상호주관성으로 본 매튜 폭스의 자비의 영성과 비온의 ‘O 되기’ 개념 고찰

상호주관성이란 서로 다르게 조직된 두 주체의 끊임없는 상호작용을 말한다. 요한복음 14장 말씀에서 아버지와 아들의 상호 관계는 인간 차원의 모든 상호주관적인 원형이라 할 수 있다. 하나님의 형상의 모양을 따라 인간이 지음 받았고 성육신을 통해 하나님이 인간과 연결되어 있으며 성만찬을 통해 살아계신 하나님을 받아들이고 그분과 하나 됨을 확인하듯, 상호주관성은 하나님과 인간, 엄마와 유아, 분석가와 내담자, 자연과 인간 등 모든 만물 안에서 경험되는 인간 삶의 본질이다. 본 논문은 매튜 폭스의 자비의 영성 개념과 비온의 O되기 개념을 고찰함으로써 영성과 정신분석이 인간을 이해하고 치유하는데 상보적인 가능성이 있음을 밝히고자 한다. 정신분석 각 학파는 1990년대 이후 상호주관성 이론을 받아들임으로써 정신분석의 패러다임을 바꾸었다. 고전주의 정신분석 이후, 대상관계이론과 자기심리학은 관계에 초점을 두고 정신분석 이론을 새롭게 조망했다. 비온은 관계의 신비에 대해 강조하며 담고 담기는 상호주관적인 경험이 한 개인의 진실에 도달하고 변형과 성장을 일으킨다고 보았다. 매튜 폭스는 영성 안에 담긴 자비를 실천하는 것이 상호 내주, 상호 순환, 상호 침투하는 삼위일체 하나님의 일체로써 살아가는 것임을 강조한다. 하나님과 인간은 구별된 존재이지만, 성령으로 상호 내주하는 사랑의 공간 안에서 인간은 하나님과 하나가 되는 신비를 이룬다. 주님의 육화의 근본은 하나님 자신을 나누기 위한 하나님의 사랑이고 자비이다. 이는 분석가가 몽상 상태에서 자신의 무의식이 내담자의 무의식과 접촉하는 담고 담기는 관계의 신비 안으로 들어가야 한다는 비온의 개념과 조화를 이루는 지점이다. 인간은 상호 침투하고 상호 창조하는 변증법적인 관계 안에서 ‘되어가는’ 존재이다. 병자와 약한 자들이 고통과 아픔으로 연결된 예수와의 신비적 연합의 경험과 정신분석 안에서의 상호주관적 만남은 고통을 변형시키고 성장을 동반한다. 타인과 연결과 분리를 반복함으로써 우리의 정신은 성장해 가고 또 기꺼이 타자의 고통에 참여함으로써 자비를 삶으로 실천할 수 있다. 두 주체의 만남이 각 주체에게 변형의 가능성을 열어주고 존재의 지평을 넓히는 제3의 공간이 창출됨으로써 성장과 변형을 이루어 간다. 영성적 측면에서는 성만찬을 통해 그리스도를 받아들이는 것은 변화를 촉진시키는 신비 경험이듯, 정신분석적 치료는 해석과 새로운 관계 경험을 통해 내면세계의 변화와 성장을 촉진시키는 상호주관적인 신비라 할 수 있다. 예수를 만난 모든 병자와 약한 자들에게 신유의 이적이 나타난 것은 창자가 끊어지는 듯한 고통과 아픔으로 연결된 신비적 연합의 결과이다. 이러한 공감적 연결성은 초월하시며 내주하시는 성령의 적극적인 사역의 증거로 병 나음뿐 아니라 고통을 변형시킨다. 창조주 하나님이 자기 숨의 일부를 우리 안에 불어 넣어서 각 영혼은 모든 영혼을 지은 창조주 안에 자기의 근원을 둠으로써 다른 영혼과 연결되어 있다. 모든 피조물이 서로 연결되어 있어서 자비는 타자를 사랑함으로써 나 자신을 사랑하는 것이며 자기 사랑과 타자 사랑이 하나가 된 것이라 할 수 있다. 정신분석 안에서의 상호주관적 만남 또한 새로운 대상과의 신비적 연합 즉 붕괴와 회복의 변증법적 순환 과정을 통해 분석적 쌍의 두 파트너가 각자의 정신적 측면들 ... Intersubjectivity refers to the constant interaction of two differently organized subjects. In John 14, the mutual relationship between the Father and the Son can be said to be the archetype of all intersubjectiveness at the human level. Just as humans were created in the image and likeness of God, God is connected to humans through the incarnation, and accept the living God and confirm oneness with Him through the Holy Communion, intersubjectivity is the relationship between God and humans, mother and infant, analyst and client. , It is the essence of human life experienced in all things, including nature and humans. This paper seeks to reveal that spirituality and psychoanalysis have complementary possibilities in understanding and healing humans by examining Matthew Fox's concept of spirituality of mercy and Bion's concept of becoming O. Each school of psychoanalysis has changed the paradigm of psychoanalysis by accepting the theory of intersubjectivity since the 1990s. After classical psychoanalysis, object relations theory and self-psychology took a new look at psychoanalytic theory with a focus on relationships. Bion emphasized the mystery of relationships and believed that the intersubjective experience of containing and containing reaches the truth of an individual and causes transformation and growth. Matthew Fox emphasizes that practicing mercy contained in spirituality means living as the unity of the Trinity, which is mutually indwelling, mutually circulating, and interpenetrating. God and humans are distinct beings, but in the space of love where they inhabit each other through the Holy Spirit, humans achieve the mystery of becoming one with God. The basis of the Lord's incarnation is God's love and mercy to share God Himself. This is a point that is in harmony with Bion's concept that the analyst must enter into the mystery of the containing and containing relationship in which his own unconscious contacts the client's unconscious in a state of reverie. Humans are beings who ‘become’ in a dialectical relationship of mutual penetration and mutual creation. The experience of mystical union with Jesus, where the sick and the weak are connected through pain and suffering, and the intersubjective encounter within psychoanalysis transforms pain and accompanies growth. By repeating connection and separation from others, our spirit grows, and we can practice mercy as our lives by willingly participating in the suffering of others. The meeting of two subjects opens up the possibility of transformation for each subject and creates a third space that expands the horizon of existence, thereby achieving growth and transformation. From a spiritual perspective, just as accepting Christ through the Holy Communion is a mystical experience that promotes change, psychoanalytic treatment can be said to be an intersubjective mystery that promotes change and growth in the inner world through interpretation and new relationship experiences.

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the main factors which influence the life adjustment of elderly women living alone or with the spouse. The subject were 124 elderly women 60 years and over in Seoul and Pusan. The research instruments, Depression Scale and Life Satisfaction, Scale were utilized to investigate the life adjustment. The main results were as follows. 1. Depression of the aged women was found to be influenced by health, self-esteem, emotional dependency on married children, financial independency, leisure activity, housing ownership, seperation volition, and satisfaction with friendship. 2. It was found that self-esteem, emotional dependency on married children, health and leisure activity had a significant effect on the life satisfaction of elderly women.
