The development motive and maintenance of navigation system were military strategy purpose since middle of 20th century. During cold war period between the United States and the Soviet since the Second World War, advanced navigation system that two countries are responded individually have done development competitively. These systems are exhibited on general except military purpose gradually and are taking charge of point role in economy transport activity such as transportation of logistics between the country. Navigation system can divide into ground system and satellite system. Representative system of ground system is Loran-C(Long Range Navigation), and representative system of satellite system is GPS(Global Position System). Loran-C system is a system that use much in all the world country sea and ground, but GPS and DGPS that present is a satellite navigation system are used much. According to development of satellite system, examine about actual conditions of Loran-C navigation system and practical use plan in this paper because there is controversy about role of Loran-C navigation device along with Loran-C's operation and user decrease, and discusses for Loran-C's development direction.

Many lighthouses have been built for safety navigation of vessel, but the management of lighthouses had to paid for maintenance costs. For that reason, the remote control system for the lighthouse is to be used, but the communication expense is very expensive because of the use of satellite communication network or the RF communication network Also, the state of lighthouse is difficult to analyze as transmit only measured data. Therefore, this paper embodied the remote control system for the lighthouse using CDMA method, that was extended to island area and we verified the effectiveness of the proposed system.

연안 수역에서의 해상교통 환경변화에 부응하고 나아가 대형 해양사고 방지와 인명사고 예방을 위해 필요한 해양기상신호표지 시스템 구축을 위하여 해양기상 관측 및 항로표지 정보제공 시스템을 도입, 통항선박에게 안전항해에 필요한 정보를 제공함으로서 해양교통 안전을 확보하고자 한다. 인천 연안의 팔미도를 포함한 15개 항로표지시설에 기상(온습도, 풍향/풍속, 기압) 및 해양(유향/유속, 수온, 파고/파향) 관측시스템을 설치하고 항로표지용 AIS (AtoN AIS) 통신시스템을 이용하여 육상 정보수집 처리서버 및 항행 선박에게 해양기상관측자료를 실시간 전송하는 시스템을 구축하였다.
Anabaena 의 광합성 전자전달 활성에 미치는 Simazine 의 억제효과

Effects of simazine [2-chloro-4,6-bis(methylamino)-s-triazine] on the photochemical reactions of isolated spinach chloroplasts and crude thylakoids of Anabaena inequalis UTEX B-381 were compared. Simazine inhibited photosynthetic O_2 evolution and increased the chlorophyll fluorescence in whole cells of Anabaena. The electron transfer from diphenylcarbazide to 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol was inhibited by simazine treatment in spinach chloroplasts, but not in crude thylakoids of Anabaena. In spinach chloroplasts, the chlorophyll fluorescence was increased by simazine treatment in the presence of diphenylcarbazide and ferricyanide, but not in the presence of diphenylcarbazide and silicomolybdate. In crude thylakoids of Anabaena, simazine treatment did not increase the chlorophyll fluorescence in the presence of either diphenylcarbazide and silicomolybdate, or diphenylcarbazide and ferricyanide. These results suggest that the inhibitory site of simazine on photosynthetic electron transport chain of Anabaena is different from that of spinach chloroplasts. And there may be a possibility that the inhibition site of simazine in Anabaena lies on the donor side of photosystem Ⅱ, before the site of electron donation by diphenylcarbazide.
미세 용접된 BLU CCFL 전극의 유리비딩 열처리 온도에 따른 접합부 특성

Characterization of the microweld CCFL electrode for the TFT-LCD backlight unit was carried out in terms of the glass beading heat treatment conditions. We evaluate the weld zone and parent metal of the microweld CCFL electrodes that were exposed to simulated glass beading heat treatment. The CCFL electrode was composed of the cup made with pure Ni, the pin made with pure Mo and the lead wire made with Ni-Mn alloy. Each part of the electrode was assembled together by micro spot welding process and then the assembled electrodes were exposed to simulated glass beading temperatures of $700^{\circ}C,\;750^{\circ}C$ and $800^{\circ}C$. The microstructures of the microweld CCFL electrode were observed by using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and EDS. Micro-tensile and microhardness test were also carried out. The results indicated that the grain coarsening in the HAZs(heat affected zones) for both the cup-pin weld and pin-lead wire were exhibited and the grain coarsening of the HAZ for the cup and the lead wire was more obvious than the HAZ of the pin. The micro-tensile test revealed that the fracture occurred at the cup-pin weld zone for all test conditions. The fracture surface could be classified into two parts such as pin portion and cup portion including weld nugget. The failure was seemed to be initiated from the boundary between nugget and pin through the weld joint. The result of the microhardness measurement exhibited that the relatively low hardness value, about 105HV was recorded at the HAZ of the cup. This value was about 50% less than that of the original value of the cup. The reduction of the microhardness was considered as the cause of the grain coarsening due to welding process. It was also appeared that there was no change in electric resistance for the standard electrodes and heat treated electrodes.

The age of quantum computers is coming soon. In order to prepare for the upcoming future, the National Institute of Standards and Technology has recruited candidates to set standards for post quantum cryptography to establish a future cryptography standard. The submitted ciphers are expected to be safe from quantum algorithm attacks, but it is necessary to verify that the submitted algorithm is safe from quantum attacks using quantum algorithm even when it is actually operated on a quantum computer. Therefore, in this paper, we investigate an efficient quantum gate implementation for binary field multiplication of code based post quantum cryptography to work on quantum computers. We implemented the binary field multiplication for two field polynomials presented by Classic McEliece and three field polynomials presented by ROLLO in generic algorithm and Karatsuba algorithm.
