        지각된 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동이 조직구성원의 정서적 웰빙에 미치는 영향과 조직 상황의 조절효과

        This paper explored causal relationships between perceived CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and employees' attitude towards CSR, and link between their attitude towards CSR and affective well-being in order to understand how ethical, discretional and relational dimension of CSR individually affects employees. Additionally, this study looked at both corporate ethical value and levels of employees' participation into CSR programs as moderating variables. We administerd a survey with employees, and analyzed the survey data by Structural Equation Model (SEM) Analysis. The analysis results indicate that employees' perceived CSR positively affected their attitude towards CSR, and in turn the attitude statistically affected employees' affective well-being. This study shows that the ethical dimension of CSR directly affected employees' affective well-being. Based on the analysis results, research implications and future research are presented. 본 연구는 기업의 사회적 책임을 구성하는 윤리적, 자선적 및 관계적 책임 차원이 각각 조직구성원들에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 구성원들의 지각된 CSR활동과 CSR태도 및 정서적 웰빙 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 또한, 조직의 상황적 맥락을 고려하여 지각된 기업의 윤리적 가치와 구성원들의 CSR활동 참여수준이 그들의 CSR태도와 정서적 웰빙에 미치는 영향을 조절하는지에 초점을 맞추었다. 본 연구는 기업에 종사하고 있는 근로자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 구조방정식을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 지각된 윤리적 책임 활동은 구성원들의 CSR태도에 유의한 영향을 미치고, CSR태도는 다시 그들의 정서적 웰빙에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 지각된 윤리적 책임 활동은 구성원들의 정서적 웰빙에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 조절효과 분석을 통해, 지각된 조직의 윤리적 가치와 구성원들의 CSR활동 참여수준이 높을 때, 구성원들의 정서적 웰빙에 미치는 윤리적 책임활동의 영향력은 더욱 강해지는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

        IT 기술인력의 직무자율성이 잡크래프팅과 성과에 미치는 영향: 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 집단분석을 중심으로

        Based on Job Demands-Resources Model, this study investigated whether the basic mechanism of job crafting is applied equally to IT workforce. Further, we explored the role of demographic characteristics within job crafting mechanism. Using structural equation modeling and multi-group analysis, we analyzed 501 IT workforce’s survey data from Chinese telecommunication enterprises. The results suggested as follows. First, job autonomy had a positive effect on job performance mediated by job crafting. Second, the effect of job autonomy on job crafting was different among age groups. In the 20s, job autonomy had the smallest influence on job crafting, and in all other groups, job autonomy had a very strong influence on job crafting. Third, different relationships between variables were observed among education level groups. Although job autonomy predicted job crafting very strongly in the low education level group, the effect of job crafting on job performance decreased relatively. Moreover, the direct effect of job autono- my on job performance was not significant. In the bachelor’s degree group, there was a significant positive relationship in all paths between job autonomy, job crafting, and job performance. In high education level group, job crafting did not predict job performance where as positive relationship between job autonomy and job crafting existed. Fourth, different relationships between job crafting and job performance were observed among tenure level groups. In the 1-3 years of work experience group, job crafting had the strongest influence on job performance. In contrast, in over 5 years of work experience group, job crafting had no significant effect on job performance. Summarizing the results of this study, job crafting is not effective for all employees within the purpose of improving job performance. This study confirmed that the basic mechanism of job crafting is applied equally to IT workforce who has relatively high job demand and unique work consciousness. Also, this study provided development of enhanced theories of job crafting by confirming the moderating effects of demographic characteristics. Even though Rudolph et al.(2017) tried to prove the role of demographic characteristics, they were not able to identify the actual effect because they used a meta-analysis. This study, using empirical data, proved the clear relationships between variables moderated by demographic characteristics. Further, fo- cusing on the IT workforce of Chinese mobile telecommunication companies, this study provides a clear and specific basis for using of job crafting to the HR practitioners. Nevertheless, since we focused on specific workforce, it is required to be cautious for generalization of research results. Finally, future re- search directions were discussed with the limitations of this study.

        홍삼섭취가 뇨 중 Bisphenol A 및 MDA 농도에 미치는 영향

        Bisphenol A [2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane, BPA], an endocrine disrupting chemical, is suspected to have reproductive toxicity or acceleration of carcinogenesis via oxidative metabolites, e.g. reactive quinone or semiquinone. Particularly, fertile women are high susceptible for BPA-induced toxicity for thyroid cancer or pregnancy. Thus, it is important to discover chemopreventive agent against BPA. The Korean Red Jinseng (KRG) exhibited various biological effects including detoxification of xenobiotics and antioxidant activities. In the present study, we performed pharmacokinetic analyses and studied the changes in oxidative stress, e.g. levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), due to KRG intake to clarify chemopreventive effects of KRG against BPA among Korean fertile women. Urine samples were collected from healthy fertile women (N=13; age, 23.50±1.79 yrs). We used reverse phase-HPLC/FLD for analyses of urinary BPA. Limit of detection(LOD) of BPA was 0.2 ng/ml. As results, median of urinary BPA was 2.27 ug/g creatinine. There was weak decrease of urinary BPA with KRG intake (β=-0.04, p=0.57). In addition, positive association between urinary BPA and MDA levels in this study(β=0.16, and p=0.08)confirmed BPA-induced oxidative stress. Moreover, KRG intake somewhat reduced the levels of MDA (β=-0.06, p=0.12). Thus, our pilot study suggests that KRG is chemopreventive to BPA via antioxidative mechanisms. Pharmacokinetic effects of KRG on BPA, e.g. absorption, metabolism, and excretion of BPA,should be further studied.

        김정은 시기 북한당국의 간호 담론 분석

        본 연구는 북한의 연속간행물을 바탕으로 김정은 시기 북한 당국의 간호 담론을 파악하고자 하였다. 김정은 이전 시기와 비교하기 위해 1950년대부터 발간된 일간지 『로동신문』, 『민주조선』, 『문학신문』과 잡지 『예방의학』, 『고려의학』, 『기술혁신』, 『고등교육』 기사 중 제목에 "간호"를 포함한 기사를 분석 대상으로 하였다. 시기별 기사의 내용을 파악하고 단어 빈도 수, 잠재 디리클레 할당을 통한 토픽 모델링으로 주요 주제를 파악하였다. 보조적으로 최근 3년간 『로동신문』 기사 중 “보건”, “의료”, “간호”를 포함한 기사를 통해 의료, 보건 전반의 기사의 주제와 간호원 관련 기사의 주제의 차이를 파악하였다. 김정은 시기 북한의 간호 담론은 희생적이고 북한 정권에 대한 충성심을 강조한 김정일 시기와 달리 "보이지 않는 곳에서도 묵묵히 일하는" 간호원을 소개하고, 간호 교육의 과학화, 표준화에 관한 내용이 중심을 이루었다. 북한 당국은 장기간 근무한 간호원과 국제사회에 내놓아도 손색없는 간호교육시설을 통해 체제 정당성을 주장하고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 간호의 질 향상을 통한 국제적인 수준의 간호를 지향하고자 하는 북한 당국의 변화된 시각의 가능성을 파악할 수 있었다. Based on the continuous publications of the North Korean authorities, this study examines the discourse on nursing during Kim Jong-un’s era. To compare with the previous era, this study analyzed articles containing the word ‘nursing’ from daily newspapers and magazines starting from the 1950s. By understanding the content of articles across different periods and using techniques such as word frequency and latent Dirichlet allocation for topic modeling, the main themes have been identified. As a supplementary analysis, the differences in the themes of healthcare-related articles and nursing-related articles have been examined in the recent three years’ articles from Rodong Sinmun. The discourse in Kim Jong-un’s era emphasizes the nurses who silently work in unseen places for decades, as well as the scientific and standardization aspects of nursing education. The focus on sacrifice and loyalty to the North Korean regime which was the main theme of the Kim Jong-il era appeared less. The authority frequently highlights the professional activities of nurses and the quality of nursing that meets international standards. This study sheds light on the evolving perspective of the North Korean authorities for nursing quality development that meets international standards.

        The Intelligent Are Full of Doubt: Why Probabilistic Uncertain Advice is Evaluated More Highly than Certain Advice

        This research examines why people prefer probabilistic uncertain advice over certain advice when the decision domain is highly uncertain. Across four studies, the current research finds that when the decision domain is ambiguous, probabilistic uncertain advice leads people to infer that the adviser has considered the alternative outcomes, thus improving the evaluations of the advice. When there are a large (vs. small) number of outcomes, the positive effect of probabilistic uncertain advice on credibility disappears, and alternative explanations, such as the precision effect and perceived uniqueness, do not explain the positive effect of uncertainty. The paper outlines the theoretical implications for the literature on probabilistic forecasting and on the positive effect of expressing uncertainty and provides practical implications for advisers on how to communicate their predictions to gain trust and credibility. The current research is expected to set the stage for meaningful future studies on probabilistic and uncertain advice.

        17세기 養家의 재산상속과 繼後子의 역할

        본 연구는 17세기 분재기 분석을 통하여 양가의 재산상속과 계후자의 역할을 고찰하였다. 첫째, 17세기 전반 계후자와 친딸을 대상으로 균분상속이 행해질 때는 윤회봉사도 함께 이루어졌다. 따라서 이 시기의 계후자는 친딸과 동등한 견지에서 봉사의 일부를 담당한 것으로 파악된다. 둘째, 17세기 후반 계후자와 친딸을 대상으로 차등상속이 시작될 때는 계후자에 의한 단독봉사가 이루어졌다. 따라서 이 시기의 계후자는 가계의 계승자로서 본연의 역할을 담당한 것으로 이해된다. 셋째, 이처럼 17세기 사회에서는 가계를 잇는 계승자로서 계후자의 역할이 중요해졌으나 계후자의 사망, 친자의 출생 등 예기치 못한 변수가 발생하게 되면 종법보다 혈연을 중시하는 계승자 선정이 이루어지기도 하였다. This research has investigated the role of the adopted son who would succeed to the family lineage, through property inheritance of the adopted family in the seventeenth century. In the first place, when the adopted son and biological daughter inherited the same portion of property in the early period of the seventeenth century, both took turns performing rituals. Taking this into account, it is understood that the adopted son undertook some part of performing rituals, in the same position as the biological daughter. In the second place, when the adopted son and biological daughter inherited each different portion of property in the late period of the seventeenth century, the former adopted son solely performed rituals. Taking this into consideration, it is identified that the adopted son undertook his role as the family inheritor. Last, the role and status of the adopted son had been gradually enhancing as the seventeenth century turned into the late period. In case when there happened unpredictable variables such as death of the adopted son or birth of biological son, etc, the inheritor was selected, focusing on blood tie, rather than the clan rules.
