In our nation, junior college was establised and managed in 1979 and the department reated to photography of junior college were establised in 1981. During about twenty years from establishment, the department of photography have many problems which interfere their original functions accomplishment, for example social cognition problem, college problem, student problem, and currriculum. Of these problems, the representaive problem which can improve by themselve' s endeavor is a curriculum. So, junior college should be managed by their basical goal and a special curriculum developing to bring up the mainstay proffesion. At now, the curriculum of photography devision which have many problems and must be solved was characteristics of rigidity, uniformity, a lack of variety. The results of this survey using questionaire of previous problems as fallowes They need a more effective curriculum. They need a more variable educational environment. To fulfil their need, we must enlarge estabishment and technical tools and professors in special devision. Also, we should improve a environmental situation(for example, photogaraphy cultural development, social cognition level' s improvement, and more longer education term). To performance the previous improvemental policy, we must need political and financial supporting from national and college agent If we can fulfill the formal needed conditions by continuosly and systemetically endeavor and research, the department of photography in junior college will more develope than before.

QuickTime VR을 이용한 안경테 3D 전자카다록 개발에 관한 연구

The glasses are in demand not as an instrument for correcting weak sight or an compensation, but as fashion accessaries or preservation of eyesight through the increase of income and improvement of the standard of living. So, the development possibility of the glasses market is bigger than any other branch of business. And it is important to develop the design and work out a strategy of marketing as well as its function because it has fashion markets for background. However, the local glasses industry is mostly paltry, so there are not many enterprises in abundant circumstances enough to set up their own strategies of marketing and business. Especially the marketing mind on the internet or network circumstances is extremely in a low level and in fact, it is difficult to expect the electronic industry trade for the export and import. Consequently, this study sets a goal of establishing the network circumstance where we can strengthen publicity activities on excellent goods through '3D electronic catalogue development'. And this study also takes aim at developing the catalogue by using multimedia visual technology(QuickTime VR). All these goals are as a part of multimedia marketing plan of the local glasses production industry that is awfully lagging behind compared with multimedia application rate of the consumer. The development method of this research is using the VR technology on the computer monitor. There are several kinds of the program and instrument used to get information of the goods by using this VR technology. But in this study, we developed the program by using QuickTime VR Authoring Studio of Apple Corporation. 'The 3D eletronic catalogue' developed in this study has excellent efficiency compared with a plane image by print media. A consumer can observe the goods by turning over the goods as if he really touched the goods with his hands. Besides, the 3D electronic catalogue can fully show its good points in the internet-using homepage, electronic industry trade, CD and DVD, and marketing using e-mail, etc.

Although the history of instruction in Korean photo-technique has only one hundred years, the photo in our morden life has a very important position. Now a days, improving our national econoal economical life accompanied with increasing leisure-time people caused to increase photo-demand rapidly, to increase amateur photograpers number and customer's cognition of photography. But photograpers in the photo-business field are managing their photo-studio have a poor establihment. This situation of photo-business field couldn't fulfill a customers demand. Because photograpers in our city can be manager without sufficent knowledge and fund, there are so many photo studio which contest exccessively, and they don't good follow the rules of agreement price of proffesional photograper association. This present situation of business photo-field caused to inefficient capital and bad quality of photography. The suggestive points of the result In this study are follw : First, it is needed a certification system for photo-studio managers in order to regulate the non-certified managers. Second, it is needed more active advertisement strategy for photostudio in order to create customer's concern and demand. Third, it is needed specialization and biggerization for photo-studio. Fourth, it is needed qualitative improving and education for business photograpers. Fifth, it is needed education curriculum to business photography for school education.

T-50 고등 훈련기 엔진/기체 적합성 검증을 위한 추진계통 비행시험

항공기를 개발함에 있어 기체를 구성하는 계통의 성능이 항공기 요구도를 만족하는 수준으로 발휘되는지 확인하는 것이 중요하다. 특히, 엔진을 포함한 추진계통은 항공기를 구성하는 구성품 중 중요한 계통으로서, 추진계통과 기체와의 통합성을 검증하는 것이 항공기 개발에 있어 필수적 요소이다. T-50 고등훈련기 체계개발 시 추진계통 검증을 위해 엔진 공중재시동 시험 및 엔진 축마력 시험, backup throttle기능 시험 등의 다양한 비행시험을 수행하였으며, 이와 같은 항목의 비행시험을 통하여 T-50 고등 훈련기의 추진계통이 기체에 적합하게 설계/장착되었음을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 추진계통 비행시험 항목에 대한 설명 및 시험 절차, 결과를 제시하였으며, 본 논문의 내용이 차후 타 항공기 개발 시 추진계통 관련 비행시험을 준비하는 과정에서 참고가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. It is important during FSD(Full Scale Development) period to verify whether the aircraft system function meets the aircraft requirements and functional performance. Especially, the functionality of the integrated propulsion system should be verified to evaluate the compatibility with aircraft. Various flight tests such as the engine airstart test, the engine horsepower extraction test, the backup throttle functionality test had been performed to evaluate the engine/aircraft compatibility with T-50 during FSD period. Through such flight tests, it was confirmed that the propulsion system of T-50 was properly designed and installed to the aircraft. This paper shows description on each flight test item, test procedure and test results. It is expected that this paper could be a reference for preparing the propulsion flight test in other aircraft developments.

지역 인적자원의 활동특성이 중소도시 재생에 미치는 영향 분석

In this study, the concept of small and medium-sized urban regeneration is defined as the importance of establishing a regional economic circulation structure by efficiently utilizing local resources for the sustainable regeneration of small and medium-sized cities. Based on this concept, this study examines the impact of human resource activities on regeneration projects in small and medium-sized cities and derives policy implications for human resource revitalization. An in-depth interview survey was conducted on various individuals who participated in the urban regeneration project in Uiseong-gun, Naju-si, and Chungju-si. The analysis focused on measuring the effect of improving the physical environment and restoring the business district, the process of human actors participating in urban regeneration projects. The results show that in areas with insufficient human resources, the subjects related to urban regeneration projects should participate as project implementers to increase their capabilities, and their activities can induce external human resources and support residents in other business areas. However, the job creation effects were found to be insufficient due to the lack of strategies to utilize local industrial resources or advance regional technology. This study suggests that for small and medium-sized urban regeneration, it is necessary to convert the urban regeneration project conducted only within the region to a project that can handle the entire declining area. In addition, there is a need for a plan to support the establishment of a package project that combines job and housing support for the influx of human resources, and town management cooperatives for the entire declining areas are suggested.
