We designed a synchronization control method to extend processing area that is limit of traditional laser processing system. The current world trend of the PCB core technology development is focused on next generation semi-conductor package board and special high value-added PCB including buildup board. Thus it is necessary when process microscopic line width and line over the scanner area using laser. In addition, it should be synchronized scanner-stage. We designed control method that can synchronization using 1 axis stage. Also, we proved that is continuous in the outside portion of the scan area(50㎜ × 50㎜) through an experiment.
