The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of psychological skill factor of college golf players in a match or an exercise and help them to enhance the performance. Among the college golf players registered in the Korean College Golf Association, 244 players who had participated in "the Ball Big Outstanding college student golf match" and "the 24 th Korean college golf players' match" were selected for a test population with a cluster sampling method. In order to verify the hypotheses in this research, we used t-test and one way ANOVA to draw the following conclusions. First, t-test was used to examine the psychological skill factor by gender differences, and goal setting, concentration difficulty, and distraction due to anxiety showed a difference with a 0.05 significance level (p < 0.05), but there were no significant differences by other factors. Second, the psychological skill factor according to their academic years at college education has been analyzed with one-way ANOVA, distraction due to anxiety showed a difference with a 0.05 significance level (p < 0.05), but there were no significant differences by other factors. Third, the psychological skill factor according to tournament experience of college golf players has been analyzed with one-way ANOVA, and achievement motive showed a difference with a 0.01 significance level (p < 0.01). However, there were no significant differences by the other factors.
$C_3S$의 生成反應 및 特性에 미치는 黃酸鹽의 影響

Effect of $SO_3$ on the formation of $C_3S$ and its properties were investigated through studies for diffusion of reacting component, the size variation of $C_3S$ and compositional change of the phases in the clinker. When less than 2.0% of $SO_3$ was added to the clinker composition, the formation of $C_3S$ was enhanced, however, addition of more than 2.0% of $SO_3$ rather restrained the reaction remarkably. The diffusion coefficient of Si into the melt was about $3.6~4.2{\times}10^{-7}Cm^2$/sec and it was slightly decreased with the amount of $SO_3$. The crystal size of $C_3S$ formed in the clinker was grown gradually according to the amount of $SO_3$, when more than 1.0% of $SO_3$ was added. With increasing of $SO_3$ content in the clinker composition of CaO and decreasing of $SiO_2$ were found in the melt of the clinker. Consequently, it is considered that the decreasing of $C_3S$ formation is caused by dissolution and transportation of CaO component into liquid phase is interrupted. $C_3S$의 생성반응과 특성에 미치는 $SO_3$의 영향을 클린커중에서의 반응물질의 확산, $C_3S$의 결정크기 변화 및 조성변화 등을 통하여 규명하였다. 2.0% 미만의 $SO_3$를 첨가하였을 때 $C_3S$의 생성은 양호하였으나 2.0%이상이 첨가되면 오히려 $C_3S$의 생성이 억제되었다. 융액내로의 Si성분의 확산계수는 약 $3.6~4.2{\times}10^{-7}Cm^2$/sec이었으며 $SO_3$의 함량이 증가함에 따라 미소하게 감소하였으나 크게 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 보인다. 1.0% 이상의 $SO_3$를 첨가한 클린커에서 생성된 $C_3S$의 크기는 점점 거대해지는 경향이 있었다. 또한 클린커 조성에 $SO_3$의 양이 증가할수록 융액 조성중의 CaS는 감소하고 $SiO_2$는 증가하였으며 따라서 $C_3S$의 생성이 저하하는 것은 CaO 성분이 융액내로의 용해 및 물질이동이 저해되기 때문이라 생각된다.
신 사구체 질환에서 Nephrin, Glomerular Epithelial Cell Protein-1 (GLEPP1) 및 WT-1 발현에 관한 연구

Glomerular epithelial cell protein-1 (GLEPP1) and WT-1 expressed in mature visceral glomerular epithelial cell (VGEC) is required for maintenance of the mature status of VGEC. Nephrin protein is located at the filtration slit and regarded as a molecular component of the slit diaphragm. Alterations of these proteins in proteinuric diseases are not clearly defined. Methods : We investigated the expression of GLEPP1, WT-1 and nephrin in 28 renal biopsies diagnosed with minimal change nephropathy (n=10), focal glomerulosclerosis (n=10) and membranous nephritis (n=8) by immunohistochemical staining. Normal control biopsies were obtained from six nephrectomy specimens. Results : The patients consisted of 15 males and 13 females. The mean age was 40.7 years. Nephrotic range proteinuria (≥3.5 g/day) was noted in 15 (54%) patients. GLEPP1 and nephrin expression were significantly decreased in patients as compared with those of the controls (p<0.05). The mean number of WT-1 expressing cells per glomerulus was also significantly decreased in patients as compared with those of the controls (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the number of WT-1 expressing cells among the disease groups. Conclusions : These results suggest that the loss of biological markers of mature VGEC may play an important role in the pathogenesis of proteinuria.
