한 쌍의 대기압 플라즈마 제트 장치의 전극에 인가하는 교류 전압의 극성에 따라서 발생되는 플라즈마 칼럼의 전위를 고전압 프로브를 사용하여 계측하였다. 고전압이 인가되는 플라즈마 제트 장치에서 발생되는 플라즈마 칼럼은 고전압 인가측의 전위는 높고 플라즈마 칼럼을 따라서 선형적으로 전위가 감소한다. 이러한 플라즈마 칼럼은 단위 길이당 저항이 수 $M{\Omega}/m$에서 수십 $M{\Omega}/m$의 저항체이다. 한 쌍의 플라즈마 제트 장치의 전극에 극성이 다른 전압으로 발생되는 플라즈마 전위의 극성은 인가전압의 극성과 동일하다. 따라서 서로 다른 극성의 전압을 인가한 한 쌍의 플라즈마 제트 장치에서 방출되는 플라즈마의 대기 중의 병합점에서 상호 인력이 작용하며, 병합점의 전위는 수십 V로 낮다. 동일한 극성의 전압을 인가하여 방출되는 한 쌍의 플라즈마 제트는 상호 동일한 극성의 전위에 의하여 상호 척력이 작용하며, 병합점에서의 전위는 수백 V로 높다. 이러한 한 쌍의 플라즈마 제트에서 방출되는 플라즈마를 인체에 조사하는 경우는 전기적인 충격이나 열적인 손상은 플라즈마의 전위와 전류의 곱인 플라즈마 전력의 크기에 비례한다. The electric potential of plasma column is measured with the high voltage probe in a pair of atmospheric plasma jets operated by AC-voltage. According to the polarity of voltage applied to the electrodes, the polarity of plasma column potential has the same polarity of applied voltage. The high potential of plasma column at the side of high voltage electrode is decreased linearly along the plasma column to the ground side. Therefore, the plasma column seams to be a kind of resistor whose resistivity is a few 10s $M{\Omega}/m$. In the experiment of double-jets system, the polarity of plasma potential is verified to be the same polarity to the applied voltage. When the different voltage polarities are applied to the electrodes of double plasma jets, the attractive force is acted between two plumes at the merged plasma and the plasma potential is measured to be low as a few 10s V. When the same polarity of voltage is applied to the electrode, the repulsive force is acted and the plasma potential is measured to be high as a several 100s V at the merged plumes. In the exposure of plasma plume on the bio-substrate with the double plasma jets, the electric shock and thermal damage might be proportional to the plasma power which is the multiplication of the plasma potential and the plasma current.
형광체 코팅에 따른 Remote Phosphor 구조의 백색 LED 패키지 특성 평가

We developed a package of remote phosphor structure having blue LED chips and phosphors physically separated, and the characteristics were evaluated according to different classifications of phosphor coatings. Remote phosphor was produced by screen printing coating on glass substrate with phosphor content rated paste and heat treatment. After mounting Remote phosphor, which has been classified according to number of coatings, on top of blue LED chips, luminous flux, luminous efficacy, CCT and CRI were measured. The measurement results showed the most suitable characteristics of white LED package as a general light source when the content rate of phosphor in Remote phosphor was 80 wt.% with 3 layers of coatings and thickness over $12{\mu}m$.
실리콘 리플렉터를 적용한 고효율 고출력 LED 패키지 개발

We developed high-efficient 6W-LED package with simple structure by applying Heat Slug and silicone-reflector. LED package was manufactured in 8.5×8.5mm sized multi-chip structure having thickness of 500㎛ achieved by bonding silicon-reflector with prepreg on top of the plate after implementing the reflector placed on copper substrate Half Etching by thickness of 200㎛. The luminous flux, luminous efficacy, correlated color temperature, color rendering index and thermal resistance of developed LED was evaluated, and it verified the application of products by applying it to 120W-LED road luminaires through simulation. The luminous efficacy of LED package reached over 130lm/W, and it is possible to be manufactured into 120W-LED road luminaires using 18 packages. In addition, the simulation results showed average of horizontal illuminance and overall illuminance uniformity that is suitable for three-lane road.
