세기변조방사선치료의 품질관리를 위한 이온전리함 매트릭스의 유용성 고찰

Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility of a commercial ion chamber array for intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) quality assurance (QA) was performed IMRT patient-specific QA Materials and Methods: A use of IMRT patient-specific QA was examined for nasopharyngeal patient by using 6MV photon beams. The MatriXX (Wellhofer Dosimetrie, Germany) was used for IMRT QA. The case of nasopharyngeal cancer was performed inverse treatment planning. A hybrid dose distribution made on the CT data of MatriXX and solid phantom all of the same gantry angle (0$^\circ$). The measurement was acquired with geometrical condition that equal to hybrid treatment planning. The $\gamma$-index (dose difference 3%, DTA 3 mm) histogram was used for quantitative analysis of dose discrepancies. An absolute dose was compared at the high dose low gradient region. Results: The dose distribution was shown a good agreement by gamma evaluation. A proportion of acceptance criteria was 95.8%, 97.52%, 96.28%, 98.20%, 97.78%, 96.64% and 92.70% for gantry angles were 0$^\circ$, 55$^\circ$, 110$^\circ$, 140$^\circ$, 220$^\circ$, 250$^\circ$ and 305$^\circ$, respectively. The absolute dose in high dose low gradient region was shown reasonable agreement with the RTP calculation within $\pm$3%. Conclusion: The MatriXX offers the dosimetric characteristics required for performing both relative and absolute measurements. If MatriXX use in the clinic, it could be simplified and reduced the IMRT patient-specific QA workload. Therefore, the MatriXX is evaluated as a reliable and convenient dosimeter for IMRT patient-specific QA.

We can recognize that the Image and the Spiritual being are basic concepts of explaining the chinese painting. Because these concepts are key concepts in the chinese philosophy. It is useful that Image and Spiritual being concepts searching by Chinese Traditional Painting Aesthetics Theories, which are records about ancient oriental paintings. ``The shape and spirit theory(形神論)``, the basis of Chinese painting is the core proposition in the history of Chinese painting theory. This proposition is an actually fundamental matter about a relation of a Chinese painting and objective reality and subjective thought(情思) corresponded to. To see the developed history of Chinese painting theory, other proposition in Chinese painting are developed from this proposition, what is more all of them could have been developed, deepened and changed. The issue about ``The shape and spirit(形神)`` is basically the issue about the material and spiritual that is called ``the body and mind(身心)`` in ancient. ``The body(身)`` that comes under ``the shape(形)`` means a form or body, ``the mind(心)`` that comes under ``the spirit(神)`` means soul or divinity. The issue that comes from a separation and combination of ``the shape and spirit`` is a subject investigated in philosophy, religion, natural science and all fields of study. In my opinion, Spiritual being, which is mentioned in painting theory, has various hidden meanings and need to researched by various spectrum. So I``m going to explain the chinese painting theories by finding and analyzing the hidden meanings of Spiritual being and Image. Getting new meaning from the concept of Image and Spiritual being, It would like to be a useful way, that is to connect the concept of Research. To connect Research with Shape and Spiritual being, we know that the concept of Spiritual being has hidden meaning.
빅데이터 기반의 인사 데이터 분석을 통한 맞춤형 HRM 시스템 설계

최근 기업들은 빅데이터 활용을 통해 얻은 분석결과를 고객 마케팅 및 영업 전략 수립에 적극 활용함으로써 수익성 증대 및 비용 절감이라는 기대 효익를 달성하고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 기업 내 시스템 사용자를 고객으로 두고 있는 HRM시스템 역시 인사데이터 분석을 기반으로 사용자의 기호와 요구사항을 반영한 가치 있는 정보를 제공해줌으로써 기존 기업 고객 이외에 잠재적인 고객층을 확보할 수 있는 맞춤형 HRM 시스템으로 진화해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 기반의 인사데이터 분석의 필요성과 국외 인사데이터 분석 활용사례를 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 빅데이터 분석기술을 활용하여 사용자에게 가치 있는 정보를 제공해주는 개인화된 맞춤형 HRM시스템을 제안 및 설계하고자 한다.
