커패시터 케이스의 코팅 재질에 대한 성능 및 특성 비교

본 논문은 알루미늄 전해 커패시터에 사용되는 외관 케이스의 코팅 재질에 대한 성능과 특성에 대해서 비교 연구를 하였다. 커패시터 케이스의 주 재질은 알루미늄이 사용되며 알루미늄 위에 나일론 또는 PET(Polyethylene terephthalate)를 코팅하여 사용하는데, 두 재질은 가공성과 성능 또는 가격차이가 존재한다. 본 논문은 나일론 코팅과 PET단면 코팅, 양면 코팅의 열화특성과 성능특성을 비교함으로써 제조사가 재질을 선택함에 있어서 실용적인 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 열화를 시키기 위한 환경시험은 실제 기후조건과 UV(Ultra Violet Light)로 인한 열화를 모의한 내후성, 가스부식시험, 고온시험, 리플로우 시험을 진행하였으며 성능을 확인하기 위하 내전압과 절연저항 특성을 측정하였다. 시험 결과 나일론은 고온에 장시간 노출되었을 때 변색이 확인되었으나 리플로우 270℃ 10회 수준에서는 변색이 확인되지 않았다. 내전압과 절연저항 등의 특성에서 PET양면코팅이 가장 우수한 특성을 나타내었다. PET코팅이 우수한 특성을 나타내지만 비교적 고가이고 물리적인 충격에 약할 수 있으므로, 실제 적용에 있어서는 단가와 사용조건에 적합한 재질이 선택되어야 한다.

This paper proposed a new concept of estimating method for LED(light-emitting diode) delamination with high accuracy. Usually, The LED is composed several materials which are LED chips, gold wire, phosphor, epoxy resin, adhesive, reflector and lead frame. These different materials are usually delaminated in a trouble conditions which are huge temperature difference, hot and humid or mechanical shocked. When the components are delaminated, a luminance will be lost, moisture be absorbed easily and a thermal resistance be increased attendantly. As a conventional method to estimate a delamination of LEDs, a solution immersing method is usually used in a field of LED manufacturing companies or researching institutes. This method has an advantage of simplicity but it is only shown that the existence of delamination or not. In this paper, we have proposed an estimating method for LEDs delamination using the polishing and the electron microscope. New proposed method has shown the result of confirming delamination without destruction and enabled quantitative analysis for LED delamination.
척주측만증 환자의 만곡과 후쿠다 검사의 상관성에 관한 연구

PURPOSE: The Fukuda test can be used at home and in school to diagnose scoliosis at an early stage and prevent serious curvature of the spine. This study aimed to use the Fukuda test to detect scoliosis. An additional aim was to invoke the national interest in imbalanced postures and habits, which result in scoliosis, by providing data obtained in periodic assessments. METHODS: The study consisted of 35 idiopathic scoliosis patients (22 in right lumbar spinal region and 13 in the left lumbar spinal region). The distance of displacement and angle of displacement were measured following the Fukuda test. A correlation analysis was then used to examine the distance of displacement and angles of displacement and rotation with regard to the direction of the curve in scoliosis. RESULTS: There was a significant negative correlation (p<0.00) between the direction of the curve in scoliosis and the angle of displacement, but there was no correlation between the cobb``s angle and distance of displacement or between the cobb``s angle and angle of rotation. CONCLUSION: The Fukuda test did not capture changes in spinal curvature such as the cobb``s angle, or subsequent changes in the muscles. Thus, the Fukuda test is not suited to examining the direction or status of the thoracic curve in scoliosis patients. Simple methods to objectively measure scoliosis need to be developed.
고분자캐패시터에 대한 충방전 조건에서의 온도에 따른 정전용량감소 특성 연구

Purpose: Polymer capacitors are known to have very high reliability as compared with liquid electrolytic capacitors, but their capacity has been reported to decrease in charge and discharge at low temperature. The purpose of this study to clarify these characteristics. Methods: In order to clarify these characteristics, charging-discharging tests were carried out for 200 hours with three different capacities and at 5 different temperature from 5℃ to 100℃. Results: As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the capacity of the polymer capacitor was decreased with higher capacity and lower temperature. Conclusion: Such a failure phenomenon was caused by the shrinkage and expansion characteristics of the polymer used therein, it is presumed that this failure phenomenon is due to the complex pore structure made by etching.
