        In this study, two different Al2O3 ceramics were prepared containing 15 wt% and 30 wt% of SiC nanoparticles. Surface crack was made at the center of specimen by vickers indentation. Crack healing behavior of Al2O3 ceramics was investigated by changing the loads of SiC nanoparticles and iterative crack-heat treatment process. The test samples were characterized by three-point bend flexural tests to evaluate their mechanical properties. The morphological changes were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results indicated that : 1) The crack healing ability of the Al2O3 ceramics with 30 wt% of SiC nanoparticles were much higher than that of the Al2O3 ceramics with 15 wt% of SiC nanoparticles. 2) The cycle of indentation and treatment process revealed that the cracks of the Al2O3 ceramics were completely healed only 24.5N of vickers indentation load applied. 4) The SEM images showed that the median cracks were completely disappear due to the oxidation reaction.

        중년성인의 자살생각 관련 요인 : 2016∼2017년도 국민건강영양조사의 2차 자료분석

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify the prevalence of suicidal ideation and influencing factors among Korean middle-aged men and women through the use of national health statistics. Methods: This study employed statistical data extracted from the 2016-2017 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, and subjects were 3,008 middle-aged men and women, aged 40-65 years. The following variables were included in survey items: marital status, education, current employment status, income, living arrangement, smoking, drinking, sleep duration, chronic disease, depression, and counselling. Data were analysed utilizing a complex sample multiple logistic regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: The prevalence of suicidal ideation was found to be 3.0% in middle-aged men and 5.1% in middle-aged women. Influencing factors of suicidal ideation among middle-aged men included current employment status (OR=0.44, 95% CI=0.20∼0.96) and whether they had received counselling (OR=9.38, 95% CI=2.47∼35.54), while other factors such as high income levels (OR=0.35, 95% CI=0.13∼0.93), upper-middle income levels (OR=0.35, 95% CI=0.16∼0.77), if respondents were drinkers (OR=3.18, 95% CI=1.20∼8.47), and if they had received counselling (OR=8.58, 95% CI=1.79∼41.04) were related to suicidal ideation among middle-aged women. Conclusion: The results of this study show that influencing factors of suicidal ideation in Korean middle-aged men and women are different. Therefore, taking these findings into consideration, it may be helpful to tailor interventions according to gender. In addition, healthcare providers should assess suicidal ideation and provide interventions without discriminating against those who receive mental health counselling, regardless of whether they are men or women.

        조현병 환자의 삶의 질 관련 중재에 대한 통합적 문헌고찰

        Purpose: The purposes of this study are to review the literature on quality of life intervention programs and to recommend further research and clinical considerations to improve the quality of life among patients with schizophrenia. Methods: Three electronic databases - PubMed, CHINAHL and RISS - were searched using the search terms of “schizophrenia” AND “quality of life” AND “intervention<sup>*</sup>” OR “program<sup>*</sup>.” The search was limited to studies published in English and Korean. Results: Ten studies were selected for the final analysis and evaluated in terms of contextual and methodological quality. The 10 studies consisted of 5 randomized controlled trials, 4 quasi-experimental studies, and 1 case report. The selected studies utilized an educational program, art and music therapy, physical activity therapy, and community-based integrated programs to alleviate psychological symptoms and showed effectiveness in improving quality of life. Conclusion: Interdisciplinary interventions and programs using multiple components reduced psychological symptoms and improved the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.

        취업한 정신장애인의 직업유지 경험: Q 방법론적 접근

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify characteristics of the experience of maintaining employment for people withmental disabilities. Methods: The research design was a descriptive design using Q-methodology, which is a method of measuring subjectivity. Twenty-one participants classified 34 selected Q-statements on a nine-point scale to create a normal distribution. The PC-QUANL software program(a factor analysis program for the Q technique) was used to analyze the Q-sort data. Results: Three types were extracted that described different expressions of the experience of maintaining employment for people with mental disabilities; these types explained 52.3%of the total variance. Type I is `Workplace support`, Type II is `Self-management`, Type III is `Experience integration`. Conclusion: The results of this study provide an understanding that there are different types of experiences for maintaining employment for people with mental disabilities and each type has certain characteristics. In future studies, it would be helpful to develop customized nursing interventions for psychiatric nurses while occupational rehabilitation services are being provided.

        정수 슬러지를 재활용한 펠렛형 흡착제 상에서 염기성 악취 물질의 흡착속도상수

        정수 슬러지를 재활용하여 제조한 펠렛형 흡착제의 트리메틸아민과 암모니아의 흡착 특성을 연구하였다. 펠렛형 흡착제를 110 ℃에서 건조 처리 했을 때보다 500 ℃에서 소성했을 때 BET 표면적과 기공 부피가 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 정수 슬러지를 재활용하여 제조한 펠렛형 흡착제는 브뢴스테드 산점과 루이스 산점을 보유하는 것을 확인하였다. 흡착질 가스인 트리메틸아민과 암모니아가 일정한 농도로 흡착제 층으로 유입되고, 흡착제의 중량과 흡착질의 선속도를 변화시키면서 흡착질 가스의 파과시간을 측정하였다. Wheeler의 흡착속도식을 사용하여 트리메틸아민과 암모니아의 동적흡착용량과 흡착속도상수를 결정하였다. 동적흡착용량과 흡착속도상수가 흡착질 가스의 선속도에 따라 변화함을 알 수 있었다. 정수 슬러지를 재활용하여 제조한 펠렛형 흡착제 상에서, 다양한 흡착조건에서 트리메틸아민과 암모니아의 파과시간을 예측하기 위한 실험식을 도출하였다. The adsorption characteristics of the pellet-type adsorbent prepared from water treatment sludge for trimethylamine and ammo-nia were studied. The surface area and pore volume of the pellet-type adsorbent increased during calcination at 500 ℃. It was confirmed that the adsorbent prepared from water treatment sludge contained Bronsted and Lewis acid sites. The break-through time of the adsorbent for both trimethylamine and ammonia was measured at different adsorbent weights and linear velocities while maintaining constant amounts of trimethylamine and ammonia. The kinetic saturation capacity and the adsorp-tion rate constant for trimethylamine and ammonia were determined at different linear velocities by using the Wheeler equation. It was found that the kinetic saturation capacity and the adsorption rate constant were dependent on the linear velocity. An experimental equation could be derived to predict the breakthrough time of the adsorbent prepared from water treatment sludge for trimethylamine and ammonia at different adsorption conditions.

        한반도 봄철 강수량의 장기변동과 미래변화

        This study presents the long-term variability of spring precipitation over the Korean peninsula. It is found that the significant interdecadal change in the spring precipitation has occurred around year 1991. Over the Korean peninsula the precipitation for the post-1991 period increased by about 30 mm per year in CMAP and station-measured data compared to the precipitation prior to year 1991. Due to an increased baroclinicity during the later period, the low-level negative pressure anomaly has developed with its center over northern Japan. Korea is situated at the western end of the negative pressure anomaly, receiving moisture from westerly winds and producing more precipitation. Also, we estimate the change in the near future (years 2020~2040) spring precipitation using six best performing Coupled Model Intercomparison Project 3 (CMIP3) models. These best model ensemble mean shows that spring precipitation is anticipated to increase by about 4% due to the strengthened westerlies accompanied by the northwestern enhancement of the North Pacific subtropical high.

        현재 기후 모의실험에서 나타나는 지중해의 기후에 대한 전 지구, 원격, 지역 영향들

        Impacts on the atmospheric circulation and ocean system over the Mediterranean during boreal summer are investigated using Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5) historical simulations (from 1911 to 2005). As the climate warms, global and remote effects lead to a strengthening in descending motion, an increase in sea surface temperature (SST) and surface dryness, but a decrease in marine primary production over the Western Mediterranean. The global effect is estimated from interannual variability over the global mean SST and the remote effect is driven by diabatic forcing generated from the South and East Asian summer monsoons. On the other hand, a local contribution leads to the strengthened descending motion and increased surface dryness over the Eastern Mediterranean, whereas the marine primary production over this region tends to increase due to possibly the urban wastewater and sewage. Our result suggests that particular attention needs to be paid to conserve the marine ecosystem over the Mediterranean.

        정수 슬러지로부터 제조된 촉매 상에서 부탄올 탈수반응을 통한 부텐 제조

        본 연구의 목적은 정수 슬러지로부터 제조된 다공성 물질의 촉매 기능을 평가하기 위한 것이다. 촉매의 구조적 특성은 질소 흡착-탈착 등온선, 주사 전자 현미경 및 X선 회절을 이용하여 조사하였다. 정수 슬러지로부터 제조된 촉매는 메조 기공과 미세 기공을 동시에 보유하고 있으며, 촉매의 비표면적은 157 m2/g이다. 촉매의 산특성은 암모니아 승온탈착법과 피리딘 흡착 적외선 분광법으로 분석하였다. 고정층 촉매 반응기에서 2-부탄올의 탈수 반응을 수행한 결과, 350 oC의 반응 온도에서 1-부텐, 트랜스-2-부텐 및 시스-2-부텐의 수율은 각각 25.6 wt%, 19.2 wt% 및 29.9 wt%이었다. 정수 슬러지로부터 제조된 촉매의 2-부탄올 탈수 반응 활성은 브뢴스테드 산점와 루이스 산점으로 이루어진 산점을 보유한 것에 기인한다. 부탄올의 탈수 반응에 의해 C4 올레핀을 제조하는 반응에서 정수 슬러지로부터 제조된 촉매의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. The objective of this study is to evaluate the catalytic potential of the porous material prepared from water treatment sludge. The textural properties of the catalyst were studied using N2 adsorption and desorption isotherms, scanning electron microscope, and X-ray diffraction. The pellet-type catalyst prepared using water treatment sludge is determined to be a material that contains mesopores as well as micropores. The specific surface area of the catalyst is 157 m2/g. Acidic characteristics of the catalyst are analyzed by temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia and infrared spectroscopy of adsorbed pyridine. 2-Butanol dehydration reaction was carried out in a fixed bed catalytic reactor. Yields of 1-butene, trans-2-butene, and cis-2-butene at 350 oC were 25.6 wt%, 19.2 wt%, and 29.9 wt%, respectively. This catalytic activity of the catalyst based on water treatment sludge in 2-butanol dehydration is due to the acid sites composed of Bronsted acid sites and Lewis acid sites. It was confirmed that the catalyst based on water treatment sludge can be utilized to produce C4 olefin through butanol dehydration.
