企業模型 : 生産部門과 財務部門을 고려한 模擬實驗模型 A Simulation Model with a Production Part and a Financial Part
金熙鐸 상명대학교 논문집 1984 상명대학교논문집 Vol.14 No.-
This study attempts to build a corporate model which has a theoretical background and useful applications to the real world. First, the previous studies are reviewed. The studies are categorized into three parts: studies with simulation models, studies with mathematical programming models and studies with simultaneous equation models. Second, the corporate model which uses the simulations is set up. The model contains a production part and a financial part. It describes the production and the financial part of a unit firm. Third, the simulations are performed with the 19 cases of the variations of the several variables. After the results are analyzed, the model is evaluated. Finally, the conclusions and the recomendations are presented.

As the 21st century draws near, we are wondering what kind of production system might be the best system for the mankind in the next century. The system which we are using most is the lean system which was originally designed by Toyota and is now used all over the world with popularity. Lean system is known as the best production system for its efficiency and fast introduction of new products. The system, however, requires high work intensity of the labor. The alternative is the system used by Uddevalla motor plant of Volvo. It used highly autonomous work team and wide breadth of job enlargement. The labor satisfies more despite of less efficiency than the lean system. The question, which system is the better system, is not decided yet. The purpose of the study is to compare these two systems in the aspect of productivity, learning, team operations, and others. The study critically reviews previous studies on the matter. Chapter 2 outlines the background of the lean production system and the major elements of the system. Chapter 3 delineates the social background of the birth of Volvo's production system and the major operation characteristics of the system. Chapter 4 compares two system in the aspects of productivity, learning capability, team operations, and others. Chapter 5 is the conclusion of the study.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between changes in muscle tension in the tibialis anterior (TA) and gastrocnemius medial and lateral head and spatio-temporal gait when sitting and standing positions were performed in chronic stroke patients. The general characteristics of the study subjects were analyzed by descriptive statistics. For the evaluation of muscle tension, a corresponding sample t-test was conducted on the sitting and standing posture for the frequency (F), dynamic stiffness (S), and decrement (D). Spearman correlation analysis was applied to find out the correlation between muscle tension and spatio-temporal walking of the affected leg during the sitting and standing posture. The significance level was set to 0.05. In the sitting and standing posture, the changes in the muscle tension of the TA, gastrocnemius medial and lateral head showed significant changes in all items except for item D of the TA (p<0.05). In the results of the correlation study with spatiotemporal gait, there was a significant correlation between gait speed and D items of the TA, and segmentation speed was significantly correlated between F items of the TA and S items of gastrocnemius medial muscle (p<0.05). In the results of a study on the correlation between standing posture and spatio-temporal gait, gait speed, step time and step length difference showed a significant correlation with gastrocnemius medial muscle, and a significant correlation with the step length difference and the F item of the TA (p<0.05).
