어린이집 윤리경영이 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 어린이집의 윤리경영이 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 어린이집의 윤리경영 도입의 필요성을 논의하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 연구대상은 J도내 국공립, 사회복지법인 어린이집에 재직 중인 교사 142명이었으며, 분석방법은 빈도분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘어린이집의 교직원에 대한 윤리성’이 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 하위요인인 ‘인사관리 윤리성’과 ‘복지후생 및 노무관리 윤리성’은 교사의 직무만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘교직원의 어린이집, 동료 및 전문가조직에 대한 윤리성’의 하위요인인 ‘소속 어린이집에 대한 윤리성’과 ‘동료교사에 대한 윤리성’은 교사의 직무만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 어린이집의 윤리경영은 교사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of ethical management on teachers’ job satisfaction and discuss the necessity of ethical management in child care center. 142 teachers working in the child care centers of national and public social welfare foundations in J-do were analyzed by frequency, correlation and multiple regression methods. Analysis results are as follows. First, in reference to the ‘ethics of the child care center for the teachers’ and teachers’ satisfaction, the sub-factors of ‘personnel management ethics’ and ‘welfare benefits and labor management ethics’ were proportional to the teachers’ satisfaction. Second, with respect to the ‘teachers’ ethics for the child care center, fellow teachers and professional organization’, the sub-factors of ‘ethics for the child care center’ and ‘ethics for fellow teachers’ were proportional to the teachers’ satisfaction. Therefore, ethical management of child care center was appeared to impact on the teachers’ satisfaction.

다문화가족정책의 서비스 전달체계 분석

본격적인 다문화 시대를 맞아 다문화가족의 증가추세에 따른 많은 문제점이 노출되고 있다. 특히 전달체계의 문제점으로 인한 양질의 서비스는 물론 적시에 서비스가 전달되지 않음으로 인해 많은 다문화 가족이 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 현실에 착안하여 복지정책의 분석틀로 널리 알려진 길버트와 스펙트(Gilbert & Specht)의 분석틀 중에서 특히 전달 체계에 중점을 두어 전달체계의 개선방향을 살펴보았다. 전달체계의 개선 부문은 정부 부처 간 협조체계, 중앙정부와 지방정부 간의 협력강화, 전문 인력의 양성, 민간기관의 지원 등으로 제시하고 있기도 하지만 본 연구에 서는 정부주도형 전달체계와 민간주도형 전달체계를 살펴보고 다문화가족 지원정책의 전달체계의 문제점을 살펴보아 효과적인 다문화가족지원정책의 전달체계 개발 측면을 제시하고 있다. 전달체계의 일반적 원칙으로 제시되는 전문성, 적합성, 포괄성, 지속성, 통합성, 평등성, 책임성, 접근용이성 등에서 종합하여 통합성과 효율성 측에서 살펴보았다. 이를 통하여 각기 다른 정책을 결정하고 전달하는 중앙 정부부처의 전달체계의 통합성 개발과 공적전달체계와 민간전달체계의 효율성 개발을 제안하고 있다.

인터랙티브 애니메이션에서 상호작용적 재구성기반 디지털 스토리텔링

과학기술의 발전은 다양한 미디어 환경의 변화와 함께 문화와 예술의 구성요소를 다중(多重) 형태로 변형시켜 왔다. 특히 애니메이션 장르에서 다양한 이미지의 재매개화 영상처리 기술을 통해 재생적 시각 형태들을 발전시켜왔다. 커뮤니케이션의 다원 적 정보전달 수단의 발전에 따라 최근의 애니메이 션은 인터랙티브 디지털 미디어 디자인 기술과 접목됨으로써 보다 진보적인 예술 표현영역과 기술영 역에서 많은 발전을 했다고 볼 수 있다. 전통적인 애니메이션 표현 매체는 컴퓨터그래픽으로 인해 환상적 재현으로 가상적 환영 영상 등 표현이 다양해 졌으며 동시에 새로운 표현 디자인 방법으로 인터 랙티브 영상미디어와의 상호 연계로 인한 재매개적 기능으로 변형되고 있다. 이는 새로운 하드웨어나 소프트웨어적인 영상처리 기술로 가능해진 일이며, 애니메이션 영상이 단순히 스크린에 투영되기보다 는 관객의 정보를 인터랙티브 애니메이션 구성에 필요한 시청각적 구성 요소들을 조작하는데 필요한 요소로 사용되고 있다. 인터랙티브 애니메이션은 관 람객으로 하여금 애니메이션 환경을 접할 때 능동 적인 참여는 물론, 보다 몰입감을 가지게 되는 상호 작용적인 환경을 제공함으로서 애니메이션 제작 패 러다임에서 새로운 예술 표현기법의 일부분이 된다. 인터랙티브 애니메이션에서의 새로운 패러다임은 전통적인 애니메이션 표현 매체보다 관객 참여를 더욱 능동적으로 만들며, 관람자는 상호작용적 체험 환경공간 속에서 스스로 매체와 매체간의 조합을 통하여 오감과 직관적, 정신적 체험까지 경험 할 수 있는 애니메이션 체험 공간을 만들어갈 수 있다. 또 한 인터랙티브 애니메이션 제작의 중요한 단계인 인터랙티브 디지털 스토리텔링은 인터랙티브 애니 메이션의 특징 중 하나로, 관람자에게 다양한 선택 과 통제의 기회를 주기 때문에 상호작용적 체험 공 간 속에서 수용자 능동적인 매체 조합을 하는 동시 에 개인이 새로운 시나리오를 쓸 수 있게 하고 애니메이션이 유동적인 가상세계 시공간이 될 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구는 현대 미디어환경 속에서 전통 애니메이션을 바탕으로 하여 인터랙티브 애니메이 션의 디지털 스토리텔링 가치를 재해석하고 인터랙 티브 스토리 작성에서 예술적 표현 및 영상처리 디자인 방법론에 대하여 분석하였다. 상호작용기능과 혼합된 내러티브 플롯형태의 영상과 관련하여 인터 랙티브 애니메이션의 기본 인터랙션 기능의 부합적 용과 인터페이스 장치의 특성 활용 등을 제안하며, 인터랙티브 애니메이션 재현환경의 새로운 디자인 방법으로써 인터랙티브적 디지털 스토리텔링의 적용 타당성을 탐구하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 기존의 애니메이션의 원리를 유지하되 인터랙티브 애니메 이션에 적용된 제작기법이나 상호작용에 필요한 영 상처리 및 센싱 기술은 새로운 기술력이 필요한 부 분이며 지속적인 추가의 연구가 이루어져야 한다고 생각한다. The development of the technology has affected on the visual and formal elements of art and culture in various ways. Especially, owing to the various image processing technologies, animation also has evolved in its visual forms. Recently, animation has been developed within progressive artistic expression and techniques by converging interactive digital media design technology. This transformation owes to new hardware technology and image processing software. The current interactive animation is based on interactive technology and the viewer`s participation is used as a part of the visual elements of animation rather than just image projection. Interactive technology also has been applied to making an interactive animation. Within the interactive animation environment, the viewer can achieve a sense of immersive condition and active participation by becoming a part of interactive animation. This study is focused on the design methodology in order to analyze the production process from storytelling to image processing of interactive animation, In other to do that factor of interactive storytelling one can suggest to do effective methodology about interactive animation experience space. The factor of interactivity can give various chances of choice and control. Therefore, Audience could make new scenario in accordance to the experience due to the choice the people themselves made. This thesis was conducted to find out what kind of meaning digital storytelling has in the interactive animation experience space as one of the effective methodologies which could be dynamic and exciting space depending on the behavior of Audience. Also, applied fabrication techniques, image processing and sensing technologies needed to interact limit and maintain the principles of traditional animation, but the new technology is a necessary part of continuous additional research needs to be conducted.

두 여성 개업상담사의 진로과정에 나타나는 젠더특성

The purpose of this study was to investigate gender characteristics which appeared in the career paths of women practice counselors. For this purpose, this study established a research question, “What are the gender characteristics that appear on the career paths of women practice counselors?” To solve this research question, this study conducted research on the life histories of two professional women practice counselors in middle ages. The majority of the data was collected through interviews and the study analyzed the gender characteristics which appeared in the career paths of these two women counselors. As the result of analysis, the following characteristics were found: first, the career paths of the two women counselors were greatly influenced by the development cycle of their families; second, women counselors experienced conflict between gender evaluations and their identities as professionals in their jobs; third, the two women counselors showed integrated gender characteristics in their career paths. Social, educational and counseling meaning of these analysis results are as follows: first, gender characteristics have considerable effects on women's career paths in modern Korean society; next, in order to prevent women's career interruption and downgraded reentry into new areas, education and training require review and reconsideration; third, reevaluation is needed on the professional expertise of careers with caring functions which become 'genderized' as female careers; lastly, women counselors should perceive their gender issues as cultural diversity in counseling scenes. 본 연구에서는 여성 개업상담사의 진로과정에서 나타나는 젠더 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 ‘여성 개업상담사들의 진로과정에 나타나는 젠더 특성은 무엇인가?’ 라는 연구문제를 설정하였다. 연구문제 해결을 위해 상담전문가인 중년의 두 여성 개업상담사의 생애사 연구를 진행하였다. 주 자료는 인터뷰를 통해 수집되었으며 두 여성 개업상담사들의 생애에서 진로에 나타난 젠더특성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 사항들이 발견되었다. 첫째, 두 여성상담사들의 진로과정은 가족의 발달주기에 큰 영향을 받았다. 둘째, 한 여성상담사는 상담하는 일에 대한 젠더적 평가와 전문직으로서의 정체성 사이의 갈등이 있었다. 셋째, 두 여성상담사들은 진로과정에서 통합된 젠더특성을 보여주었다. 이상의 분석결과가 갖는 사회⋅교육적 의미와 상담에서 갖는 의미는 다음과 같다. 먼저 현대 한국사회의 여성 진로과정에 젠더 특성은 상당한 영향을 미친다. 다음으로 여성들의 경력 단절이나 새로운 분야로의 진입 시 하향진입을 예방하기 위해 교육, 훈련에 대한 문제를 검토해야한다. 다음으로 여성적 직업으로 젠더화 된 돌봄 기능 직업이 갖고 있는 전문성에 대한 재평가가 필요하다. 마지막으로 여성상담사들은 자신들의 젠더이슈를 상담 장면에서 문화적다양성으로 인식해야한다.
