A load sensitive self-leveling shock absorber(SLSA) for recreational vehicles is designed and manufactured. A mathematical model for the SLSA is developed by describing equations on oil flow in the SLSA components. Empirical equations for describing flow through piston valve assembly and the spiral groove in pump rod are suggested. The shock absorbing performances of the SLSA, and pumping performance of the SLSA for self-leveling a vehicle are simulated by using the developed mathematical model, and compared with experimental results. Good agreements between the simulation results and the experimental results were shown, thereby it was ascertained that a highly reliable mathematical model for the SLSA was established.

The main purpose of this study is to develop a new thermal model based on the analysis of heat energy characteristics in vehicle cabin. Since the cabin thermal energy characteristics is easily changed according to changes in external and internal energy, the existing thermal model has implemented a model configuration based on 3D CFD to reflect these characteristics. However, due to the limitations of many time/material resources, there have been many difficulties in application to the vehicle development stage, and there has been a problem in that it is difficult to respond to virtual vehicle development in the future. In order to overcome the limitations of these existing methods, a 1D based system model that can be used easily and can optimize the thermal management, and A/C system reflecting detailed thermal energy response characteristic was developed. Therefore, the results of this study can be used to predict the dynamic cabin heat load due to the change of shape vehicle cabin during EV development and to develop an optimal A/C(HVAC) system heat coverage through HILS equipment in the future.

디스플레이를 활용해 사용자에게 광고 및 정보를 노출 할 수 있는 디지털사이니지는 공공장소에서 광고채널로서의 역할에서 확장되었다. 최근에는 음식점 및 소매상점으로 널리 확장되어 이용되고 있다. 그러나, 특정 용도에만 맞게 개발되어 있어 확장이 어렵고 단말의 가격 또한 비싸다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 모두 보완할 수 있는 합리적인 가격과 안정적인 운영성, 높은 확장성을 가진 안드로이드 향 스틱형 디지털 사이니지 상품을 개발 및 실험 결과를 소개하고자 한다. Digital Signage that provides various information and local advertising for person using display are expended as a roll of advertising channel. Recently, Digital signages have come into wide use in retail shops and restaurants. But, Digital Signage system has been developed for a specific element, it is difficult to expand the machine also expensive price. To overcome weakness, we developed to the system for reasonable price, high extensible use in retail shop using android OS and tested on the stable operating digital signage system.
