 자기개념은 하위 요인 중 체지방, 유연성, 신체활동, 근력 요소에서만 각 프로그램에 의한 효과성 차이가 발생한 반면, 스포츠 유능감, 외모, 건강, 지구력, 자기효능감, 신체전반 요인에 각 집단이 미치는 효과는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 심리변인의 긍정적 변화를 기대하기 위한 행동수정 기법과 운동요법을 병행하는 운동중재 프로그램을 개발 및 적용 시 실험대상에 따른 특수성의 고려가 필요하다는 결론을 도출했다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of different exercise intervention programs on the psychological variables of obese middle aged female. The results showed positive effects of athletic training program on depression and stress. But, other treatments didn`t have s significant effect. Self-concept factors related with the actual fitness (body fat, flexibility, physical activity, muscular strength) improved with the groups who actually received the athletic training, but not their psychological self-concept such as sports confidence, appearance, health, endurance, self-efficacy, and overall health. The negative effects of converging exercise intervention could be due to the unexpected consequence of the psycho-social reinforcement applied to during the behavioral adjustment treatment.
