        기술표준원에서는 지난 6월 16일부터 30일까지 '국가표준화 및 적합성평가 능력 배양' 과정을 미얀마, 베트남, 인도네시아 등 총 9개 개도국의 국가표준화기구와 적합성평가 관련 실무자 14명을 대상으로 진행했다. 참석자들은 특히 우리나라가 원조를 받던 수원국에서 공여국이 된 첫 번째 케이스라는 점에 많은 관심을 피력했다. 김가현 기술표준원 국제표준협력과 전문위원의 진행 후기를 싣는다.

        박막 실리콘 태양전지의 광열화현상 연구: 비정질 실리콘 태양전지 및 나노양자점 실리콘 박막 태양전지

        Light induced degradation is one of the major research challenges of hydrogenated amorphous silicon related thin film silicon solar cells. Amorphous silicon shows creation of metastable defect states, originating from elevated concentration of dangling bonds during light exposure. The metastable defect states work as recombination centers, and mostly affects quality of intrinsic layer in solar cells. In this paper we present results of light induced degradation in thin film silicon solar cells and discussion on physical origin, mechanism and practical solutions of light induced degradation in thin film silicon solar cells. In-situ light-soaking IV measurement techniques are presented. We also present thin film silicon material with silicon nano-quantum dots embedded within amorphous matrix, which shows superior stability during light-soaking. Our results suggest that solar cell using silicon nano-quantum dots in abosrber layer shows superior stability under light soaking, compared to the conventional amorphous silicon solar cell.

        식물성 식품(plant-based foods)에 대한 채식주의자 및잡식주의자의 인식과 선택속성

        This study identifies the perceptions and choice attributes toward plant-based foods and identifies the differences betweenvegetarians and omnivores. We conducted an online survey of 245 vegetarians and 246 omnivores. The results reveal asignificant difference between vegetarians and omnivores. Compared to omnivores, vegetarians perceived that plant-basedfood products would be ‘good taste’, ‘animal-friendly’, and ‘consistent with their personal value’. Omnivore scores werehigher in the perception that it would be ‘good for health’ and ‘environment-friendly’. No statistically significant differencewas obtained between both diet groups when considering the factor of nutrition. When considering choice as an attributefor plant-based food products, vegetarians responded that ‘ingredients’ were the most important, while omnivoresresponded that ‘taste’ was the most important. These results can be used as basic data for developing and promoting plant based food products in South Korea.

        간호학과 학생의 생명의료윤리의식, 윤리적 가치관이 안락사에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향

        This study was attempted to find out the effect of nursing college students consciousness of biomedical ethics and ethical values on their attitude toward euthanasia. This study collected data through a structured questionnaire targeting 115 nursing students from November 30 to December 21, 2022. Data were analyzed t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS 18.0 program. As a result of this study, the factors affecting the attitude toward euthanasia were brain death in biomedical ethics, artificial insemination, and human life domain in ethical values, and the explanatory power was 53.5%. As a result of this study, it is necessary to develop systematic education and provide various programs that reflect biomedical ethics education related to life and death so that nursing students do not confuse respect for human life and values ​​of human dignity. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식과 윤리적 가치관이 안락사에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 2022년 11월 30일부터 12월 21일까지 간호대학생 115명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 안락사에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 생명의료윤리의식의 뇌사, 인공수정 영역, 윤리적 가치관의 인간 생명 영역이었고, 설명력은 53.5%였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 간호대학생이 인간 생명에 대한 존중과 인간의 존엄성에 대한 가치관이 혼돈되지 않도록 생명 및 죽음과 관련된 생명의료윤리 교육이 반영된 체계적인 교육 개발 및 다양한 프로그램 제공이 필요하다.

      • 탈기체분석 및 타원편광분광법을 통한 박막 실리콘의 물성분석법 연구

        This paper reviews analysis methods of hydrogenated amorphous silicon thin films by using thermal desorption spectroscopy and spectroscopic ellipsometry. Amorphous silicon has disordered atomic structure, and consists of dangling bonds, which work as electronically active defects. These defects can be passivated by hydrogen, and the material is called hydrogenated amorphous silicon. Hydrogen exodiffusion provides information on Si-H bonding and microstructure of the material. Therefore, Si-H bonding property and microstructure of the films can be analyzed in detail. Spectroscopic ellipsometry is a powerful tool for analyzing optical properties of material. Ellipsometry measurement results is usually given by change of polarization state of probe light, so the measured result should be properly treated and transformed to meaningful parameters by transformation and modeling of the measurement result. In case of hydrogenated amorphous silicon, Tauc-Lorentz dispersion is usually used to model the measured ellipsometry spectrum. Modeling of spectroscopic ellipsometry result of hydrogenated amorphous silicon using Tauc-Lorentz dispersion is discussed.

      • Effect of a multidisciplinary program to improve organ donation in the emergency department

        Introduction Organ transplantation is the best and only lifesaving treatment for patients with end-stage organ failure. The emergency department (ED) is at the forefront of critical care, but little attention has been directed towards the role of the ED in public health issues, such as organ donation. Therefore, we introduced and implemented an ED-inclusive organ donation improvement program (ODIP). In addition, we implemented a simple notification system that employed a messaging system in the electronic medical records (EMR) to improve its feasibility and for the timely notification of potential organ donors. Material & Method This study was a retrospective, observational study that assessed the influence of the multidisciplinary ED-inclusive ODIP on the number of deceased organ donors and identification of potential brain-dead donors. Data on organ donation were collected and managed by the Center for Korean Network for Organ Sharing in Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Korea Organ Donation Agency (KODA). The number of notifications of potential organ donation and the results of the donation process after brain death were analyzed for all ED patients during the study period. Result There was a significant increase in deceased organ donors per million population after the implementation of the ED-inclusive multidisciplinary ODIP of KODA compared to the pre-intervention period: 5.21 vs. 9.72, difference 4.51. The percentages of notifications made by ED staff in all notifications increased year by year from 2.3 (2014) to 5.4% (2018). This shows that the ED-inclusive ODIP improved the perspective of the ED sfaff. Through Table 5, longer periods contracted with KODA were associated with higher potential brain death identification rates (P<0.001). Conclusion The implementation of multidisciplinary interventions to improve organ donation in the ED can lead to improved organ donation awareness, better identification of potential donors, and successful organ donation in the ED.

        프랙탈 기하학 관점에서 BIG 건축의 공간형태특성 - 2015년 이후 디자인된 작품을 중심으로 -

        This study aims to understand the concept and characteristics of fractal geometry, and to compare and analyze the spatial form characteristics shown in the architectural works of Bjarke Ingels to derive fractal characteristics. In order to analyze the characteristics and algorithms of fractal dimensions, focusing on works completed after 2015, it aims to suggest possibilities for contemporary architecture. as a conclusion, I was able to see that BIG pursues designs that prioritize popularity and functionality by emphasizing social and environmental needs, and that innovative design methods based on digital technology are mechanisms that can recognize the influence of contemporary architects on spatial forms. Through the spatial form generation methods of BIG, the subjects of this study, using different algorithms, I was able to see that they can be interpreted as mechanism that express the complexity and diversity of contemporary architecture.
