        Hybrid RMU is a kind of power circuit breaker and protects electric devices from over-current. In this<br/> paper we built a dynamic model of RMU driving mechanism using ADAMS and performed a optimal<br/> design of several design parameters. Finally we developed a prototype of RMU driving mechanism through<br/> results of analysis and confirmed it to satisfy design requisitions.

        테스트베드상에서 LTE기반 철도 무선통신시스템의 성능 측정

        철도통신에서 데이터의 전송속도를 향상시키고 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송을 위해 LTE기반 철도 무선통신시스템에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LTE기반의 철도 무선통신시스템의 테스트베드에 대해 소개한다. 테스트베드상에서 무선통신시스템을 이용하여 전계강도, 통신 도달거리, 통화설정시간, 핸드오버 성공률, 데이터 전송속도 등과 같은 기본적인 통신성능 측정결과에 대해 소개한다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 향후 시스템 상용화에 필요한 사항들에 대해 논의한다. In railway communication, LTE based railway wireless communication systems have been developed to support high data rate and reliable communication link. In this paper, the testbed of LTE based railway wireless communication systems is introduced. Then, we describe measurement results of communication performance such as radiation strength, communication coverage, call setup time, handover success rate, and data transmission rate in the testbed. We also consider requirements for commercialization based on measurement results.

        The automatic load transfer switch (ALTS) typically automatically transfers electrical loads from a normal<br/> electrical power source to an emergency electrical power source upon reduction or loss of normal power<br/> source voltage. It can also automatically re-transfer the load to the normal power source when the normal<br/> voltage has been restored within acceptable limits. The transfer operation of ALTS is accomplished by a<br/> spring-driven linkage mechanism. In this paper we build a dynamic model of driving mechanism for ALTS<br/> using ADAMS and checked the characteristics of the transfer operation. Finally we performed a detailed<br/> design of the driving mechanism through results of analysis and confirmed it to satisfy design requirements.

        水稻 品種間 交雜에 있어서 稈長의 遺傳分離 ⅩⅡ. 優性短桿 遺傳子 D-53의 遺傳分離

        A rice genetic stock F₁ 282, which has D-53 gene (formerly reported as Dk-3 by Iwata), was crossed with three dwarf cultivars Seolak, Fukei 71 and Waesung #5, one recessive tall cultivar Davis 80 and two ordinary cultivars PI #1 and Onne mochi, and their culm and internode lengths were tested for their parents, F₁S and F₂S. The culm length of F₁S plants of the crosses F₁ 282/PI #1 and F₁ 282/Davis 80 were shorter than their dwarf parent, meaning that the dwarfness of F₁ 282/Waesung #5 and F₁ 282/Onne mochi were taller than their taller parent, implying that there are some genetic interactions between the two parental genotypes. The F₁ plants of the crosses F₁ 282/Seolak and F₁ 282/Fukei 71 were as short as their parents. For the culm length of F₂S, in the crosses F₁282/Seolak and F₁282/Fukei 71, the segregation ratio of short;tall=13;3 were observed. In the cross of F₁ 282/PI #1, the ratio was short;tall=3 : 1, and in the cross F₁ 282/Davis 80 it was short : tall =15 : 1. In the cross of F₁ 282/Waesung #5 the ratio was short : tall= 3 : 13, and in the cross F₁ 282/Onne mochi no distinct segregation pattern was observed. In all the crosses, the liguless segregated normally. This may imply that no distorted segregation due to gametic competition or improper population size etcetra was involved.

        방글라데쉬 농촌 개발을 위한 케이디에이비 농업 개발사업의 평가

        Bangladesh that is known as the poorest country of the world has the large land of fertile soil and very good environment to live, even though we think she may be very bad to live. People being habituated to that good environment, the population explosion made the people to be starven, but the treatment has been simple support without deep analysis of the root of poverty. As the result it is general that the poverty is severer and severer in spite of continuous support. For the last century Korea changed from the country of poverty and despair to that of development and hope, to be model mid vision of under development countries including Bangladesh. At this point it is necessary to look back the way of development to help them to solve their poverty problem. That is the goal of this project, and this thesis is the result of it. It is evaluated for the 1st 3 years work of the project to apply the result to the next 3 years plea. This project had been proceeded from 1. Jul. 1990 to 30. Jun. 1993 at Chilmari area of Bangladesh, with teaching and training to wake up the mentality of the people, demonstration farming and cooperative association. It was proceeded as the Agriculture project of KDAB(Korean Development Association in Bangladesh, an NGO registered to Bangladesh) supported by Good Neighbors, KOICA and many churches and individuals. Especially the teaching and training work was proceeded as the branch of the Canaan Farmer's School of Korea with instruction and support. After the basic survey for project, the confirmation of working place and the pion of training facility, 10 times of long term training(3 months worse, boarding) was completed, with many times of short term training, informal training, demonstration farm, various demonstrating works. The results of the work are understanding of the not of problem by participatory observation, making plan to solve it, getting the trust from the people and beginning the practical work with the trainees for development of economy and living situation. The biggest problem of Bangladesh is being understood losing the desire to solve the poverty problem and the self-confidence to be able to do it. It is the conclusion that after solving the problem of thought and mentality, the education, technology and money can be effective for development. So the 1st 5 year project is evaluated as the basic work to analyse the root of problem, to chance mentality of people and to search income source. The next goal is to promote practical living level of people. For that it is necessary to develope die mentality of people including responsibility and self-confidence by teaching and training, to educate cooperative association and technology for economical development, to proceed integrated rural development work with economical development, educational improvement and reformation of environment. It is very important result that they decided to grow poultry for main economical source of Chilmari area, to do economical development work by joint operation of poultry through cooperative association.
