While everyone who uses electric power desires perfect frequency, voltage, stability, and reliability at all times, this cannot be realized in practice. The supplying utility cannot be expected to provide a perfect power supply because many of the causes of power supply disturbances are beyond the control of the utility. The outage happens but due to many reason. The electricity equipment requires consequently the emergency power supply. We classify the subordinate for quick supply of the emergency power supply and must grope the supply plan. We will find out in this paper through the case study about the emergency power efficient operation plan.

대학태권도선수의 완벽주의 성향이 자기관리에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학태권도선수들의 완벽주의 성향과 자기관리와의 관계를 알아보고, 나아가 자기관리의 요인들에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 2008년 현재 대한태권도협회에 등록된 대학팀 6개 학교를 무선으로 선정 총 200명을 표집 하였다. 설문지는 인구통계학적 특성 4문항, 완벽주의 성향은 5개 요인 16문항으로 구성하였고, 자기관리는 6개 요인 35문항으로 총 55문항으로 구성하였다. 수거한 설문지는 통계프로그램 SPSS/PC 12.0 버전을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계, 회귀분석을 활용해 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 부모기대와 정신관리는 정적관계가 있고, 부모비난과는 부적관계가 있다. 둘째, 코치압력과 생활관리는 정적관계가 있고, 부모비난과는 부적관계가 있다. 셋째, 코치압력과 고유행동관리는 정적관계가 있고, 부모비난과는 부적관계가 있다. 넷째, 코치압력과 훈련관리는 정적관계가 있고, 부모비난과는 부적관계가 있다. 다섯째, 부모기대와 대인관리는 정적관계가 있고, 부모비난과는 부적관계가 있다. 여섯째, 부모기대와 몸 관리는 정적관계가 있고, 부모비난과는 부적 관계가 있다. 위 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 대학태권도선수의 완벽주의 성향은 자기관리와 영향관계가 있다. This study examined the relationship of perfection tendencies of college-level Taekwondo athletes on self discipline, and aimed at finding what kind of effects that it has on self-management factors. 200 students randomly selected from six college teams registered in the Korea Taekwondo Association at 2008 were used the samples. The collected questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS/PC 12.0 to find the following results. First, parental expectation and mental discipline had an adaptation relationship, while having a negative relationship with parental criticism, Secondly, coach pressure and lifestyle discipline had an adaptation relationship, while having a negative relationship with parental criticism. Third, coach pressure and unique behavior discipline had an adaptation relationship, while having a negative relationship with parental criticism. Fourth, coach pressure and training discipline had an adaptation relationship, while having a negative relationship with parental criticism. Fifth, parental expectation and social discipline had an adaptation relationship, while having a negative relationship with parental criticism. Sixth, parental expectation and physical discipline had an adaptation relationship, while having a negative relationship with parental criticism. When summing up the above results, the perfectionism tendencies of college Taekwondo athletes had an effect on self discipline. In other words, parental expectations had a passive relationship on mental, social and physical discipline, while coach pressure had a passive relationship on lifestyle discipline, unique behavior discipline and training discipline. On the other hand, parental criticism had a negative on all sub-factors of self discipline. Meanwhile, results showed that there was no considerable affect of worries on personal standards or mistakes.

홍순석 강남대학교부설 한국학연구소 1993 韓國學論集 Vol.1 No.-
경기도내 현존하는 서원이나 훼철서원터에 대한 구체적인 실태는 필자가 조사를 실시하기 이전까지는 거의 파악되지 않은 상태였다. 규장각 소장의 고문헌 가운데 『열읍원우사적』이 있어서 참고가 됨직 한데, 불행히도 경기도편은 일실되어 살필길 없다. 현장조사보고서로는 일제하에서 조선총독부 주관으로 1920년 당시 전국의 취락에 대한 실태를 파악하던중 저명한 동족부락 안에 그때까지 존속하고 있던 서원의 현황을 조사한 보고서 『조선の취락』(후편)이 있을 뿐이다. 이 자료를 통해 『증보문헌비고』의 소략한 기록을 보충할 수 있었으나, 그나마 여기에 조사된 자료는 몇몇에 불과하고, 자료로서도 불충분하다. 그 이후 6.25전란과 향촌사회의 변화에 따라 크게 달라졌음을 전제할 때 현존하는 서원의 실태조사는 전무한 셈이다. 근래에 와서 각 군의 군지를 편찬하면서 서원 항목을 별도로 다루고 있어 미흡하나마 대략의 사실은 소개되어 있다. 그러나 대부분의 자료가 고증되지 않은 사실을 그대로 전재함으로써 많은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 특히 그 지방의 유림이 아닌 각 문중에서 배향해온 서원의 경우는 왜곡된 사실이 적지 않았다. 이러한 점을 감안 할 때 서원의 실태조사는 시급한 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 이번의 경기도내 훼철된 서원조사는 이러한 점에서 큰 의미를 지닌다. 물론 여러가지 제약상 대원군때 훼철된 서원만 대상으로 하였다는 점에서는 제한적이다. 앞으로는 해당 행정당국과 각 문중의 적극적인 배려하에 현존하는 서원·사우에 관한 구체적인 실태 조사가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 최소한 각 서원의 『서원지』라도 고증을 통해 정비되어야 할 것이다.

박은 시의 수사기교 연구(1)-拗體의 분석을 중심으로-

박은의 시를 평하여 "詩風이 正聲이라고는 할 수 없으나, 勁健하고 放逐한 면이 있다"고 한다. 중국의 黃庭堅과 陳師道의 시풍을 함께 배워 성공한 시인으로 海東江西詩派의 맹주로까지 추대된다. 해동강서파의 시에는 奇僻한 典故, 虛字의 鍛鍊, 拗體의 빈번한 구사가 눈에 띈다. 강서시파 맹주로 추대된 박은 시의 수사기교를 이해하기 위해서 요체를 분석한 본고는 그의 문집인 『읍취헌유고』에 수록된 전 작품을 분석한 결과물이다. 박은의 근체시에서는 拗體가 다양하게 구사되고 있다. 古調·拗調·拗對·拗 등과 같은 拗體는 물론, 吳體가 사용된 사례도 적지 않다. 일반적으로 시인들이 기피하는 孤平이나 三平聲을 박은의 시에서는 적잖이 확인할 수 있다. 그의 詩風이 正聲이 아니라고 평한 제가의 평가를 실제로 확인한 셈이다. 이어서 다루게 될 박은 시에서의 奇僻한 典故, 虛字의 鍛鍊 등을 살핀다면 박은 한시의 특징은 물론, 해동강서시파의 시경향을 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이다. Park Eun's poems can not be said to be conforming to the formal pattern in terms of his poetic tendency but lively and liberal. He succeeded by learning the poetic tendency of Whang Chung-Kyun(黃庭堅) and Chin Sa-Do(陳師道) of China and was regarded as the representative of the Haedong-Kangseo Poetic School(海東江西詩派). The poems of the school are remarkable in its queer technique of quoting the original text, the refined writing and the frequent command of Yo Style(拗體). This study analyzes the Yo Style(拗體) with a view to understand his rhetorical divices and is the result of studying the whole works found in his series of works, Eupchihunyoogo(挹翠軒遺稿). The Yo Style(拗體) is used in various fashions in his peoms. Not only the Yo Style like the Gocho(古調), Yocho(拗調), Yoodai(拗對) and Yoochum(拗黏) is used but also Oh Style(吳體) is can be found. The Gopyung(孤平) and sampyungsung(三平聲) which poets uusally avoid are found in many places. The criticism that his poetic patterns are not formal is actually confirmed. The above mentioned chacteristics of his poems will help understand the poetic trend of the Haidong-Kangseo Poetic School(海東江西詩派).

TCAD를 이용한 VMOSFET구조의 전류-전압 특성에 관한 연구

In this paper the Id-Vgs electrical characteristics of V-grooved MOSFET has been analyzed by solving the TCAD. In this Device, the expressions for the threshold voltage, the drain current, gate current were derived. The Id-Vgs electrical characteristics upon channel lengths was calculated by changing following variables : drain-source voltage, source bulk voltage, substrate doping concentration, oxide thickness, channel length, source/drain arsenic doping concentration, diffusion, ion implanted doping level, and ion implanted depth. In 0.5㎛ process, NMOS treshold Voltage is 0.537V. and VMOS treshold voltage is 0.489V.
