A copolymer of Glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and poly(ethyleneglycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) was prepared by suspension polymerization and Iminodiacetic acid (IDA) group was grafted onto the epoxide group of GMA. In addition, the adsorption properties and thermodynamic properties were examined. The structure and morphology of the microbeads were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). And the basic performance of poly(GMA-co-PEDGDA) microbeads were measured. The peak at 1250 cm-1, 912 cm-1 and 765 cm-1 resulted from symmetrical stretching of the epoxy ring, asymmetrical ring stretching of C-C bond and 12 micron band respectively.

In Korea, self-employed people account for about 24% of the total number of employed people, so the proportion of them is especially high when compared to the world. Most of these self-employed businesses operate as tenants, but on May 13, 2015, five provisions were newly established in the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act, which mainly protects the opportunity to recover the premium, and on October 16, 2018, protection for tenants was strengthened. Nevertheless, criticism continues that it is still insufficient to protect tenants, and in reality, disputes are constantly occurring. The reason why premium disputes are constantly occurring is that the concept of the newly established premium as above is uncertain and does not play a practical role in protecting tenants. Therefore, in this study, the author critically analyzes the current premium collection opportunity protection regulations and proposes a legislative improvement plan that can more practically and stably protect the premium collection opportunity of commercial tenants. 우리나라는 자영업자가 전체 취업자의 24%정도를 차지할 정도로 전 세계를 비교해봐도 유독 그 비중이 높다. 이러한 자영업자는 대부분 임차인으로 영업을 하는데, 이들의 권리금에 대한 보호를 하지 않다가 2015. 5. 13. 상가건물임대차보호법에 상가임차인의 권리금 회수기회를 보호하는 것을 주요 내용으로 하는 5개 조항이 신설되었고, 2018. 10. 16. 위 법의 개정으로 임차인에 대한 보호가 강화되었다. 그럼에도 임차인 보호에는 여전히 미흡하다는 비판이 계속되고 있고, 현실적으로 분쟁이 끊임없이 발생하고 있다. 이와 같이 권리금 분쟁이 끊임없이 발생하는 이유는 위와 같이 신설된 권리금 등에 대한 개념이 불확실하고, 임차인 보호에 실질적인 역할을 하지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 저자는 본 연구에서 현행 권리금 회수기회 보호규정을 비판적으로 분석하여 상가임차인의 권리금 회수기회를 보다 실질적이고 안정적으로 보호할 수 있는 입법론적인 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다.

교실 상호작용에 관한 갈등과 대응 전략 :두 교사의 수업 딜레마

The purpose of this study is to understand the teaching dilemmas of teachers in interaction with students. I conducted a interpretative case study of teaching dilemmas. The main informants included the two teachers who were observed during the fifth grade first term social studies classes and interviewed after their instructions. I specifically observed how teachers attempted to solve a series of teaching dilemmas and understood why each of them maintained an instruction pattern. The findings suggest it is needed not only the provisions for teachers that give teaching skills for solving teaching dilemmas but also focusing on teachers in discussions on the curriculum. 본 해석적 사례 연구(interpretative case study)의 목적은 교사들이 교실 상호작용과 관련하여 겪는 수업 딜레마(teaching dilemmas)가 무엇인지 이해하는 데 있다. 연구자는 이를 위해 두 초등 학교 두 교사를 주제보자롤 선정하여 이 두 교사가 수업 딜레마를 해결하기 위해 어떤 대응 전략을 사용하며 그들이 왜 일정한 교실 상호작용 형태를 유지해 가는지 심층적으로 기술하였다. 교사들의 수업 갈등과 대응 전략은 학생들의 기본 학습 능력, 교과 진도 및 수업 시간 등 교실 수업을 둘러싼 상황적 맥락과 교사의 개인적 신념에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구는 교사들의 수업 딜레마 극복을 위해서는 대학 교육 및 현장 연수에서 교사들이 겪을 수 있는 수업 갈등이 무엇인지 다룰 필요가 있으며 교육 과정 논의시 교사에 대한 고려가 필요함을 제안하고 있다.

IS DOLLARIZATION GOOD FOR CAMBODIA?

During the 12 years since 1992 when people started to use the dollar as a currency in Cambodia, the share of the dollar has reached more than 70% of the total currency. This dollarization phenomenon has resulted in large seigniorage losses for the Cambodian government. The costs are estimated up to US$682 million at the end of 2004 with an additional US$61 million lost annually. Furthermore, there are many other kinds of costs caused by the side effects of seigniorage loss. Without siegiorage, some monetary, fiscal and foreign trade policies are no longer available. Worsening the distortion of income distribution is another side effect. These are major costs of dollarization over the direct seigniorage loss. The benefits of dollarization include stabilizing price levels and lowering the risk of national default during a foreign currency crisis. It is not difficult to conclude that the costs of dollarization outweigh the benefits. There are two de-dollarization methods. One is a policy that prohibits people from using the dollar as a currency by law. The other is the policy that widens the difference of the costs and the benefits of using dollar, also by law. Either method is applicable but it seems reasonable that the method of prohibition by direct law would be more effective and efficient than the other method, since 84% of total population exclusively uses the riel in Cambodia. It is totally dependant on the decision of Cambodian government whether or not a de-dollarization policy is adopted. The results of the decision, for good or ill, will rest finally with the people of Cambodia.

증기발생기 전열관의 균열성 결함에 대한 와전류 신호 평가

The steam generator tubes of the nuclear power plant should be inspected using eddy current techniques. Recently the crack-like defects become a major concern for the integrity of the steam generator tubes. These defects could be detected by the MRPC(Motorized Rotating Pancake Coil) method, not by the conventional bobbin coil method. In this paper it has been attempted to estimate the length of the cracks at the tube expansion region using of MRPC technique. The lengths of both axial and circumferential cracks show a tendency of overestimation compared to the real lengths. As the depths of the defects decrease from 100% through 50% of the wall thickness, the error of the length estimation is increased.
