정원에 있어서의 광조건의 차이가 무궁화 잎의 생육반응에 미치는 영향

The present studies were implemented to survey common locations and sites where and how Hibiscus syriacus are mostly planted in gardens of the central regions of Korea, and to observe the growth habit as to different growth conditions of shady and sunny places. The results are briefed as in the followings; 1. Mostly planted sites one finds for this plant was at school gardens, next, roads and parks in that order. The plant was also frequently found in public office yards and very few at local residential houses. These plants found in school gardens were mostly circular or semi-circular, whereas those seen in other places were rather irregular in the plant shape. Interestingly enough, those found in most gardens were growing at somewhat shady areas, and those growing individually or separately looked very dense and thick in plant volume and appearance to provide owe shape in the open. 2. The regions of relatively warmer winter climate resulted in the hibiscus having a larger flower size and longer internode than the colder. 3. Those plants growing in sunny places produced larger and more flowers than those in shady places in garden. 4. Leaf width and length of the hibiscus decreased as light intensity increased in gardens, even within the same individual. 5. As in the case of Forsythia koreana and Euonymus japonica which usually favor a shady areas of garden to have larger leaves, Hibiscus syriacus was also so unlike the situation of their flowering habit. These three species in relation to leaf growth and out looks, that of Syringa vulgaris and Pinus koraiensis responded reversely, indicating that these species are "sun-plant".

Local Thermal Equilibrium 모델에 의한 이차이온 질량분석의 정량화 방법

SIMS(Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry) 분석 데이터의 정량화 방법으로 이온주입에 의한 실험적 접근법과 LTE(Local Thermal Equilibrium) 모델을 사용한 준이론적 접근법 2가지가 주로 논의되고 있다. 본 고에서는 LTE 모델을 사용, SIMS data를 정량화하는 방법에 대하여 기술하였으며 아울러 BASIC language로 된 간단한 LTE 프로그램을 제시하였다.
