        신발무역업의 관리효율 향상을 위한 엑스트라넷 활용방안 - S 기업의 사례를 중심으로 -

        The subject of research is for overseas production by cheap labor cost, trading of the third party country and small-to-medium-sized footwear trading company. The purpose of this study is to propose the usage of extranet to connect with management activities between the interior and overseas. So, database system for S company in Pusan has been designed for concrete usage of extranet. Results reveal that, now, October 2000, S company has been used the extranet which seek the efficiency of general management including partial management. The findings of this research indicate that it should be helpful for management efficiency in small-to-medium-sized company. In addition, it appears that results of this study will be a beneficial reference data for establishing the integration management systems which can connect with business firms in a strategic coalition.

        맥락막 모반의 스펙트럼영역 빛간섭단층촬영 소견: 초음파 소견과의 비교 연구

        Purpose: To evaluate the characteristics of choroidal nevus using the enhanced depth imaging spectral domain optical coherence tomography (EDI SD-OCT), with a comparison to the B scan ultrasound (BUS) findings. Methods: Medical records of 124 eyes of 124 choroidal nevus patients were reviewed retrospectively. All patients underwent fundus photography (FP), EDI SD-OCT, and BUS. Results: Of 124 eyes with choroidal nevus examined by EDI SD-OCT, 43 eyes (35%) displayed good images to study. The most common EDI-OCT imaging features included choroidal shadowing, choriocapillary thinning, retinal pigment epithelial changes, and overlying subretinal fluid. The mean nevus thickness was 817 μm (120-1850 μm) by EDI-OCT compared 1295 μm (780-2400 μm) by BUS. The mean difference in the tumor thickness between two techniques was 475 μm (27-1319 μm) (p < 0.05). Conclusions: These results have suggested that imaging of choroidal nevus with EDI-OCT shows superior measurement of its characteristics compared with ultrasonography. The clinical utility of this modality is emerging. EDI-OCT is useful in distinguishing suspicious nevi from other chorioretinal lesions, detecting tumor re-growth along the treatment margin, and demonstrating retinal or choroid tumor location.         중심장액맥락망막병증 환자에서 유리체강내 베바시주맙 주입술의 치료 효과에 영향을 주는 요인

        Purpose: To evaluate the factors influencing the effect of the intravitreal bevacizumab injection in patients with central serous chorioretinopathy. Methods: We performed a retrospective review of the medical records of 54 patients (56 eyes) who had been symptomatic for more than 3 months with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC), who had undergone intravitreal bevacizumab injection and been on regular follow-up for at least 6 months. Results: Responders were 34 eyes (60.7%) and non-responders were 22 eyes (39.3%). The leaking points of the non-responder group were multiple and located more centrally than that of the responder group on fluorescein angiography (FA) (p = 0.01, p = 0.044). In addition, non-responder group showed cystoid macular edema on optical coherence tomography (OCT) as compared with responder group (p = 0.042). Conclusions: CSC with multiple, centrally located leaks on FA or cystoid macular edema on OCT was ineffective or recurrent with intravitreal bevacizumab injection.       • 자동차 에어컨용 전곡형 원심 송풍기의 공력성능 분석

        Aerodynamic optimization of an automotive air-conditioning blower is a hard task because of the highly complex flow phenomena related to three-dimensional flow separations and the unsteady nature caused by the interaction between primary and secondary air flows throughout the fan. In this paper, an aerodynamic study on a forward-curved centrifugal fan has been carried out. Firstly we obtained the fan performance curves versus flow rates showing its unstable nature in the surging operation range. Secondly aerodynamic characterizations were carried out by investigating the velocity and pressure fields in the casing flow passage using a 5-hole pitot probe, at different operating conditions. Surface flow pattern near the cut-off area exhibits similar flow behavior above the best efficiency operating point, although the pressure level increases substantially with the increase of flow rate. Vorticity in the casing passage flow occurs in all flow rates, downstream from the r-Z plane θ=120 deg., where the position of its core changes with the circumferential location. Although complex, the general flow behavior were common, giving insight in its main aerodynamic features.

        This work presents an investigation of aerodynamic characteristics of cold fuel spray injected from a high pressure hollow cone swirl injector into a constant volume chamber. Laser tomography visualization was used to interrogate the fuel and air mixing characteristics and the effect of chamber pressure and temperature increase was analysed. Preliminary results on spray patternation showed that mixing effect tends to increase with the increase of chamber gas density yielding a decrease of spray penetration and a well defined vortex structure. For the present experimental conditions, fuel injection pressure and chamber gas pressure appear as the dominant factors. which govern the transient mixing characteristics.

        This work presents an investigation of aerodynamic characteristics of fuel spray injected from a high pressure hollow cone swirl injector into a constant volume chamber. Laser tomography visualization was used to interrogate the fuel and air mixing characteristics and the effect of chamber pressure and temperature increase was analyzed. Preliminary results on spray development showed that mixing effect tends to increase with the increase of injection pressure and chamber gas pressure yielding a decrease of spray penetration and an attenuation of well-defined vortex structure. Topological analysis of the spray structure has been performed to initiate the understanding of mixing and vaporization process. For the present experimental conditions, fuel injection pressure and chamber gas pressure appear as the dominant factors, which govern the transient mixing characteristics. Moreover, spray atomization characteristics are improved by increasing chamber gas temperature.

        2010년 3월 26일 서해안 백령도에서 우리 해군 천안함이 원인 불명의 사고로 침몰하는 사고가 발생하였으며, 2010년 4월 2일 항해하던 트롤 어선인 금양호는 한국에서 중국으로 항해하던 상선과 충돌하여 침몰하는 사고가 발생하였다. 이러한 해난 사고는 5년을 평균적으로 년간 사망 또는 실종 사고로 인한 인명피해가 약 100여 명에 이르고 있다. 우리는 귀중한 생명이 사라지는 해난사고에 대하여 사전 예방적인 측면에서 또한 사고 후의 신속하고 정확한 구조 활동을 위한 가장 중요한 방법 중 하나가 사고 직전, 사고 시 또는 사고 후에 국가 또는 구해줄 수 있는 선박 등과의 통신이다. 우리는 이러한 해난 사고시 긴급 통신 시스템으로서 사고를 예방하거나 인명을 구조할 수 있는 가장 신속하고 정확한 방법으로 TRS 시스템을 제시하고자 한다. The Korean naval battleship " M.V Chon An" had sunk by the unkwon reason in March 26, 2010 at near the BAK Ryung Island. Also Support fish work ship "M.V Kum Yang" was collided with cargo ship which sailed from Korea to China, and had sunk on April 2nd. 2010. Because of these kinds of marine accident, about 100 person was died or missed per year at marine field for 5 years average. In the view of prevent for our precious human lives in marine accidents, the most important thing is communication between ship and authority as Korean Cost Guard or Port authority on before, immediately in the marine accidents for the urgent and accurate rescue. We suggest that Trunk Radio System will solve in the marine accident for the prevention of live savings, or rescue of live savings by urgent telecommunication.

        알칼리제네스 페칼리스에 의한 각막궤양 1예

        서론: 기존의 각막궤양이 있었던 환자에서 Alcaligenes faecalis에 의한 각막궤양을 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 당뇨망막병증과 신생혈관녹내장으로 시력이 광각불능인 58세 환자가 9개월 전 각막궤양으로 치료받고 호전된 후 최근 특별한외상의 병력없이 새로운 각막궤양이 발생하였다. 각막찰과 및 배양검사에서 모든 항생제에 감수성을 갖는 Alcaligenes faecalis가 검출되었다. 경험적 항생제 점안 및 전신적 항생제 투여 후 병변은 각막혼탁을 남기고 호전되었다. 결론: 각막궤양을 앓고 난 후 정상적인 안구표면의 방어기전의 저하가 의심되는 환자에서 감염의 원인으로 Alcaligenes faecalis의가능성을 염두에 두어야 할 것이다. Purpose: To report a case of corneal ulcer due to Alcaligenes faecalis in a patient with a preexisting corneal ulcer. Case summary: A 58-year-old male patient presented with a corneal ulcer without a history of any trauma. The patient had a history of corneal ulcer 9 months earlier. The patient had previously been diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy and neovascular glaucoma, and his visual acuity was no light perception. Corneal scraping and culture yielded Alcaligenes faecalis susceptible to most antibiotics in the antibiotic susceptibility test. After treatment with empirical systemic antibiotics and eyedrops, his eye improved with a remaining corneal scar. Conclusions: Alcaligenes faecalis should be considered as a causal pathogen of corneal ulcer in patients with suspicious compromised ocular surface, such as previous corneal ulcer.
